DMK Supremo M Karunanidhi got married thrice. Still, The Former CM managed to keep the entire family united as long as he was alive. Post his demise, The threat of division in DMK due to the rift between Karunanidhi Family Members can’t be ruled out.

Karunanidhi had long back announced DMK Working President MK Stalin is his political successor. It was Stalin who kept running the party successfully even when Jayalalithaa hawa continued in Tamil Nadu. Karuna’s Elder Alagiri expressed his displeasure over Stalin’s domination few times in the past. However, He wasn’t able to do much about it as Karunanidhi was supportive of Stalin.Since 2014, Alagiri wasn’t active in DMK and even his loyalists moved to other parties. Karunanidhi sent out Alagiri from DMK for anti-party activities. Family disputes hurt DMK during 2016 Assembly Polls.

After the death of Karunanidhi, Alagiri may become active politically. MK Stalin holds grip on DMK for now but anything can happen in future. Most importantly, Some of the key leaders in DMK are once so close to Alagiri. Those who oppose Stalin might join Alagiri’s coterie. Any division in DMK in the next few years leads to defeat in the 2021 Assembly Polls.

These days, the opposition party in AP – YSR Congress is going through a rough patch as the party is continuously inviting huge criticism from all ends due to some unanticipated flaws made by the party president Jagan Mohan Reddy himself. His alleged alliance with BJP, personal attack on Jana Sena Chief Pawan Kalyan, going back on Kapu reservation and abstaining from voting in Rajya Sabha’s election to deputy chairperson are few self-goals, by Jagan Mohan Reddy himself, that are tinkering his party’s image day-by-day.

On other hand, senior leaders of party are leaving him one after the other- starting from S.P.Y Reddy, Jyothula Nehru, Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, Raghurama Krishnam Raju, Mysora Reddy and many others. All these leaders made an exit by citing the attitude and behavior of Jagan Mohan Reddy as prime reasons. Most recently, another senior member of the party & key leader of Kakinada, Mutta Gopala Krishna bid an adieu to YCP and joined Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena. Mutta and his family has got great popularity in Kakinada city.

Previously, Gopala Krishna has worked as cabinet Minister in TDP government and elected as a legislator from Congress Party. Few days back, Jagan sidelined M Sasidhar, son of M Gopala Krishna, as the party in-charge of Kakinada by appointing Dwarampudi. Upset with this move, Mutta and his son switched their loyalties to Jana Sena.

After joining Jana Sena party, Mutta Gopala Krishna offered an explanation for his exit from YSRCP. Mutta said that there’s no prominence given to him by the party president and at the same time, Pawan seems have invited him with high importance. The senior also opined that ‘Jagan pays no heed to senior members in the party and that is the key reason why several seniors are stepping out.’

In the meanwhile, political analysts think that Gopala Krishna’s exit is a huge blow for YSRCP. As Mutta has got a strong hold in the Vaishya community, it’s going cost them (YSRCP) dearly.

The firebrand leader of TDP and Guntur MP, Galla Jayadev has again fired a salvo at BJP government in the Parliament House today.

While voicing out the rightful demands of Andhra people, the Telugu Desham MPs said that central government has utterly failed in fulfilling the promises made in AP reorganization act. MP Galla Jayadev has said that ‘AP has been pushed into loss with an unlawful division’ and demanded centre to extent the industrial development scheme for North Eastern states to Andhra as well. AP needs tax exemptions and financial aid from centre, similar to the north eastern states of country.

‘In the past, Central government promised tax exemptions and industrial assistance to the state, but they are yet to implement them. Due to the Goods and Services tax (GST), Andhra Pradesh is losing 2600 Cr to centre every year, but we did not even get a single paisa so far,’ said the Guntur MP.

Finally, he demanded to do justice for AP by implementing all the promises made in the AP Reorganization Act. Speaking on the GST, the MP said that there should be just 5% GST on Real Estate and sought tax exemption on daily house needs like chilli and curcumn.

According to recently released news, the rate of H-1B denials is around 23%.

One of the main reasons for H-1B denial is because some employers are still using the ancient SOC code 15-1121 – Computer Systems Analysts or 15-1131 – Computer Programmer to continue paying low wages. They are using the job title Programmer, Programmer Analyst or Systems Analyst along with these SOC codes.USCIS does not believe that Computer Systems Analysts or Computer Programmers require a Computer Science degree and even a candidate with a Bachelor of Arts degree can become a Computer Systems Analyst or Programmer Analyst or Computer Programmer.

A H-1B employee can ask for certified LCA from employer to check his/her job title and SOC code or find the LCA data online as it is a public record.They can request their employer to upgrade their petition to premium processing if their employer used this job title or SOC code so that they can look for alternatives before their I-94 expires. It is risky for H-1B employees if their petition is denied after the expiry of I-94.

USCIS is also denying petitions when the H-1B employee has a non-Computer Science degree and the RFE is not clearly answered along with detailed work experience letters from previous employers.Most overseas employers do not give detailed work experience letters and issue service certificates which only contain information about start date, end date and job title of the employee at the time of leaving the company.USCIS does not evaluate these previous job experience letters if the letter does not contain detailed roles and responsibilities of the previous job. This results in denials of H-1B extensions of non-Computer Science H-1B employees who need to document 6-9 years of previous IT experience to obtain equivalency of a US Computer Science degree.

It is also time for non-Computer Science H-1B employees to invest eight to ten thousand dollars and get an online graduate certificate in computer science or information systems from a state university or reputation private university or buy one-way tickets to home country.Some end clients are reluctant to issue client letters stating roles and responsibilities of the contractor H-1B employee. The H-1B contractor employee needs to change projects where the end client is supportive by issuing a client letter with detailed roles and responsibilities. This has become a major reason for H-1B denials.

Many smaller IT consulting companies do not have the knowledge to deal with boilerplate RFE’s on specialty occupation, employer employee relationship, work experience and educational qualifications for H-1B employees.
