‘Jr NTR And I Never Discuss Politics’
It has been almost four years, the state has divided and the issue of the Special Status category to Andhra Pradesh is yet to be addressed. Now it turned into a boiling pot, which even broke the strongest ally between TDP and BJP in Andhra Pradesh. While everyone across Telugu states is discussing it and conducting debates on social media and TV channels, the two brothers who belong to the family of politics kept mum on the issue.
Nandamuri Kalyanram and Jr NTR are grandsons of Sr NTR, who founded TDP party only to rewrite politics in Telugu states long ago. Though Nandamuri Balakrishna is quite active in politics, Kalyanram’s father Hari Krishna and brother Jr NTR remained quiet for a long time. Though Hari Krishna came out in the open, NTR is sticking only to his film journey.
In a recent interview, when asked about his opinion on the current political scenario, Kalyanram stated that he is not interested in politics. He also revealed that even with his brother NTR, he will never discuss any political issues. “Tarak and I are too young to make an opinion on politics. We are quite happy with what they are doing in films. Looking at some news, we just discuss them like any other citizen and move to our work, but there are no serious discussions about political stuff between us” said Kalyan Ram.
The actor is currently busy with promotional activities of MLA, which is slated to hit the screens on March 23.
10th Class Paper Leaked On Whatsapp In Telangana!
The question paper leakage of tenth class board exam has created state-wide commotion among students and parents at the exam centre.
The question paper of English-1 for SSC exam was reportedly leaked around 15-20 minutes ahead of the exam on Monday in Telangana districts of Adilabad and Wanaparthy.
As per media reports, the exam was scheduled at 9AM and photos of English paper-1 were circulated on social media after a teacher in Adilabad govt school photographed it in his mobile.
The led to huge disturbance in some of the examination centers across Telangana state and leaked paper was widespread through social media, particularly on whatsapp. The unexpected incident has forced the officials to launch an enquiry and district education officers of Adilabad & Wanaparthy said there will be criminal cases against Invigilator, Flying Squad, Superintendent and Chief Superintendent of those exam centers.
Pawan, Yet Another Slip Of The Mouth?
In the four years that followed after 2014 election, Janasena Party president Pawan Kalyan never criticised TDP supremo Chandrababu Naidu. Quite surprisingly, he made use of Janasena anniversary day to launch a scathing attack on Telugudesam and its leaders.
And what sounded more unrealistic are his allegations that Nara Lokesh is in a syndicate with former TTD member Sekhar Reddy in a multi-crore scam. Just two days after this speech, various accounts of the reasons behind this talk are given by none other Pawan Kalyan only. While speaking with a local youtube channel he stated that as all other people are alleging that TDP is into corruption, I too did the same. And confirmed that he has attacked the Telugudesam to appease those critics of him.
And now, speaking with national television, Pawan Kalyan puzzled everyone by revealing another angle behind his comments. “Nearly 40 TDP MLAs met me and told that Telugudesam government is entangled in corrupt practices. They have told me how the corruption is happening and also revealed that CM Naidu is aware of that. Now they want me to take this into public” he said.
That’s a shocking revelation yet again, as everyone is thinking who are those 40 MLAs who met Pawan Kalyan to talk about TDP’s corruption? Is there any truth in this or yet another slip of the mouth? That’s what we have to know in the coming days.
Anasuya Back To Twitter!! Thanks Rangammattha
In February 1st week, hottest anchor Anasuya was allegedly caught in a tangle when she knocked down the phone of some selfie monger near her mother’s house in Secunderabad. And that led to an outrage on Twitter where netizens have trolled her big time.
Following such negative reactions and repercussions, Anasuya chose to quit Twitter for a short while. She has actually deactivated her account on Twitter and Instagram as well. But finally, like we said already, the saucy seductress is back to the social media game, thanks to Rangammattha.
Tweeting her original look from the film “Rangasthalam”, Anasuya has tweeted, “Meet Rangammathha” and thus made her entry back into twitter. While her look is winning some attention, already trollers are on their duty, criticising her past moves. Whatever it may be, those who adore her are feeling happy for the comeback.
Meanwhile, Anasuya stated that she’s neither playing Ram Charan’s attha nor Samantha’s mother, but only the hero calls her so. And she also confirmed that her performance will be lauded after the film releases. This statement is endorsed by Chiranjeevi as well as he felt that the full-length character of the Jabardasth anchor is very intriguing.
Ugadi Panchangam gets Political Colour
Each Ugadi, there will be a huge curiosity about the Ugadi Panchangam. But this time, in view of the upcoming general elections next year, all eyes were on the Vilambi Nama Samvatsara Panchangam. As expected, the Panchangam narrators gave their panchanga sravanam a total political colour.
The panchanga sravanam changed depending on the political party the narrators recited. Telangana government’s official panchanga narrator Santhosh Sharma predicted that KCR will have a golden period ahead and that 5, 6 ministers in his cabinet may lose their posts in the next term.
On the other hand, Tirumala Sastri, who was invited by the Telangana Congress party, said that Congress is the only party which looks promising amongst all other parties this year. He further predicted that PCC Chief Uttam Kumar will have good days after October.
Coming to the TDP, Sravan Kumar narrated the party’s future at the TDP Bhavan. He predicted that the T-TDP will get strengthened in Telangana in near future and that the party will be part of the upcoming government after the 2019 general elections. Meanwhile in Guntur’s TDP office, Anjaneya Sastri said that Chandrababu Naidu’s fortunes look quite strong this year and that he will win big in the next elections.
Finally, Ramakrishna Sharma, who read out the YSRCP’s future, predicted that Jagan will take oath as the Chief Minister of Andhra Pradesh in May, 2019. He went on to predict that the YSRCP will win 135 seats in the next elections and that YS Jagan will continue as AP CM for the next 12 years 8 months and 18 days. Ramakrishna Sharma even vowed to quit panchanga sravanam if his prediction for YSRCP goes wrong.
Bollywood Is Scared, Telugu Films Aren’t!!
Ahead of the launch of Indian Premier League’s (IPL) 11th edition, almost all the Bollywood films have postponed their release dates and releasing no big films in April and May. And many thought the same will happen in Tollywood, but for a change, there is no such change here.
While Bollywood superstars are staying away from releases, only some offbeat movies like Amitabh Bachchan’s 102 Not Out, Varun Dhawan and Shoojit Sircar’s October are actually planning a release. Others have pushed the release dates of their films. But Tollywood heroes are releasing their prestigious projects during the peak season of IPL without any fear.
From young and talented ones to superstars’ movies, almost many much-anticipated Telugu films are gearing up for release in May and April. Firstly Rangasthalam is opening the Summer season on March 30th without worrying about the onset of IPL. Next is Mahesh and Koratala’s Bharat Ane Nenu that is going to get released on April 20th. Besides this, Allu Arjun is coming up with a never seen before angry young man avatar in Naa Peru Surya Naa Illu India, which will hit the screens on May 4.
Even though Rajinikanth’s 2.0 postponed due to the delay in VFX, Rajinikanth gearing up to give you goosebumps in this Summer with Kaala, which is a Pa Ranjith’s directorial. The film is slated to release on April 27. Apart from these big projects, few other interesting ones like Nithin’s Chal Mohana Ranga, Nani’s Krishnarjuna Yuddam, Legendary actress Savitri’s Biopic Mahanati are going to hit the screens on April 5, April 12 and May 9th.
We have to wait and see, whether IPL will affect the collections of these projects or not.

#FederalFront: KCR Meets Mamata Banerjee
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao (KCR) has officially started the initial talks for formation of ‘Federal Front’ (Third Front) in the country. The TRS supreme on Monday had a two-hour long bilateral meeting with West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee in Kolkata and spoke to media after it’s finished. The Telugu Chief Minister was all praise for Mamata and her development activities.
Speaking to media after the meeting, Telangana CM said – ‘Mamata is a very senior leader of the country and she’s a good experience in politics. I have visited Kolkata some 13-14 years ago and today, I am very happy looking at the city for the development. The two CMs talked about the formation of Federal Front in India ahead of 2019 polls, with a view to form government without the national parties Congress and BJP.
He said – “Our agenda is development and it’s for the people of the country. It is not about the Congress or BJP or any other party, it is about the people. The idea of new Front has born in the great city of Kolkata. For the last 71 years what has been happening in the country. Do you want the same thing to continue? The country needs a sensation and revolution, this country needs to change, reinvent and for that, we had a talk regarding that.”
Mamata said – ‘We have started the dialogue and there are several others to come. We discussed on various issues like farmers, development and all public related programmes. Politics takes time and we are not in a hurry.’ Later, Mamta has said – “Sometimes in politics, situations become such that people have to come together to work. We have a good relationship with TRS and we will continue it.”
Accompanied KCR, who travelled to Kolkata from Hyderabad this morning, was Rajya Sabha MP K Keshava Rao and Nizamabad MP Kavitha.
