The blockbuster success of Rangasthalam has given huge boost to director Sukumar. He is certainly on cloud nine as the film emerged as the highest grossing Telugu film in Non-Baahubali category beating the other films.
With this, during the recent success party, Sukumar said to have danced along with his wife. The party saw all the families of cast, crew of Rangasthalam. It is just family get-together of director, producers and their closed ones. Sukumar’s dance with his wife is said to be highlight.
Apparently, Sukumar danced crazily and his wife matched his steps. Everyone present at there shocked to see Sukumar’s dancing skills. Whopping Price For Nikhil’s Mudhra
Young hero Nikhil is keen to sign experimental films which have commercial viabilities. His next film tentatively titled Mudhra, an official remake of Tamil sleeper hit Kanithan will start rolling soon.
Guess what… satellite business deal of Mudhra has been closed much before the commencement of regular shoot. Star TV has offered Rs 5.5 crores for Telugu and Hindi satellite rights. As the offer is fancy, makers readily signed the deal.
Mugdha is to be bankrolled by Tagore Madhu and Nikhil will be portraying the character of a vibrant journalist which also has Arjun Reddy fame Shalini Pandey in female lead.
Scoop: 10 Lakhs Bet On Charan-Sam Lip Kiss
Some really funny stuff always happen on the spots of film shooting and such things happened in abundance at Rangasthalam sets too. Apparently, while talking about that lip kiss scene of Ram Charan and Samantha in the film, director Sukumar revealed that there is 10 lakhs bet on the scene. Well, what’s that?
“We planned two scenes for two days, but we’ve shot only the first scene for one and half day. And then producer Ravi garu challenged us that we cannot wrap the second scene, which happens to be the lip kiss scene, and then offered us 10 lakhs if we could wrap the scene it time. I took that as a challenge”, said Sukumar talking about that scene.
“In the end, we’ve started shooting the scene at 5:15 pm on the second day and we wrapped it by 5:45 pm. It is such an important scene but with Charan and Samantha both being highly professional actors, they just did everything in one take” he added. And that chemistry turned out superior in that proposal scene, wooing audiences big time.
So, what about that 10 lakhs offer then? “Ravi garu literally brought the cash of 10 lakhs and gave it to my director department, who all happen to be writers of the film as well. But they firmly rejected it, though they took the challenge seriously” says Sukumar, explaining how hard his team worked.

Opposition Parties are Dogs, Snakes – Amit Shah
Courting a major controversy, BJP national president Amit Shah on Friday made stinging remarks against the opposition parties who are trying to unite to take on the BJP in next year’s Lok Sabha polls. Amit shah has described them as ‘snakes’, ‘mongoose’, ‘dogs’ and ‘cats’.
“The countdown for 2019 (polls) has begun. Attempts are being made for opposition unity. When huge floods occur, everything is washed away. Only a ‘vatvriksha (banyan tree) survives and snakes, mongoose, dogs, cats and other animals climb out to save themselves from the rising waters. Due to Modi flood, all cats, dogs, snakes and mongoose are getting together to contest polls,” Shah said.
He was apparently referring to the efforts being made by various parties like the TRS, the Trinamool Congress and the TDP to sew up a coalition to take on the Modi-led BJP in the next general elections.Later when a huge flak came from Opposition leaders against Shah’s comments, Shah said his intention was not to equate Opposition parties to animals. Shah tried to clarify, “What I meant was political parties having no ideological similarities are coming together out of fear of Modi.”
“Snake and mongoose have nothing in common. Let me take names: Samajwadi Party and BSP, Trinamool Congress and Congress, Chandrababu Naidu and Congress, they have nothing in common and no ideological similarities, but are coming together,” Amit Shah said.He also accused the Opposition of not allowing the Budget session of Parliament to function. The session concluded today. On the Parliament session being washed out, Shah said, “We were ready to address all issues in the Parliament. It was the Opposition that disrupted the proceedings.”
Coming back to ‘vote bank’ politics, Amit Shah asserted that the BJP government would not scrap the reservation policy, nor allow anyone to do so.

KCR’s Federal Front Plan Utter Flop?
Telangana Rashtra Samithi president and chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao might be making desperate attempts to form a federal front as a third alternative to the Congress and the Bharatiya Janata Party, but it has already turned to be a futile attempt.
This was stated by veteran Congress leader and former Union minister S Jaipal Reddy on Saturday. He said the third front proposal was an utter flop, as there are hardly any takers for it.“The fact is that the TRS is a tail party of the BJP. KCR’s agenda is to secretly strengthen the BJP. He will never give up the friendship with Narendra Modi, though the BJP is fast losing the confidence of the people,” he said.
He demanded that KCR should decide as to whose side his party would be.
“There is a need for all the parties to come together to pull down the Narendra Modi government. The efforts are on at the national level and all the anti-BJP parties have extended their support to the Congress,” he said.Jaipal Reddy blamed it on the BJP for the recent stalling of the Parliamentary proceedings.“There was an unprecedented crisis in Parliament. The BJP got the proceedings stalled with the help of its allies to deny the opportunity to the opposition parties to raise people’s issues,” he alleged.

Actor-turned-Jana Sena Party chief Pawan Kalyan has become an expert in giving lectures on social media platforms, rather than making sensible speeches in public platforms.On Saturday, Pawan took to twitter to make a lengthy comment on political corruption, while making a reference about the problems being faced by the people from Mega Aqua Food Park at Tundurru in West Godavari district.
He said India’s economy might be growing and India might be shining on the world stage, but India is also choking with political corruption and insensitive nature of political leaders. India is also choking lack of clean air right from the country’s capital itself.“For example, in West Godavari dist, even the Thundurru Aqua food park pollution issue, that’s how the native youth feel.. Mumbai: Actress Tamannaah Bhatia has said there is no better sports event than Indian Premier League (IPL) to perform for and she is excited about performing in the opening ceremony of the glamorous Twenty20 cricket tournament.Tamannaah said this on Friday while interacting with the media before the final rehearsal for the opening ceremony of IPL on Saturday.Tamannaah, who has performed in numerous award shows and stage tours, said performing in a stadium is completely different.
“Before this, I have never performed for a sports event and of course, when you are on a stage there is a certain feeling of nervousness and excitement. S.S. Rajamouli praises ‘Rangasthalam’
Filmmaker S.S. Rajamouli has praised Telugu Film “Rangasthalam” and also lauded the performances by actors Ram Charan and Jagapathi Babu.
“The only person who could stand his ground to Charan, to an extent was Jagapathi Babu. His slow drawling dialogue and performance was really menacing. Congratulations to Mythri, Sukku and team ‘Rangasthalam’ for the terrific box office performance as well,” Rajamouli tweeted on Saturday.
Overall, the filmmaker found the movie superb.
“There are many things that are good about #Rangasthalam. But the characterisation Sukumar written for Chittibabu and the way Charan portrayed it eclipses them all.
