Kamal Haasan Slams Rajinikanth
Kamal Haasan’s sharp counter to Rajinikanth has added fuel to the ongoing debate in Tamil Nadu over Tuticorin incident. While Rajini’s pro-police remarks have already invited huge flak from several corners, Kamal’s fresh comments further escalated.
“Some anti-social elements have infiltrated among the protesting locals. It is their handiwork,” Rajinikanth had commented after visiting Tuticorin victims in hospital. Rajini said police were not the first to attack and they had fired only after they were attacked.
Responding to Rajini’s comments against Tuticorin protesters, emotional Kamal said, “If protesters are anti-social, so am I.” These remarks of Kamal are drawing good applause. On contrary to Rajini’s ‘anti-people’ and ‘anti-protester’ comments have not gone down well with many.
Despite the fact that Rajini enjoys mass image and is known as people’s man given his past events, his fresh comments indicate that Rajini is slowly distancing from people. Many political analysts opine that Rajini’s image would take a beating with his anti-people stand.
While the mood of the people of Tamil Nadu is in favour of Tuticorin victims, Rajini going against populist mood is worrying his fans. Kamal’s timely comments have also further embarrassed Rajini. People are demanding Rajini to retract his comments.
Pawan Takes Break From Yatra, Enjoys in Araku Resort
Taking frequent breaks from his Porata Yatra, Pawan Kalyan has spent quality time at a private resort in Araku. Pawan, who wrapped up Vizianagaram tour by Saturday, has taken leave on Sunday and stayed in the resort near Padmapuram Gardens. The whole day Pawan was restricted to the resort. Early in the morning, he has walked outside his room for 30 minutes, but later he went inside his room.
Several Janasena party activists from Paderu and ex MLA of Gajuvaka, Chintalapudi Venkatramaiah, have come to meet Pawan but the Janansena chief hasn’t come out to meet. After waiting so long, people who came to meet Pawan were upset and left the place.
Earlier, Pawan had also taken breaks from his Porata Yatra citing his body guards were injured. Usually, Yatras would be conducted by leaders continuously without any break unless only if any health issues arises or the Yatra is conducted for long. But since beginning of Yatra, Pawan taking regular intervals is worrying Janasena workers, cadre who are afraid that it would send wrong signals.
Meanwhile, Pawan said to have changed the route of his Porata Yatra after coming to know about CM Chandrababu Naidu’s visit to Srungavarapu Kota ( S Kota) of Vizianagaram district.
Roja To Ditch Jagan & Likely To Join Janasena?
Nagiri MLA and YCP’s firebrand woman leader Roja is reportedly mulling over to switch her loyalties once again. The former TDP leader who joined YCP in 2014 and contested on YCP is now reportedly contemplating to join Pawan’s political outfit Janasena.
Apparently, Jagan is not happy over Roja and is quite disappointed with her ‘loud-mouthed’ nature which in turn reportedly caused more damage to YCP instead of helping the party. With sympathy wave riding in Nagiri as TDP’s senior leader Gali Muddukrishnama Naidu passed away and TDP is likely to field his son from the seat, Jagan said to be thinking of someone else instead of sitting MLA Roja.
This said to have upset Roja. Roja is now reportedly thinking to join Janasena. Apparently, Pawan’s brother Naga Babu, who is colleague of Roja in Jabardasth, is trying his best to mediate and rope in Roja into Janasena.Except Pawan, none of the known faces have joined Janasena till date. While elections are fast-approaching and has very little time, Pawan & Co are also looking for people to field in all 175 constituencies and 25 Lok Sabha seats. This is what seems to have turned a win-win for Roja and Pawan.
Roja’s recent comments also strongly backing Pawan. Talk is that Pawan may want Roja to contest as MP from Janasena seat. Whether Roja accepts the proposal and switch to Janasena or not is a big question.Since Roja has already crossed from TDP to Congress (where she met YS Rajasekhar Reddy days before his death) to YSRCP, one has to wait and see, whether she would also switch to Janasena or not. At the moment, rumours are rife that Roja too has interest to join hands with PK.

Even I’ve asked the same thing”, says Nani, later revealing how he was aboard. “Allu Arvind garu called me one day saying that I have to do this show. Nithiin’s Next With Chalo Director Shelved
Nithiin is currently shooting for a romantic family entertainer, Srinivasa Kalyanam. The film is being directed and produced by national award winning director-producer duo Satish Vegesna and Dil Raju.
After Srinivasa Kalyanam, Nithiin was originally supposed to work with young director Venky Kudumula. Venky had made an impressive debut with Chalo earlier this summer. However, we have exclusively learnt that the Nithiin-Venky has been shelved.
Also, it’s been exclusively learnt that creative differences between Nithiin and Venky is said to be the main reason behind this unexpected development. Apparently, Nithiin is not satisfied with the story Venky had narrated.
Nithiin recently signed a film under Chandrasekhar Yeleti’s direction. The film will be produced by Mythri Movie Makers. On the other hand, Venky Kudumula has a project each under Geetha Arts and Sithara Entertainments banner.
