Hiranya Kashyapa After Treatment
There have been reports that Rana will immediately be moving on to Gunasekhar’s next big mythological movie “Hiranya Kashyapa”, but the truth is that it would take another six months for him to get into shape for regular shoot.A source adds, the film requires Rana to be fit and strong.
At present, Rana is suffering from blood pressure related issues and he is under medication. He is also taking special diet.He will also shortly be leaving to the US for better treatment. Only after he turns healthy and strong will he commence work on Gunasekhar’s film that is going to be made on a lavish scale.
Interestingly, Rana is co-producing this movie, while his father Suresh Babu handles everything.Rana is waiting for a call from the US doctors for further treatment. The young actor has made it clear that it is not a big issue to worry about.
Sri Reddy Slams Shakalaka Shankar
After a brief lull period, Sri Reddy is back to hitting out at celebrities. This time she has aimed her guns at comedian Shakalaka Shankar.The comedian allegedly made some statements on her. He is die-hard fan of Pawan Kalyan.According to her, Shakalaka used some bad words against her in a video interview.
“If you do extras, your ass will be beaten,” she said in her Facebook post and video.
“I know your film has released and you need some publicity. To gain collections, you are free to use your favourite star’s name. But for some cheap publicity, if you criticize I will not leave you. Naa daggara andari jaathakalu unnayi. I will not leave. There are many pimps in Movie Artistes’ Association. I will reveal all of their names,” she told in this latest video.
Shakakala Shankar made debut as lead hero with “Shambo Shankara” that took decent openings in rural areas. He is on success tour to promote the film.Where did he make comments against her and what he said is not known.

Cashing his popularity, leading mobile retail chain, Sangeetha Mobiles has signed Deverakonda hero as their brand ambassador.An official announcement is also made earlier in the day and we hear that Vijay is paid a bomb for this new endorsement deal.

Dadi To Find Rehabilitation In Jana Sena?
It has been long time since one has heard about former minister Dadi Veerabhadra Rao, who once played a prominent role in the Telugu Desam Party and was one of its important leaders in north coastal Andhra.Just because he was denied the MLC for a second term, Dadi came out of the TDP and joined the YSR Congress party before the last assembly elections. But he could not stay in the YSRC for long, as he did not get any expected prominence there.
So, he quit the YSRC in 2015 and started sending feelers to TDP president and chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu that he was ready to get back into the party.But, Naidu did not give any response to Dadi. Apparently, the local TDP leaders in Anakapalle opposed his re-entry into the TDP fearing that he would dominate them.
Frustrated with his failed attempts, Dadi again started attacking Naidu but as there were no takers to his outburst, he went into political oblivion.Now, Dadi is trying to get back into active politics by joining the Jana Sena Party floated by actor Pawan Kalyan.He and his son Ratnakar Rao sent messages to Pawan Kalyan, who has been on his Visakhapatnam tour at present.
On Tuesday, Pawan went to Dadi’s residence and spent some time with him. He later told media that he had invited Dadi to join the JSP and play a crucial role in defeating the TDP.“He is an experienced politician. His services are very much required for new generation politics,” Pawan said.
For the record sake, Dadi said he would take a decision on joining Jana Sena after discussing with his followers.
KCR Trapping Jeevan Reddy?
Senior Congress leader and party MLA from Jagityal T Jeevan Reddy sprang a surprise on the media persons when he got down from the car of chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao’s daughter and Nizamabad MP Kalvakuntla Kavitha at Jagityal on Monday.Apparently, Jeevan Reddy toured parts of Jagityal constituency along with Kavitha and other Telangana Rasthra Samithi leaders.
Though it is not uncommon for a local MLA to participate in the government programmes, the way Jeevan Reddy travelled together with Kavitha and other TRS leaders in her car led to several suspicions.Sources say with the elections to the state assembly round the corner, the TRS chief has been trying every trick to weaken the Congress party by luring tough and senior party leaders, who have a lot of hold in their respective constituencies.
He already brought in former minister Danam Nagender and is all set to trap another former minister Mukesh Goud. KCR is learnt to have promised to fulfil whatever conditions they put before joining the TRS.Now, Jeevan Reddy is one of the senior most and toughest Congress leaders in northern Telangana.Already, there is a talk that Kavitha is planning to contest from Jagityal in the next assembly elections, as her chances of winning the Nizamabad MP seat are bleak. But as long as Jeevan Reddy is there in Jagityal, it is not easy for her to win the assembly seat.
So, KCR is planning to lure Jeevan Reddy into the TRS by offering him a respectable position, besides promising him to nominate him to Rajya Sabha or even give party ticket for Karimnagar Lok Sabha seat.He is also offering an assembly seat to his son. If the deal works out, Jeevan may soon get into the TRS, sources said.
Don’t entertain people like Kathi, Mr Jagan!
The statement made by controversial film critic Kathi Mahesh that he was interested in making an entry into politics by joining YSR Congress party has triggered a debate in media circles.While a section of media feels Kathi, being a Dalit leader, would bring a lot of mileage to YSRC, majority of the media persons feel that he would only be a nuisance value for YSRC president Y S Jagan, at a time when the situation is very conducive for him to win the next elections.
First of all, Kathi is just a hype in the media and does not have any political background. He was never in public doing service, let alone being a political activist.Except expressing his views on social media platforms, he does not seem to have any conviction towards serious politics. There are no reports of Kathi doing any social service.
So, when Kathi has no track record of winning even a sarpanch election, it is ridiculous on his part to expect that Jagan would field him as party candidate in Chittoor parliamentary constituency. Secondly, people like Kathi who are known for their loose talk land not only themselves but also the parties in which they join in deep troubles with their controversial comments.
Already, Kathi landed in jail on Monday night for his loose comments on Ramayana and Mahabharata.Already Jagan is facing headache with leaders like R K Roja who made wild allegations and cheap comments against the political rivals.Does he need Kathi now? It is better Jagan does not entertain such persons, leave alone giving them party tickets.
