Divya Bharathi’s Bold Look Grabs Attention

Actress Divya Bharathi, who is currently busy with multiple upcoming projects, recently caught the attention of fans after sharing a series of glamorous pictures on social media. The actress, known for films like Aasai, G.O.A.T, and Madhil Mel Kaadhal, looked confident and stylish in the latest photos, which quickly went viral among her followers.
In the pictures, Divya Bharathi is seen wearing a fitted brown body-hugging dress that highlights her elegant and graceful appearance. The outfit features stylish shoulder straps with golden ring details, adding a touch of luxury to the otherwise simple yet classy look. She complemented the outfit with minimal accessories, including a watch, along with subtle makeup that enhanced her natural beauty. Posing gracefully in a softly lit indoor setting, the actress carried a calm and charming expression, giving the photos a sophisticated and fashionable vibe.

Ravi Teja’s Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignypathi Gets OTT Date

While most of the films released during Sankranthi have already made their way to OTT platforms within a few weeks, one notable exception was Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignypathi starring Ravi Teja. Movies like The Raja Saab, Mana Shankara Varaprasad Garu, Nari Nari Naduma Murari, and Anaganaga Oka Raju have already premiered on their respective streaming platforms shortly after their theatrical runs.
Despite underperforming at the box office, many were curious about why Bhartha Mahasayulaku Wignypathi had not yet arrived on OTT. After weeks of speculation, it has now been confirmed that the film will have its digital premiere on ZEE5 on March 13.
The film, which also featured actresses Ashika Ranganath and Dimple Hayathi in glamorous roles, is expected to get a relatively clear window on OTT, with no major theatrical releases around the same time.
For Ravi Teja, the OTT release comes as a relief. When a film delays its digital premiere without any clarity, it often creates negative speculation among fans and within the trade. The situation had reminded many of Agent starring Akhil Akkineni, which took nearly a year after its theatrical release to finally arrive on a streaming platform.
Court Pair’s Band Melam Hit by Release Issues

Producer Kona Venkat’s upcoming film Band Melam, starring the popular Court pair Harsh Roshan and Sridevi, has been facing multiple release hurdles.
The film was initially scheduled to hit theatres on March 13, but the makers postponed it to March 18 after the film Toxic unexpectedly backed out of its planned release. However, the situation changed again with Ustaad Bhagat Singh entering the race, prompting the team to defer Band Melam indefinitely.
Apart from the uncertainty around its release date, the makers are also finding it difficult to build strong buzz for the film. The team had expected the project to generate considerable curiosity among audiences and the trade since the successful Court combination of Harsh Roshan and Sridevi is reuniting.
However, the response so far has not matched expectations, leaving the makers hoping for a better promotional push and a clearer release window in the coming days.
Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas Introduces Kavya Reddy at Roka Ceremony

In a warm and intimate gathering, actor Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas introduced Kavya Reddy as the special person in his life during their Roka ceremony, attended by close family members and friends.
Interestingly, the alliance has a personal connection. Kavya Reddy’s elder sister was reportedly a classmate of Sreenivas, and the relationship developed through family ties. Because of this background, the couple’s story is being described as an “arranged-cum-love” match.
Kavya Reddy is said to be around four to five years younger than Sreenivas. The private ceremony marked the beginning of a new phase in their lives, with the couple celebrating the moment in the presence of their loved ones.
US Grants India 30‑Day Waiver to Import Russian Oil Amid Supply Concerns

The United States has granted India a temporary 30‑day waiver to purchase Russian oil that is currently stranded at sea, aiming to ease global supply pressures amid the ongoing conflict in West Asia. U.S. Energy Secretary Chris Wright described the move as a pragmatic short‑term effort to stabilise oil markets without changing overall policy towards Russia.
Wright explained that the U.S. reached out to India and other partners, suggesting that instead of letting Russian crude sit on tankers for weeks, it could be brought into Indian refineries quickly to help counter fears of supply shortages and price spikes caused by disruptions around the Strait of Hormuz. The waiver, valid until early April 2026, applies only to Russian crude and petroleum products already loaded on vessels as of March 5 and delivered to Indian ports by entities registered under Indian law.
While the waiver has been described by U.S. officials as a short‑term, practical measure, it has sparked political debate in India. Opposition leaders criticised the move, questioning whether New Delhi’s energy decisions were being influenced by external pressures. In response, a senior Indian government official emphasised that India has never depended on permission from any foreign nation to make its own energy import decisions, and that the waiver simply removes logistical barriers rather than defining India’s energy policy.
Oil Prices Surge Nearly 20% Amid West Asia Conflict and Supply Disruptions

Oil prices surged sharply on Monday, rising nearly 20% to reach their highest levels since July 2022 amid escalating conflict in West Asia that disrupted supply. The Iran war, involving the United States, Israel, and Iran, prompted major oil producers, including Iraq and Kuwait, to cut output. Concerns over the security of the Strait of Hormuz added to market volatility, raising fears of prolonged disruptions to global energy supplies that could affect consumers and businesses worldwide.
Brent crude futures climbed as much as $18.35, or 19.8%, to $111.04 per barrel, and were last up $15.24, or 16.4%, at $107.93 by early Monday. US West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude rose $16.50, or 18.2%, to $107.40 per barrel after earlier spiking $20.34, or 22.4%, to $111.24. Both benchmarks had already seen significant gains last week.
The conflict has caused output reductions across West Asia. Iraq and Kuwait have begun cutting oil production, adding to earlier liquefied natural gas reductions from Qatar. Blocked shipments through key routes have hampered exports. Analysts predict further reductions from the UAE and Saudi Arabia as storage capacities near full, potentially tightening the market further. Iraqi oil production from its main southern oilfields has fallen 70% to 1.3 million barrels per day due to export restrictions via the Strait of Hormuz, with storage at maximum capacity, according to sources from the state-run Basra Oil Company. Kuwait Petroleum Corporation also declared force majeure on shipments while cutting production.
Additional incidents have intensified risks in the global oil market. A fire in the UAE’s Fujairah oil industry zone caused by falling debris and a drone intercepted by Saudi Arabia’s Defence Ministry near the Shaybah oilfield have raised the market risk premium. Analysts, including Satoru Yoshida of Rakuten Securities, warn that with Iran’s new leadership, US efforts to influence the regime are complicated, and Iran may continue to disrupt the Strait of Hormuz and attack other facilities. Yoshida predicts WTI could spike to $120–$130 per barrel in the near term, reflecting the heightened geopolitical and supply risks.
