KTR’s Witty Reply to RGV’s Tweet

Post a thumping victory, KT Rama Rao aka KTR is flooded with many congratulatory messages and wishes. On Tuesday mid-night he thanked most of them personally by his official Twitter handle.
But one tweet has caught everyone’s attention and it is from none other than maverick director Ram Gopal Varma. Sharing a spoof video of ‘Dookudu,’ RGV wrote that KCR is not 2.0 but he is 20.0 times Rajinikanth 200.0 times Mahesh Babu and 2000.0 times bigger than Chandrababu Naidu and tagged KTR.
In reply, the newly elected Siricilla MLA showed his wittiness. ‘I always knew that. What took you so long to figure that Ramu Garu,’ tweeted KTR.
2014 – 2018: The Great Fall Of TDP In Telangana

Well, the wonder remark many are making now is that Congress has got a dent by teaming up with Telugudesam party for the Telangana elections. They say that the arrival of Chandrababu Naidu into the battle scene has made the Praja Kutami weak and turned the election into Andhra Vs Telangana fight. But there is something else we have to read here.
Way back in 2014, when the Telangana sentiment is at an all time high, Telugudesam party managed to get 15 seats and 14.7 % votes share in the assembly elections, but now in 2018, their share has fallen to 2.9% in the state. This could be attributed to TDP’s teaming up with Congress and deciding to contest only in 13 seats rather the 119 seats in all over Telangana.
And then, TDP’s vote bank shifted loyalties to Congress party in many areas, as the party that got 25% vote share in 2014 is now eyeing more than 28% vote share. That explains how TDP has lost a huge chunk of votes due to joining Praja Kutami. Maybe the party that has redefined the shape of Hyderabad should really rethink over its strategies in Telangana to secure a better future.
Pawan Kalyan Rejects TV Channel’s Offer

Janasena President Pawan Kalyan’s unnecessary bashing of TV Channels in connection with Sri Reddy issue has resulted in a huge dent for him. All the news channels who got brickbats from him are now not even airing a small snippet about him during their prime time.
Moving on, now there is this big entertainment channel that is really the king of TRP and has all the big films in its hand. This particular channel is looking forward to starting ‘mother of all shows’, we mean TRP reaping show, to which the whole of Telugu states will be hooked to.
Apparently, to host Amir Khan’s Satyameva Jayate like a TV show in Telugu, which will be aired just before the election campaign starts in Andhra Pradesh, they are looking for a right host. Couple of days back, the bigwigs from the channel have approached Pawan, but the actor-politician rejected it, revealed a source. Saying that his political commitments won’t give him time, the Janasena president expressed his inability, though he is being offered a lump sum remuneration.
And then, we have the channel running after a couple of other big heroes now, hoping that their presence will be a game changer on the TV show circuit.
Victory After Hat-trick Defeats

Nizamabad has been a strong hold for TRS party. It won all the seats in the last elections but this time, the pink party fell one short and it is from Yellareddy.
Congress’ Jajala Surender Reddy emerged victorious with 34,000 votes majority over TRS sitting MLA Yenugu Ravinder Reddy. There are many reasons behind Surender’s win. He is more accessible to the people and has actively and aggressively campaigned.
But from 2004 to 2014, Surender contested as Independent and lost all the polls. After facing hat-trick defeats finally he tasted success in 2018. This time he contested on behalf of Congress party.
NTR ‘Rajarshi’ song: About A Great Leader!
Based on NTR’s political life, the second part of the biopic is titled ‘NTR – Mahanayakudu.’ The song from this film is released by the makers.
The song ‘Rajarshi’ is about how an actor turned leader and brought many revolutionary changes in Telugu politics. As NTR, Nandamuri Balakrishna matches his appearance, be it in terms of costumes or the get up.
Coming to the song, the tune is quite fantastic and it’s pure Keeravani’s magic once again. Not stopping here, he went on to sing and pen the lyrics along with his father Shiva Shakthi Dutta and Dr. K Ramakrishna.
‘Rajarshi’ song is also crooned by Sharath Santosh, Mohan Bhogaraju, Kaala Bhairava and Sreenidhi Tirumala. The lyrics have shlokas and they are strong worded ones which have deep meaning.
Being directed by Krish Jagarlamudi, ‘NTR Mahanayakudu’ will release after the first part in January.
‘Google ‘Idiot’, Get Pics Of Trump, Why?’

In an effort to understand how Google search algorithms work, a Democratic congresswoman asked the tech company’s CEO a simple question: “If you Google the word ‘idiot’ under images, a picture of Donald Trump comes up. How would that happen? How does search work so that that would occur?”
In the middle of a congressional hearing ostensibly about privacy and data collection, Rep. Zoe Lofgren, D-Calif., apparently performed that search from the dais. As it turns out, the image results for “idiot” reveals a page of mostly Trump photos.
Google chief executive Sundar Pichai, who was testifying before the House Judiciary Committee Tuesday morning, tried to explain to the roomful of mostly tech novices how the algorithms take into account some 200 factors – such as relevance, popularity, how others are using the search term – to determine how to best match a query with results.
“So it’s not some little man sitting behind the curtain figuring out what we’re going to show the user. It’s basically a compilation of what users are generating, and trying to sort through that information?” Zofgren asked, facetiously.
Zofgren was reacting to Republicans’ allegations that Google employees manipulate results for political reasons.
The hearing mostly revealed lawmakers’ rudimentary understanding of how the internet works and provided a platform for them to complain about unfavorable search results.
In one exchange, Rep. Lamar Smith, R-Texas, asked Pichai whether he had ever directed an employee to manipulate search results. Pichai explained that it’s not possible for one person, or even a group of people, to do that because there are so many steps in the process.
But Smith did not accept that explanation, telling Pichai: “Let me just say, I disagree. I think humans can manipulate the process. It is a human process at its base.”
Republicans on the panel couldn’t get past the myth that some person(s) inside Google couldn’t arbitrarily change search algorithms for political gain.
Rep. Steve Chabot, R-Ohio, complained that when he googled the Republican health care bill or the GOP tax cuts the first several pages listed negative articles.
“How do you explain this apparent bias on Google’s part against conservative points of view, against conservative policies? Is it just the algorithm, or is there more happening there?” Chabot asked.
“Congressman, I understand the frustration of seeing negative news, and, you know, I see it on me,” Pichai offered.
“What is important here is we use the robust methodology to reflect what is being said about any given topic at any particular time. And we try to do it objectively, using a set of rubrics. It is in our interest to make sure we reflect what’s happening out there in the best objective manner possible. I can commit to you, and I can assure you we do it without regards to political ideology. Our algorithms have no notion of political sentiment in it.”
But Chabot wasn’t having it. He told Pichai that conservatives believe Google is “picking winners and losers in political discourse.”
“There’s a lot of people that think what I’m saying here is happening,” Chabot said. “And I think it’s happening.”

Did Varun Tej Miss A Trick with Antariksham?

Varun Tej’s upcoming adventure film Antariksham 9000kmph set in space backdrop is all set to hit the marquee on December 21.
The film’s trailer has been receiving thumping response from all corners. It is currently trending on top in YouTube with 5 Million views. The unique backdrop is the main reason for so much buzz around Antariksham.
The makers should have planned for simultaneous release in Hindi too. Of late, Bollywood audience are religiously watching South movies with different backdrop.
Moreover, Antariksham director Sankalp Reddy’s debut film Ghazi had a simultaneous release in Hindi and was appreciated by the critics.
Of course, Ghazi had a star cast that is popular in Bollywood. Antariksham may not have Bollywood actors, but promoting it as Ghazi director’s film would have set the tone for Hindi version.
Krish, the presenter of Antariksham also is well known in B town besides Aditi Rao Hydari.
Tummala To Be Back In KCR Cabinet?

Senior Telangana Rashtra Samithi leader from Khammam Tummala Nageshwar Rao was one of the four ministers in the Telangana cabinet who faced defeat in the elections, the other three being Patnam Mahender Reddy, Jupallli Krishna Rao and Ajmeera Chandulal.
Tummala, who is a close associate of TRS president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, was one of the hot favourites to win his election from Palair.
Despite campaigning by KCR himself, the minister lost the elections with a slender margin.
However, KCR reportedly called Tummala on Tuesday evening and assured that he would take care of his future.
It is learnt the TRS president decided to induct Tummmala back into his cabinet, which is likely to be formed on Thursday and within six months, he would ensure that the minister would get nominated to the Legislative Council.
According to sources, the new cabinet of KCR will have the same old faces mostly. They include K T Rama Rao, T Harish Rao, Mahmud Ali, T Srinivasa Yadav, G Jagadish Reddy, K Laxma Reddy, Pocharam Srinivas Reddy, Etela Rajender, A Indrakaran Reddy and Kadiam Srihari.
Besides, there could be some new faces like Patnam Narender Reddy, S Niranjan Reddy, T Srinivas Goud, Balka Suman and Ch Kranti Kiran. Seniors like Errabelli Dayakar Rao and Redya Naik might also find their names in the list of ministers.
Unlike in the past, this time, KCR may induct a couple of women ministers as well and the names of Gongidi Sunitha and Padma Devender Reddy are doing rounds.
