That Girl In Green Bikini Is Not Tamanna
After looking at the poster of Vishal’s latest film “Action” that has milky siren Tamanna Bhatia in the lead, many wondered if the actress has slipped into a bikini inside the movie. And the teaser that arrived in the evening almost shattered the hearts of her fans.
As the teaser contained a shot where a lady in a neon green bikini is walking by the pool, fans of Tamanna got their hearts slipped into pockets. After viewing the teaser repeatedly, many have confirmed that indeed Tamanna has slipped into bikinis as her career neared a fag end.
However, that girl in a green bikini is not Tamanna. Actually the film features popular model Akanksha Puri who has shot to fame after debuting with Madhur Bandarkar’s Calendar Girls. She’s the one who is walking by the pool and the makers might have given an illusion with the fast cut that indeed it is Tamanna.
On the other hand, teaser of Action is impressive with Vishal and director Sundar C coming up with an intense action feast.

On behalf of victims, Jagan should at least considering meeting us.

New Villains Find It Tough With Nani
How much acting is essential for a villain other than flaunting a gym body and a huge cutout? If the hero is someone who could enact any emotion with ease, then the antagonist has to do a great job to outshine him.
Today, a similar thing has happened with the young hero, RX100 fame Karthikeya Reddy turning a villain in Nani’s Gang Leader. While he managed to pull off impressively in scenes where Nani is there, though he shined with the same expression although, in the confrontation scenes he has struggled to pop out.
With Nani giving stupendous lines and clinical performance, Karthikeya got blacked out completely as his blank expressions didn’t help the scene work out. And that also proved that Karthikeya can’t act better, which brings us to the core point that he needs to improvise his acting drastically.
Suriya’s Bandobast Trailer: Hot Political Thriller
KV Anand is popular in Telugu for his directorials like Rangam, Veedokkade and Brothers. His collaboration with Suriya has considerable fan base. The duo has collaborated for third-time for Bandobast, a political thriller laced with action and drama. The film’s trailer has been unveiled.
Going by the teaser, the film deals with big problems like terrorism, nationalism, naxalism, crime and politics. The film has prevailing elements like surgical strikes, fight with Pakistan, Andhra Pradesh turning into desert, and internal politics in India. KV Anand seems to have touched several interesting and relatable topics and seems to have connected all the threads.
The teaser is edgy, racy and gripping. Mohan Lal makes grand entry as a veteran politician and has a pivotal role in the film. But it is Suriya who steals the show by donning multiple avatars. Suriya shoulders the film with his versatility. The film has several prominent actors including Boman Irani, Arya, Sayeesha Saigal, Nagineedu. Sayeesha, of Akhil fame, is impressive. She has done a role with substance. Arya is surprise element in the teaser. He is seen proposing to his real-life wife in the film. Background score by Harris Jayaraj is impressive.
Looks like, KV Anand seems to have come up with a promising film with interesting premise. Bandobast is crucial film for Suriya and KV Anand. Let’s wait and see whether Suriya bounces back with the film or not.
IYR upset with BJP stand towards Jagan!
Retired IAS officer IYR Krishna Rao, who had served as Andhra Pradesh chief secretary in the initial years of Telugu Desam Party government headed by N Chandrababu Naidu in the last term, joined the Bharatiya Janata Party a few months before the assembly elections.
IYR hogged the limelight in the media by raising a banner of revolt against Naidu especially with regard to the construction of capital city at Amaravati.
He also wrote a book exposing the misdeeds in the selection of Amaravati region as the capital city.
He also took up cudgels against sacking of Tirumala chief priest Ramana Deekshitulu by the Naidu government.
There was a talk that IYR would be joining the YSR Congress party headed by Y S Jagan Mohan Reddy, because of his statements in favour of the party.
In fact, the immediate reason for IYR parting ways with Naidu was his comments in the social media, condemning the arrest of pro-Jagan cartoonist Ravikiran Inturi who used to post anti-Naidu caricatures on Facebook.
But, somehow IYR preferred to join the BJP. Perhaps, he thought there was a strong friendship between Jagan and the BJP, after the saffron party severed alliance with the TDP. And in the initial days, it appeared Jagan will continue good relations with the BJP.
Contrary to his expectations, the BJP has started attacking the YSRC government and Jagan without even giving him sufficient grace period to administer the state.
The way BJP attacked Jagan on issues like Polavaram, Amaravati and many other issues raised many eyebrows, as they indirectly benefitted the TDP.
After watching the developments, IYR expressed his dissatisfaction over the BJP stand towards Jagan. He wondered whether BJP was carrying the agenda of the TDP.
“If it continues with its stand of carrying the TDP agenda as its own agenda, there are ample chances that the BJP might lose its existence as it was only misusing the golden opportunity it has got in 2019 elections,” IYR commented in his twitter message.
May be, IYR is looking for shifting loyalties to the YSRC soon, as he is feeling disgusted with the BJP stand that would only benefit the TDP!

Retired IAS officer G.N. Rao will act as convenor of the expert committee, which will submit its report to the government within six weeks.
The setting up of panel is significant in view of the uncertainty over the ongoing development works in state capital Amaravati. All works came in the capital came to a halt in May after the YSR Congress Party (YSRCP) stormed to power and decided to review the works in view of the allegations of corruption and irregularities in awarding them by the previous Telugu Desam Party (TDP) government.
Urban Development Minister Botsa Satyanarayana also triggered a row with the statement that previous government headed by Chandrababu Naidu went ahead with the decision to locate the capital in Amaravati despite the region being flood-prone. His statement led to speculations that the government may shift the capital out of Amaravati.
However, YSRCP leaders denied that the government is planning to dump Amaravati as the state capital.
