Knowing for picking sides with various fundamentalists and critics, Ram Gopal Varma has made fun of Lord Ganesh sometime ago and then fell in a legal tangle. And now it looks like he is rubbing the wrong side of another community.
Evangelist KA Paul, who is now predicting his forthcoming as Chief Minister of AP as he feels that his Praja Santhi party will clean sweep the elections, has surely rubbed director Ram Gopal Varma on the wrong side, saying that the director touched his feet. And that has hurt the director to the peaks that every day he throws some sort of satire on the evangelist.
Today, while sharing a video of KA Paul’s emotional meeting with his followers, Varma tweeted, “Thana peru inthagaa chedagoduthunnanduku K A Paul ki shiluva veyyabothunnani ippude naaku Jesus Christ Whatsap msg pettadu”. (Jesus Christ just sent me a message on WhatsApp that he is going to crucify KA Paul for bringing a bad name to him).
Though Varma’s intention is to malign KA Paul, some Christians are said to be feeling that he is making fun of Jesus as well. So we have to see if the director will invite unwanted troubles from these tweets.
When Will Allu Arjun Get That Done?
Today Tollywood’s very own Stylish Star has met ace comedian Brahmanandam who has undergone surgery to his heart recently. Wishing the king of comedy a speedy recovery, Allu Arjun spent ample time at the comedian’s house.

30 Students Return To Andhra, Telangana From US
Hyderabad: At least 30 students from Andhra Pradesh and Telangana have returned from the US. They were those who were not detained or served notices by the US authorities in the “pay-to-stay” scam, according to Andhra and Telangana organisations.
According to Andhra and Telangana organistations, working with the students, who had enrolled in a fake university floated by the US authorities to expose the immigration racket, said returning home was the safest option for the students who were not detained or received notices for violation of immigration laws.
As many as 129 students, all from the two Telugu-speaking states, continued to remain under “administrative detention” since the racket was busted last week.
About 600 foreign students, 90 per cent of them Indians, had enrolled themselves with a fake University of Farmington floated by the US authorities under a sting operation. More than 80 per cent of these students were from the two Telugu-speaking states.
While eight students, who worked as recruiters, were arrested, 129 were kept under administrative detention at different places.
“Those who had shifted to other universities are safe but there is no problem for others in returning home,” Buchiram Kalapatapu, chief coordinator, Andhra Pradesh Non-Resident Telugu (APNRT) Society, told IANS.
Those working with the “victim” students believe that there should be no problem for the students returning home in finding suitable job opportunities in India. They had already done MS from other universities and subsequently availed Optional Practical Training (OPT), a one-year work permit.
“To stay in the US and work, they took admission in this university for another MS as it lured the students with the offer that they need not attend the classes,” said Buchiram.
The students doing MS in any US university have to attend classes for a specified period to avail Curricular Practical Training (CPT) or to work as intern during the course period.
“Even if a university is offering online courses, the students should find out if it has physical presence or not. This particular university was offering online courses but had no physical presence,” said Buchiram.
Since many of students had taken bank loans for the studies in US, they wanted to continue to stay and work there to repay the loans.
Each student had paid $20,000 to $25,000 to enrol in the fake University of Farmington, which recruited students in 26 states across the US.
Ravikumar P. Vemuru, President of APNRT Society, had earlier said that since there was no clear-cut intention by the students to defraud the US government, the maximum punishment they could undergo was deportation.
APNRT is working with the Indian Embassy to provide legal assistance to all the students. It is working closely with Indian Consulate in Houston.
Even the eight students who worked as recruiters were provided attorneys. One of them has already got the bail. The Society officials hoped that the remaining would also get the bail soon.
Paul Party To Win All Seats In AP!
At a time when the political atmosphere in Andhra Pradesh is turning hot with the elections fast approaching and main political parties – Telugu Desam Party and YSR Congress party stepping up their aggressive campaign, one person who is providing a comical relief to the people is evangelist and Praja Shanti Party president K A Paul.

On Thursday, the evangelist-politician declared that his party is going to win all the 175 assembly seats in Andhra Pradesh in the ensuing elections.
Paul took out a thinly-attended rally from Alipiri to Govindaraja Swamy Koneru in Tirupati town.
He went to the extent of alleging that the main parties were trying to kill him in an attempt to prevent him from coming to power in the next elections.
He alleged that some rowdy elements in Scorpios had chased him from Pulivendula, but he managed to escape from them. He demanded CBI enquiry into the murder attempt on him.
“My Praja Shanthi Party is receiving huge response from the people. Don’t be surprised if it captures all 175 constituencies in the state,” he said.

RRR: 1000 Fighters for Small Action Stunt
The regular shoot of Rajamouli’s mega action drama ‘RRR’ is under brisk progress at specially erected sets in a private area in Hyderabad that was taken on a lease for this movie for two years. An action episode is now being filmed on Ram Charan.
Rajamouli prefers to make everything on lavish scale, from sets to cast and crew, everything will be huge in his movies. Even for a small scene, he hires huge number of junior artistes.
Buzz is that for the current action sequence, he is using nearly 1000 fighters and junior artistes. And this sequence is a minor one in this film that have many big fight sequences.
“RRR” brings NTR and Ram Charan together on the screen for the first time. This multi-starrer action drama is partly set in British era.
Produced by DVV Danayya, the movie’s budget is pegged at Rs 200 Cr. It will be released in Telugu, Tamil, Hindi and Malayalam languages.

Yatra starring Malayalam superstar Mammootty is releasing today amid high expectations of YSR fans and YSRCP sympathizers.

Boyapati Srinu got the benefit of the doubt when Jaya Janaki Nayaka failed to click. Analysts opined that a star hero would have done justice to Boyapati’s style of presentation.

Numerology In KCR’s Cabinet Formation
KCR’s cabinet formation exercise is turning out to be a pot-boiler of the first order. There are so many twists and turns in this whole exercise. Many expected the cabinet to be formed in the first week of February. But, the second week has already begun and there is not cabinet still in sight. But, sources say the cabinet would be formed in a couple of days. The exercise has reached the final stage.

It is revealed that KCR is working on the caste calculations. Work is also on over who would be deputy speaker and who would be the woman minister in the cabinet. The cabinet expansion could in all likelihood be on February 10. The cabinet would be expanded later after the Lok Sabha elections are over.
