Ever since the news is out that Jr NTR is turning the Brand Ambassador of IPL Telugu version, fans can’t contain the excitement and they are looking forward to the advertisement. And with the pictures of NTR and Trivikram out, the excitement doubled.
Finally with IPL 2018 season to kick off in three more days, here came the advertisement. Emphasising on the need to watch IPL in Telugu, Jr NTR has come up with a lengthy line, impressing everyone with his loveable dialogue delivery like all the time.
“Kaaram leni Kodi, Ullipaya leni Pakodi, Petrol leni Gaadi, Meesalu leni Rowdy, Parigettadam raani kedi, aavakai leni jaadi, aata leni badi, Amma prema leni vodi..” says Jr NTR, adding “Asalu Majaa! Telugu ra”.
Of course, we second your line Tarak, and definitely, we get know immediately that this lengthy rhymed dialogue is written by Trivikram only. Fans are definitely enjoying this new promo of IPL featuring Jr NTR like the way they earlier felt happy when they first saw Big Boss promos of the actor.
More than saying ‘asalu majaa Telugu ra’, they are saying, ‘asalu majaa, Tarak ra’.
NTR’s Press Conference Today At 3 PM!
Even as he is prepping hard for his next project with Trivikram, Young Tiger NTR had signed a major endorsement deal recently. NTR will be the brand ambassador for the upcoming season of the Indian Premiere League (IPL) Telugu promotions.
The Star Group owns the IPL rights for next 5 years. Banking on NTR’s popularity among the masses and especially the TV audiences, the Star Group had brought Tarak on board by paying him a bomb. An ad film, featuring NTR endorsing IPL Telugu, was directed by Trivikram recently.
This ad film will be released today at 3 pm during a press conference at Park Hyatt hotel in Hyderabad. Needless to say, the ad will leave the fans thrilled as they will get to see NTR’s newly groomed lean and fit avatar much ahead of Trivikram’s film.

Coincidence In Dhoni’s Padma Bhushan & World Cup
Yesterday was a memorable day for former Team India skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni. On April 2, in 2011, Dhoni won the ICC World Cup for India after 23 long years. And on April 2, 2018, Dhoni was honoured with Padma Bhushan, India’s third highest civilian award.
Dressed in the army uniform, Dhoni, who also holds the honorary Lt. Colonel post in 106 Para TA Batallion rank in the Indian Army, did a march past and saluted the Indian President Ram Nath Kovind like a true army officer as he received the prestigious award.
Naidu Bows Down Infront Of Parliament
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu entered Parliament to step up stir for special status to Andhra Pradesh. Before going into main hall, Naidu bowed down and touched the steps at the entry of Parliament.
Perhaps, first time Naidu arrived Parliament to meet the other party leaders during the budget session of Parliament in his entire political career.
He along with his part MPs arrived Parliament to meet several party leaders, except BJP and Congress, and seek their cooperation to achieve special status to Andhra Pradesh.
Naidu will submit reports and official documents to the leaders and explain how BJP led NDA cheated Andhra by not honouring the promises made to the residuary state. Naidu will meet Samajwadi Party, Trinamool Congress, BSP, left and other party leaders from both Lok Sabha and Rajya Sabha. He will hold day long meetings with the leaders.
Modi Govt Shocks Journalists With ‘Fake News’
Like the way erstwhile YS Rajasekhar Reddy government has kickstarted a ‘media-watch’ program from a short while, the ruling Narendra Modi led government at the Centre also came up with another tyrannous law to curb ‘press’ freedom.
The I&B Ministry has now amended guidelines to regulate fake news, saying that if a journalist was found to have created or propagated fake news, their accreditation would be suspended for a few months. And if they commit the ‘fake news’ crime again, the suspension will get intense. Shocked by this move of the government, both Broadcasters Association and also Press Council Of India are meeting today to discuss further course of action over this.
Because of these guidelines sound as hollow as they could be. What is the definition of “Fake News” anyway and who defines that? That is the biggest question one needs to answer first. Also with these guidelines in place, governments may harass media by saying that whatever the truth they present will be treated as ‘fake news’ and action will be taken by them.
Meanwhile, the government confirmed that every journalist should abide by the new amendments in order to get the accreditation cards.
“If you take away govt accreditation of journalists for writing fake news then most journos will lose their accreditation because they faithfully reported every economic promise made by Modi” a social media user commented. Is Modi government making a self-goal with this move??
#Rangasthalam: Folk Singer Sivanagulu Lashes Out At DSP
Rangasthalam is racing ahead to join one of the top 3 all-time highest grossing movies in Tollywood. However, the controversy over replacing folk singer Sivanagulu’s super hit number ‘Aa Gattununtava’ with DSP’s voice is spoiling the party to an extent.
In an interview given to a media house last night, an upset Sivanagulu said that he was shocked to see his song replaced with DSP’s when he watched the movie. Sivanagulu alleged that Rangasthalam makers didn’t inform him about the last minute change.
“My song in Rangasthalam made me a known face worldwide. At the pre-release event, DSP invited me on to stage and praised me to the hilt. But now, the same man has replaced my song with his version. Least they could do was to inform me while replacing the song,” said Sivanagulu.
Trade: Rangasthalam Breaches 100 Cr Mark
Chitti Babu many not hear properly but the sound he has created at the box office is creating ripples and smashing records. Now into its 5th day of running, the film amassed a huge total in four days of run thereby creating a non-Baahubali record.
After breaching 50 crores ‘share’ mark in its first weekend, now Rangasthalam figures are added up to 63 crores after collecting 13+ crores on the 4th day from across the globe. That made the film collect nearly 102 crores gross and it is a record of sorts. It’s the third fastest 100 crore mark to be achieved and also this is a non-Baahubali record for a film to score a century in 4 days time.
With Summer holidays in place and no other big film available to slow down the pace of this Ram Charan and Samantha starrer, it looks like Rangasthalam will not have its graph coming down for the next one week or so at the box office.
