Instead, the story is all about the historic padayatra of YSR that changed the course of Andhra Pradesh’s politics.In 2003, YSR took a long walk across the state and covered about 1475 km on foot. This assured the victory of his party in the 2004 election and he then did the same thing again in 2009.

Yatra will document this remarkable event from the state’s history. Directed by Mahi Raghav, the film went on floors on June 20.
