Ramababu’s Entry Spoils Unity In YSRCP
The news of Giddaluru former MLA Anna Rambabu’s entry into YSR Congress is driving local leaders in the constituency up the wall. Apparently, a section of YSRCP leaders from Giddaluru are extremely unhappy after the party High Command has decided to welcome Rambabu.
Giddaluru YSRCP leaders have made their best efforts to meet senior leaders Balineni Srinivasa Reddy and YV Subba Reddy in Hyderabad, along with Jagan’s political advisor Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy. Nearly 50 leaders from Giddaluru had expressed discontent against Anna Rambabu and questioned how the party could take such a decision without consulting the local YSRCP leaders. YSRCP leaders believe that Rambabu’s entry into the party could actually split the party cadre in Giddaluru and affect their unity.
During their visit to Hyderabad on Friday, they met Balineni Srinivasa Reddy in the morning and headed to YSRCP party Office in Hyderabad to meet Sajjala Ramakrishna Reddy and other senior leaders like YV Subba Reddy in the evening. “Ramababu is convicted in a case for abusing a woman during a clash. How does he deserve to be in the party?,” they questioned.
Meanwhile, YV Subba Reddy tried to explain to them showing the survey conducted by Jagan about the positive image Rambabu enjoys in the constituency. “He has a positive image in the constituency. Even the Reddy community is with him,” he pointed out. However, this did not go down well with Sajjala who grabbed the papers and threw them away in rage.
Gathering his wits, Sajjala said to Giddaluru leaders that it was Jagan’s decision to choose Rambabu. After this, Sajjala’s supporters and Giddaluru leaders had heated arguments after which some of them were sent out of the meeting and the only seniors discussed the issue. Following this, YV Subba Reddy assured that he will convey their opinion to party chief Jagan.
With such aspersions cast on Rambabu’s entry, the decision of YSRCP High Command will be crucial to ensure that there is unity within the party cadre in Giddaluru.

Like Modi’s “Chaiwalla” image has worked in his favour and won him a massive mandate by connecting him directly to the people of the country, the glass tumbler could resonate similarly with the common man for Jana Sena. May be, it will be symbol of hope for the fledgling party in Andhra Pradesh!

Modi Talks About NTR & TDP In Chennai
Prime Minister Narendra Modi has finally talked about ‘Mahagathbandhan’ (grand alliance). In a video conference with Chennai, Chennai Central, Chennai North and Madhurai BJP leaders, Modi has made interesting comments on Mahagathbandhan.
“NTR has established Telugu Desam Party as Congress has insulted then Andhra Pradesh CM T Anjaiah. Now TDP has joined hands with Congress. How will people of AP will accept this,” questioned Modi. He added that the only aim of ‘Mahagathbandhan ‘ is to come to power and are least concerned about people.
Targeting Congress, Modi further said, Congress has left no party. In 1980, it had dissolved MGR government but now DMK is part of the Grand Alliance. Left parties have always blamed Congress for neglecting the agriculture sector and even Sharad Pawar led NCP is also against the Congress leadership. This ‘Mahagathbandhan is nothing but dynasty political parties club.
Modi criticised Congress for spreading false propaganda against BJP but expressed confidence that people are by his and his government side.
