Shankar Spends Rs 2 Crore For 2 Days!
Tamil director Shankar is known for grandeur and ultra high budget films. He holds the record of making the costliest Indian film ever made with 2.0.
While 2.0 is struggling to recover the high costs from theaters, Shankar has moved onto his next project with Kamal Haasan.It is the sequel to Shankar’s Indian (Bharateeyudu), which will be made in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi simultaneously.
Shankar is not keeping the cost of production low in spite of recent decline of Kamal’s market value. He is making sure to have grand sets and ultra rich production values in Indian 2.A set worth Rs. 2 crore is being erected for Bharateeyudu sequel. It is a gold set for which the material is being imported from China.
Shankar will only shoot for two days in the set, which will take some weeks to build! This is just a sample of how lavish Indian 2 is going to be.

Director Krish Pays A Bomb For His Porsche
Director Krish Jagarlamudi has recently bought a brand new Porsche SUV and on top of it he paid a bomb for the fancy number.
As per Khairatabad RTA officials, Krish got the fancy number TS 09 FC 9999 for Rs 9 Lakh in the bidding process held in manual mode.
About 19 members competed for certain fancy numbers and whoever offers the highest amount, the number will be granted to them.
Krish paid the amount in the form of DD (Demand Draft) as per the requirement of RTA. The suv is Porsche Cayenne which costs about Rs 1.37 crore.
On the work front, Krish is directing NTR biopic which is going to hit the screens in January.
BJP Ready To Join TRS Government?
There could be a lot of difference between exit polls telecast by various national media channels and the one conducted by former Congress MP from Vijayawada Lagadapati Rajagopal, but there is some commonalty between the surveys of majority of the channels and his exit polls.
That is BJP is going to improve its tally from the existing five seats to at least seven seats. Apart from BJP, independents are also going to get elected in good numbers. According to Lagadapati, BJP and independents will get seven seats each.
This is very significant, because the BJP has contested the elections on its own without forging alliances with other party.
Moreover, the BJP does not have the kind of networking and cadre strength of the Congress and TRS and in many constituencies, it did not have good candidates and above all it did not have the kind of money of power of the rival parties.
Yet, it has given the Congress and TRS a run for their money, thanks to massive campaign by several top leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, BJP national president Amit Shah, chief ministers of other states including Yogi Adityanath, Raman Singh, Shivraj Singh Chowhan and Devendra Fadnavis.
Now, political analysts are keenly watching what the BJP would do, in the event of a keen contest between Congress and Maha Kootami.
According to them, if the TRS falls short of the magic figure, the BJP is said to be interested in extending a helping hand and might join the TRS government.
It is learnt the TRS leadership has already initiated talks with with the BJP leaders in this regard.
BJP state president Dr K Laxman said on Saturday that his party would play a crucial role in the formation of new government in Telangana.
“Without BJP, there is no possibility of the new government taking shape,” he said.
This would clearly mean, the BJP is more than willing to join hands with the TRS if necessary. In any case, the BJP cannot support the Congress-led Maha Kootami; so, the only option is the TRS. This is subject to the condition that the TRS should have edge over Maha Kootami.
But if the alliance is closer to the majority rank, it might not make such an attempt, an analyst said.
Here Is The List Who Could Defect From TRS!
Former Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal who has revealed that Prajakutami could win about 65 seats, TRS 35, BJP 7, MIM 7 and other seats will be taken by the independents. If his survey is to be believed, presents the leaders who could defect from the TRS into Congress or TDP.
Kadiyam Srihari – Formerly a senior and respected leader in TDP. He defected to TRS and has been minister in KCR’s cabinet. He has been unhappy when Station Ghanpur seat was given to T. Rajaiah. While there was revolt initially from his supporters and him, TRS leader KT Rama Rao pacified him. There were also rumours that he was mulling to join the Congress. So, if TRS doesn’t get majority this time, Kadiyam Srihari could defect to Congress.
Errabelli Dayakar Rao – Another TDP turncoat who has been visibly unhappy with the TRS High Command. He has been facing a tough competition for the Palakurthi constituency from TRS party general secretary Ravinder Rao, who openly revolted against Dayakar Rao and called him an “outsider.” Going by his discontent ever since he defected to TRS from the TDP, he could be another leader to quit TRS.
Teegala Krishna Reddy – Former Hyderabad Mayor who defected from TDP has upset party cadre after Maheshwaram seat was allotted to him by TRS High Command. However, he has been facing an internal opposition from his TRS colleague Kotha Manohar Reddy.
Gandra Satyanarayana Rao – He moved to TRS after he lost to Madhusuhana Chary in 2014 in Bhupalapally. However, when the seat was again allotted to Chary this time, Rao revolted against the TRS High Command stating that it lured him with the promise of giving him a seat this time.
Nallala Odelu – The TRS’ decision to nominate MP Balka Suman for Chennur Assembly seat has not gone down well with TRS rebel Odelu. Odelu’s supporter Gattaiah also set himself afire because Odelu wasn’t given a ticket. Gattaiah eventually succumbed.
Shashidhar Reddy and Chander Rao – Both candidates have been protesting Padmavathi Reddy’s candidature for Kodad Assembly segment. Shashidhar Reddy attempted to kill himself after not being given a ticket despite being a party loyalist. Chander Rao, who jumped ship, from TDP to TRS has also been another contender for the seat and has been disappointed with TRS High Command.

2.0, which released in 15000 screens all around the globe, is being received well by the viewers and is minting huge moolah at the box-office. Besides Rajini, the film features Bollywood actor Akshay Kumar and London lady Amy Jackson in key roles. In its opening weekend, the film has surpassed Hollywood’s Creed-2 & managed to collect $4.09 Million and in UAE, it has minted $2.5 million.
Koratala Recreating That Old Movie For Megastar
Some time ago there are rumours that Koratala Siva has moved on from Megastar Chiru’s project. It is also assumed that he might direct either Vijay Devarakonda or Mahesh Babu yet again in his next. Is there any truth in these rumours?
Apparently, some close sources in Konidela Production have now shared with many media folks about what is happening with this project. Actually, Koratala narrated the storyline to Chiranjeevi after the mighty matinee idol returned from Georgia schedule of Sye Raa a month ago.
And then, Chiranjeevi gave a go to the original idea which actually resonates close to the movie Tagore. However, Koratala will be taking on handling corruption in bureaucracy in his own style unlike AR Murugadoss (directed by Vinayak in Telugu).
