Mahesh pushing the team for April 25th?
Superstar Mahesh Babu is occupied with ‘Maharshi’ and as per the latest update, the film is in its last leg of shooting.
Now Mahesh is pushing the team as he wants to release the film on April 25th. He has set the deadline and things are happening at a good pace. The producers will officially announce the release date soon.
Vamshi Paidipalli is directing the movie and Mahesh will be seen in different shades. The beard look of his garnered an overwhelming response and the teaser.
Pooja Hegde is playing the female lead and ‘Allari’ Naresh is essaying in a key role.
‘Maharshi’ has music of Devi Sri Prasad.
So it’s just two months from here on for Mahesh to make way at the box office.
Nani’s Gang Leader: What’s Wrong Mega Fans?
As hero Nani has come up with the title “Gang Leader” for his next, there are mixed reactions being heard from the Mega camp we have to say. With fans waiting for Ram Charan to come up with a film using that title of Megastar Chiranjeevi, this snatching from the natural star has truly shocked them.
Many fans opined that Nani has unnecessarily grabbed that title, thereby hurting millions of mega fans. While titles surely belong to producers and they will be having the right to give it to some other heroes, actually fans make emotional bonding with them. And hence the problem.
However, some mega fans felt that Nani proved that he is a true fan of Megastar, as he tweeted this: “Still remember the aviators and the beard look and the welding gun in his hands. First-day first show as a kid and the rest was history. A proud fan announcing his title today. #Nani24 title is here”, he tweeted, sharing the poster.
How many star heroes other than from mega family would openly claim that they are fans of Megastar Chiru? So, mega fans should feel happy that their colleague has today paid a right tribute by using the Gang Leader title.
Miss World-2017 is back to college!
It’s a rare case to see a celebrity enjoying huge fame stepping back in a classroom to pursue the higher education. In Telugu, we have seen Mirchi fame Richa Gangopadhyay leaving the industry to study MBA in US.
Now, we hear that former Miss World Manushi Chillar also has decided to go to college to finish her MBBS. The winner of Miss World 2017 pageant left her studies midway to represent Haryana Femina Miss India-2017. After winning the Miss World title, Chillar signed many brands but she did not agree to work in films.
Before stepping into modeling, Manushi was pursuing MBBS at BPS Government medical College for women in Sonepat. Since her father got transferred to Mumbai recently, she enrolled her name in a medical College in Mumbai to continue her medical course. Considering that she’s the former Miss World, Rohtak’s BD Sharma University has issued a no objection certificate to Manushi in just 15 days. So, it looks like the beauty is planning to step into films only after finishing her education.
In 2018, Manushi Chillar was voted as ‘Times Most Desirable Woman in India’ and she also is the brand ambassador for top brands like Club Factory and Malabar Gold & Diamonds.
KTR Indirectly Helping Chandrababu?
It looks like Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) has made its mind to interfere in Andhra Pradesh’s upcoming Assembly elections. Of late, TRS Working President K.T. Rama Rao has been making comments on AP Chief Minister and TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu’s loss in the upcoming elections. However, he has again stated that this time “TDP will face its worse ever defeat while Jagan will become the CM.”
Apparently, KTR told reporters that “Chandrababu is having nightmares about KCR. There is no hope and he will be defeated,” he said, adding that Naidu is worried about I-T raids on AP industrialists because “they are his benamis.” However, he felt that the people of Andhra Pradesh will not believe in Chandrababu Naidu’s “fake promises. They are intelligent and his defeat is imminent,” KTR added.
Going by KTR’s comments on AP elections and his predictions on Chandrababu Naidu’s defeat, political observers say that he is actually doing more damage to YSRCP by blaming the TDP chief at every instance. “This will actually help Chandrababu use the sentiment and provoke people against TRS’ interference where he will show Jagan as TRS’ friend. This will do more harm to YSRCP and in fact, do good to TDP among AP people because they have seen how KCR has spewed venom on Andhra people. Their comments don’t work in AP,” said an analyst who did not want to be named.

Lady Gaga took home Oscar award for her song called Shallow and she gave one of the most emotional speeches ever. She said her hard work has paid off. I did not work hard for winning but for not giving up the dream, she said. Moreover, an Indian documentary on young village women making sanitary pad has won an Oscar award. The documentary was shot in Kathi Khera village in UP.
Pawan Praying For Hung Assembly In Andhra?
KURNOOL: Jana Sena chief Pawan Kalyan gave a call to people to seek change from the present systems as they were steeped in corruption, inefficiency, favouritism and had no potential to transform their lives for the better.
He said that no government could be formed in AP without Jana Sena and affirmed positive politics would bring the much needed change.
Rooting for Change and Independence (Azadi), Mr Kalyan said that he had no fear of failure.
“I am prepared to play a long game. Unlike Y.S. Jagan, I have no ambition of getting glued to power for centuries”, he said.
Appealing to a well attended crowd at the Konda Reddy Fort, Mr Kalyan said that people should give a chance to youngsters to bring the much needed systemic revolution to cleanse the past and pave way for the future.
He said “I have no ambitions. If you ask me to work as CM, I will do it. Or you give any other opportunity, I shall happily do it. But give a chance for new leaders.”
He said though he did not belong to Rayalaseema, he was still prepared to sacrifice because of his love for the people. “I love this place,” he said.
He said that he had no money or muscle power. I have no TV news channels. (99 TV supports him). No newspaper. People and Jana Sainiks are my real newspapers and channels,” he said.
He said he was committed to cleansing Tungabhadra river from pollution and had asked Rajya Sabha MP T.G. Venkatesh to help free Kurnool city from pollution. He urged the MP to work towards shifting the polluting entity from the banks of the Tungabhadra.
Now, officials expose Naidu’s ‘public money looting’!
The looting of thousands of crores of rupees of public money by TDP government in Andhra Pradesh headed by Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has reached alarming levels.
Not only Opposition parties and civil organisations, even senior officers, who have put in decades of service at higher positions are now coming out to expose the ‘public money looting’ by Naidu & Co.
The latest to join the list is senior IAS officer Ajeya Kallam, who worked as Chief Secretary of AP and retired from the service in March 2017.
Kallam said Naidu has developed AP as No.1 state in corruption.
Kallam said all the welfare schemes and development programmes being introduced by Naidu are designed in such a manner that all the TDP leaders, officers and employees in various government departments get ‘appropriate commissions’.
Citing a classic example of public money looting by Naidu, Kallam said as senior officials in AP government, they had estimated the cost of constructing 17 irrigation projects barring Polavaram at Rs 17,000 crore but Naidu escalated the cost by three times to Rs 51,000 crore.
Kallam asked why none of the projects could be completed even after cost was escalated.
“This public money went into the pockets of TDP leaders, contractors, few officers and employees in AP government,” he alleged.
Even in housing scheme for poor, Naidu devised the scheme in such a manner to loot Rs 18,250 crore public money while showing the cost at Rs 36,500 crore.
Naidu decided to spend Rs 1,000 more per sq.feet when compared with rate in Telangana and gave contracts to contractors to construct 10 lakh houses for higher price.
Few more senior IAS officers are expected to come out in the open soon to expose Naidu’s public money looting unable to bear the huge corruption of TDP government.
Mahesh Didn’t Like NTR Mahanayakudu!
Mahesh Babu is one actor who tweets about all big movies, praising them, mentioning the actors’ and directors’ work.
People were surprised to see his series of tweets on “NTR Kathanayakudu” when the movie had not received so overwhelmingly positive reviews.
When NTR Jr, the family member, kept silent on the film, Mahesh Babu went overdrive in praising the film that was pretty average biopic in all aspects.
However, Mahesh Babu is maintaining total silence on the second part. Classic case of once bitten twice shy!
He has not tweeted anything before the release of the “NTR Mahanayakudu” nor has he come up with any tweet after the release. One wonders whether he knows the movie’s release date or not.
Earlier Rajamouli used to tweet so positively about very bad movies too. He was trolled by the netizens and the director has totally stopped talking about any movie on social media.
Rakul Is Super Happy With The Exit!
Star heroines never get replaced until something nasty happens. But without any such things on the table, heroine Rakul Preet Singh got replaced from “Venky Mama” with Raashi Khanna. And we hear that our gym owner is quite happy with this.
For reasons better known to her, despite the fact that she is more of a glamorous star than an actor, Rakul is running these days for character-driven roles where she could show her acting prowess. On that note, though she accepted Venky Mama, she is said to be little worried that it is a regular glamour heroine kind of role.
Now that Suresh Babu has opted for a change, Rakul is more than happy because she is currently not having like for glamorous outings. But it looks like Rakul has forgotten a thing that from Sara Ali Khan to Tamanna in F2, it is glamour laced performance that is winning accolades for heroines these days.
For the now, Rakul has only Nagarjuna’s Manmadhudu 2 in hand in Telugu, while there is Surya’s NGK in her kitty from the Tamil arena.
TDP senseless comments on Jagan’s London visit
Over the last few days after the High Court has granted permission, YSR Congress President Y.S Jaganmohan Reddy visited London. However, this has caught the attention of the Telugu Desam Party leaders who have been levelling allegations against the Opposition party leader that his visit to London includes some shady business.
Stating that Jagan went to “bring back hawala money”, Telugu Desam Party MLC Buddha Venkanna said that “Jagan is having a secret meeting with Vijay Mallya and is also trying to bring back black money.” He said that the TDP will provide all the evidences regarding this. TDP leaders say that Jagan’s London visit is a cause for him to bring back all his money, nearly amounting to Rs. 3,500 crore, which he aims to spend for elections in Andhra Pradesh.
Earlier even Chief Minister and TDP Chief N. Chandrababu Naidu made comments about why Jagan had to visit London at a time when there are elections in the state. However, political observers feel that the TDP harping onto Jagan’s London visit is a trivial move. “Targeting his London visit is putting TDP in bad light. Some of them even went to the extent of saying that he met Vijay Mallya. All these seem senseless,” said a political observer.
However, according to official permission sought from the High Court, Jagan visited London with his wife Bharathi Reddy to meet their daughter who is studying there. Going by their comments ahead of the elections, TDP leaders need to up their ante instead of wasting their time on such senseless comments and counter criticism more strongly.
