CM Yogi calls Lord Hanuman a Dalit

It is well-known fact that the Bharatiya Janata Party has harped on religious sentiments to win voters. In a new twist to its religious politics, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath who is a prominent leader in the BJP, spoke at a rally in Rajasthan’s Alwar and made some controversial statements.
Speaking to BJP Karyakartas in Alwar district, he said: “Hanuman was was a forest dweller, deprived and a Dalit. Despite being a Dalit, he worked to unit all Indian communities together, irrespective of the Geography or region. This was his determination to fulfil Lord Ram’s wish. Like him, we too should not rest until our wish is fulfilled.”
Additionally, he said that people of “Alwar district are Ram Bhakts and hence, should not vote for Ravana (Congress).” These comments have raked up a row among political parties and the Congress has alleged that BJP’s divisive tactics will do more harm to people. On the other hand, several Brahmin communities from across the country have condemned Yogi’s remarks and said that it is shameful to listen to such statements from Uttar Pradesh CM who is getting political mileage out of religious figures.
Recently, Yogi landed in other controversies when he stated during Diwali that he will construct a Statue of Ram taller than that of Sardar Patel’s Statue of Unity. He has also recently renamed Faizabad district’s name to Ayodhya and landed in trouble for unnecessarily disturbing communal harmony in the state.
Going by UP CM’s recent remarks and controversies, it is evident that BJP is trying to use its “divide and conquer” strategy on voters. It would be better if BJP chooses to focus on the development rather than practising divisive politics that will divide the country further!
Bunny’s Craze Helped Sirish To Get 2.5 Cr!

Among the gang of mega heroes, the one who has to prove yet is none other than Allu Sirish. Though he is picking good films, he has to consolidate his position as a box-office hero by showcasing that he could ring registers big time.
Currently, he is coming up with the remake of Malayalam super hit ABCD, under the same title in Telugu. He will be seen as an NRI who is forced to settle in India and the film is all about how he adjusts to this new world. Guess what, producer Madhura Sreedhar is said to be investing in this film quite prestigiously.
Like the way he is investing, even the returns are also in the same pattern. A leading daily revealed that the film ABCD’s Hindi satellite and digital rights are sold for nearly 2.5 crores. Other day Sirish also shared the news of meeting the owner of Goldmine Films, the ones who released Sarrainodu, DJ and other films of Bunny in Hindi arena.
Film observers are saying that though Sirish is not having a market in Hindi arena, probably the fact that he is the brother of Allu Arjun has helped him score big. Well, the producer is laughing his way to the bank now!!
TDP Is Now Telugu Congress Party!

Known for his virulent attack on Telugu Desam Party and its president N Chandrababu Naidu almost on a daily basis, Bharatiya Janata Party official spokesman and Rajya Sabha member G V L Narasimha Rao on Thursday ridiculed that the TDP had now turned into TCP (Telangana Congress Party).
Speaking to media at Vijayawada, Narasimha Rao said the TDP president had joined hands with the Congress party for his political gains, thereby forgetting the very spirit of the party which was born on the anti-Congress plank.
“Former chief minister N T Rama Rao had floated the TDP to fight against the Congress party. But Naidu set aside this fundamental principle and joined hands with Rahul Gandhi,” he said.
The BJP spokesman said Naidu had converted the TDP into Telugu Congress Party as there is no difference between Congress and TDP now.
He also said that Naidu had started his career in Congress and now reached his own party.
He said that AICC president Rahul Gandhi and CM Chandrababu Naidu joined hands against their party ideology and made false comments in their meeting in Hyderabad.
KCR Used And Threw Vijayashanti!

Glamorous actress of yesteryears and Congress party’s star campaigner Vijayashanti has come down heavily on Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and caretaker chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao for adopting “use and throw” policy towards sincere Telanganites for his selfish gains.
Participating in a series of election rallies in Ranga Reddy district, Vijayashanti recalled how KCR had used her popularity during the Telangana movement and dumped her, soon after the Telangana state was achieved.
“He did the same in case of Chevella MP Konda Vishweshwar Reddy, who had contributed a lot for the growth of the TRS. Now, he has kicked him out,” she pointed out.
She sought to know from Telangana chief minister as to whether Telangana did mean KCR, KTR, Kavitha and Harish Rao.
She warned KCR of dire consequences for criticising Sonia Gandhi who was instrumental in formation of separate Telanagana.
Vishweswar Reddy said that Telangana was achieved with sacrifices and efforts of many people and students but not only with the efforts of KCR.
How Invalid Note Like Naidu Help Cong?

Not long ago, the Congress leaders in Andhra Pradesh described Telugu Desam Party president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu as an invalid currency note, which is not valid anywhere in the country.
But the same Congress leaders are now banking on Naidu to win the assembly elections in Telangana.
“How can they justify it? How can an invalid note in Andhra Pradesh become a valid note for it in Telangana?” asked Telangana Rashtra Samithi senior leader and irrigation minister T Harish Rao.
Harish recalled that in June, Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee president N Raghuveera Reddy came out with a booklet stating that the TDP president had not fulfilled the poll promises.
The Congress also brought out a charge sheet against Naidu, stating that the latter was an invalid note.
“If Chandrababu Naidu is invalid rupee in Andhra Pradesh, how can he be a valid rupee in Telangana,” Harish asked.
He alleged that Naidu was known for his rank opportunism.
“Naidu is calling the alliance with Congress a historical necessity. He said the same thing after aligning with BJP. This is not historical need for the people but for the survival of the TDP in Telangana,” he said.
Harish also lashed out at the Maha Kootami, calling it as ‘Daga Kutami.’ He took exception to the comments of TJS president M Kodandaram that Chief Minister K Chandrashekar Rao was an injured batsman.
“The people would know who the injured batsman will be on December 11. The TRS is going to win the game comfortably,” he said.
Harish took exception to the Congress party using the picture of Sagaraharam in its manifesto. Rao said that black and white picture of Sagarharam was printed in the manifesto because it had all pink flags.
He said that the Congress had no right to use the Sagaraharam picture because it was opposed by the Congress party, while it was in power.
