After Pressure, Jagan Takes Back Words
Under mounting pressure from various corners including party leaders, and close aides such as Mudragada Padmanabham, Jagan has taken a steep u-turn in the Kapu reservations row.
Jagan, who had given up totally on Kapu reservations stating that it is not in his hands and it is under the Centre’s purview, now retracted his statement and tried to clarify his statement. He said his words have been “misunderstood” and “misinterpreted”. Speaking at Pithapuram in East Godavari district as part of his Praja Sankalpa Yatra, Jagan turned the words towards stating that why did TDP put Kapu reservations in its manifesto despite knowing that it is practically not possible.
Jagan accused Chandrababu Naidu of cheating all castes, communities. He said he would give Rs 10,000 Crores to Kapu Corporation once he comes to power. He said YCP would bring light in the lives of poor through its “Navaratnalu” scheme.
Meanwhile, earlier, Kapu leaders in East Godavari and YCP leaders from Godavari districts and other districts had found fault with him. After a thorough brainwash, Jagan seems to have taken back his words.
“Jagan blaming TDP is irony since it is we who passed the resolution in favour of Kapu reservations in AP Assembly and even sent the Bill to the Parliament for the acceptance. As promised, our leader Chandrababu is trying his best to get it done whereas Jagan openly opposed the Kapu reservations. If Jagan is committed for Kapu reservations and for Kapu welfare, why hasn’t he put it in YCP’s manifesto?,” commented a senior TDP leader from Godavari district.

Currently, in ‘Most Wanted’ zone, Ruhani needs to score more points with her debut with Chi la Sow Bride role as the hype could land her on any side of the coin. If she lands on the positive side, it will be history for her.
Viral Pic: Karunanidhi On Hospital Bed
This latest picture of the ailing DMK patriarch M Karunanidhi at the Kauvery Hospital during Congress President Rahul Gandhi’s visit has been going viral on social media since afternoon. Although Karunanidhi seems quite week, the picture has relieved millions of him fans who have been anxiously waiting for his health updates for the last few days.
Ever since he was hospitalised last week, the 94-year-old politician has been under doctors’ supervision in the ICU. A couple of nights ago, the entire Tamil Nadu was on tenterhooks when rumours of Karunanidhi’s demise rocked the state. Rahul Gandhi, after visiting Karunanidhi, tweeted that Karunanidhi is a “tough person” and said that his condition is “stable”.
Is Priyamani Pregnant?
Actress Priyamani, who got married to her boyfriend Mustufa Raj last year, is reportedly carrying. Priyamani is expecting a child and the news would be made official soon. The actress did a special photoshoot with her darling hubby and herself posted the pics on her social media page. She however hasn’t let the cat out of the bag. Confirming that some ‘good news’ is coming, she said her husband Mustufa himself would reveal the news.
“Something interesting and fun coming up for all of you from my mister @mustufaraj and me soon!!! Wait and watch pic,” Priyamani wrote on her Twitter along with the latest pics.
Priyamani has entered into wedlock with Mustufa Rai in August 2017. The couple were in a serious relationship before tying the nuptial knot. Mustufa is the founder and director of the Zing plus events, an event-management company. He had met Priyamani at Celebrity Cricket League party where Mustafa was hosting the event, while Priyamani was the CCL Brand Ambassador. Cupid has struck them since then and the couple eventually fell for each other.
Priyamani is noted for her performances. She acted opposite NTR in Rajamouli’s directorial Yama Donga. She even acted in Mani Ratnam’s Villain. Priyamani did a special song in SRK’s Chennai Express.
WhatsApp Rolls Out Group Video Calling Feature
The most awaited feature in Facebook-owned WhatsApp Messenger has been rolled out officially. In its latest upgrade, the app allows users to make group voice calls and group video calls and it’s now open to users. Voice and Video calling feature was already available in the WhatsApp but the it has now got an enhancement – from just two participants to four participants.
Now that the new upgrade allows upto 4 people to be on single video call, the company said all the calls are end-to-end encrypted. As per the company’s latest report, WhatsApp counts 1.5 billion users every month and around 2 billion minutes of calls happen every day. In order to add new people to the call, one has to click the ‘add participant’ button on top right corner. This enhanced feature will work under slow network conditions too.
Apart from WhatsApp, Skyke allows group calls upto 25 people, Facebook messenger supports upto 50, Snap Chat extends to 16 participants and Apple’s FaceTime reportedly allows 32 people at a time once the iOS 12 is launched.

How TDP Overcame Lokesh’s Drawbacks
One of the big minuses for the ruling TDP in AP is Chandrababu’s son and IT & Panchayat Raj Minister Nara Lokesh. While technically, he is not a minus.But politically and electorally speaking, Lokesh is indeed a liability for the party. It made him a soft target. Knowing this weakness of TDP, Pawan Kalyan is repeatedly targeting Lokesh. But after a point, even Pawan scored his own self-goals by stating that he has no proofs and he was only referring to hearsay.
Yet, Lokesh’s drawback is his public speaking. Aware of this, TDP and Naidu are making smart moves. Apparently, Lokesh has been asked to cut down his public speeches and has been advised to limit his speeches. Interestingly, Lokesh & his PR team now seems to be focusing on his print interviews instead of doing TV interviews. This has really worked in favour of the TDP.
Apart from this, unlike his peers like KTR, Lokesh lacks a ‘Charismatic Image’ in public. This is where he really needs to work upon. And of course, he does need a mass image as well. And Naidu & Co have already hired senior leaders to groom Lokesh towards this direction. Although 2019 is too short and very close, probably, Lokesh may get ready for 2024.
Chiranjeevi Challenges Pawan Kalyan
For the last couple of weeks, several Tollywood stars have been lending their support to Telangana government’s Haritha Haram green initiative. The latest to join the bandwagon is actor-politician Megastar Chiranjeevi.
Chiranjeevi was challenged by NTV Narendra Chowdary. The Megastar accepted the challenge and planted a few saplings in his farmland on the outskirts of Hyderabad. But the icing on the cake is that Chiru has now challenged his brother Power Star Pawan Kalyan.
Chiru nominated Pawan Kalyan, Bollywood legend and his Sye Raa co-star Amitabh Bachchan and media baron Ramoji Rao for the Haritha Haram challenge. In the pictures that were clicked while he was working in his farm, Chiru looked slim and quite suave in a neatly styled beard.
#NTR Offered 80 Crores, Balayya Still Undecided
After wrapping the first schedule successfully, we hear that Nandamuri Balakrishna is super happy with the rushes of the movie #NTR which he is producing on a prestigious note. Here is an interesting snippet about this biopic.To bring legendary NT Rama Rao’s real-life persona to the silver screen, his son Balakrishna turned a producer himself to produce #NTR under the direction of Krish Jagarlamudi. We hear that the film is getting lucrative offers from various Bollywood production and distribution giants for all India theatrical rights.
Other day Sony Pictures is said to have offered 80+ crores for the theatrical rights of NTR keeping in mind that the film has popular celeb’s story as the theme and directed by Krish who is quite popular in Bollywood circles. We have to say that this is the best ever offer for a Balayya film in his career ever.
However, Balayya hasn’t decided whether he should sell the movie or not as his business partners are said to be advising him to slow down as they feel that the film has almost 150+ crores business potential. For now, Sony’s offer is kept on hold.
Chowdary’s Warning To Pawan Kalyan
We have seen how TDP MP Murali Mohan made Lord Venkateswara Swamy, a Kamma and by association, a TDP worker.Now, Nadendla Brahmam Chowdary, President of the Telugu Nadu Students Federation, the students’ wing of TDP has come out with a strange warning.“Sushma Swaraj and Arun Jaitley who opposed Amaravati suffered kidney problems. A social activist who also was opposed to land acquisition died of kidney failure whereas Swami Agnivesh recently had a bitter experience.
Lord Amaralingeswara of Amaravati, Goddess Kanaka Durga of Indrakeeladri and Vedadri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy know how to protect Capital Amaravati,” said Brahmam Chowdary and added, “Pawan Kalyan should also refrain from bad-mouthing Amaravati or else he will have to pay the price.”By the way, Brahmam Chowdary, were these Gods happy when Chandrababu demolished many temples, churches and mosques in Vijayawada in the name of development?

Sri Reddy Deletes Vulgar Video about Lawrence
Sri Reddy recently posted a video in which she used vulgar words against director Lawrence and also dragged in his wife’s name.She used boothu words in chaste Telugu to criticize Lawrence who asked her to do an audition in front of media if she really believes has acting skills.
Her vulgar language which is even boothu than the words she used for Pawan Kalyan earlier would have landed her in jail.Realizing her mistake, she immediately deleted the video and now has posted another video in which she performed a skit to show to “master”.
