We already know the news that anchor Anasuya snatched the phone from a kid and thrashed it against the ground for clicking her picture on the road. While responding to this incident, it looks like the anchor has shown much more head-weight in her own Jabardasth style.

Reacting on the news, Anasuya tweeted, “Not that the country needs such news.. but.. to those whom I am answerable.. #facts I am sorry her phone broke but i think its not fair that i should be blamed for what i remotedly didn’t.. we owe our privacy (sic)”.

Well, but without breaking the phone into pieces, Anasuya should have complained to the police about the invasion of privacy, isn’t it? That’s what law abiding citizens do.

Meanwhile, the lady whose son’s phone was thrashed by Anasuya accused that when her son tried to click her, the anchor snatched the phone and scolded them with bad words before thrashing the phone. Also, the mother and son lodged a complaint on Anasuya.

And when a netizen tagged Anasuya on twitter about this news and suspecting that she might be drunk then, has asked “Hyderabad Police” to take action on her. Responding to the same, Hyderabad Police twitter handle replied, “Good Afternoon Sir, Kindly share us full details”.

An irritated Anasuya replied, “Good to know the Police is so prompt! But sir you should get into the details before I am being tagged #Respect”.

This looked like an indirect satire on police for their promptness and also giving advice to them as to when they should tag her on twitter. Isn’t this satire a bit too much?

A few weeks ago when some people from the USA have come out with the song titled “Kamma Anthem”, a video that praises the celebrities like NTR and others who hail from this caste, it led to a huge discussion of sorts on TV channels. At that time some rationalists like Babu Gognineni also challenged the makers of this song to come for a DNA test to prove that people of all castes are same.

And now, a journalist has posed a question to actor Mohan Babu about this anthem to find his take on that. When the journo questioned him if he has any special liking for his own caste people, the answers given by Dialogue King are literally epic we have to say. The journo asked him, “Mohan Babu garu, don’t you have that Kamma caste feeling to the core? What do you say about your name being figured as Kamma Icon in that Anthem?”

“I don’t have any caste feeling. When my guru (Dasari) is from Kapu community and without whose blessings today I will not reach this position, why would I have that feeling? Having love for your caste is fine, but flaunting as if your caste is the only great caste ever is wrong. My daughter married a Brahmin and you know that” said Mohan Babu in a strong tone.

Then he added, “I haven’t seen the anthem, but whoever has done that is surely a fool. That is quite wrong”, sharing his opinion about the anthem.

In his efforts to further strengthen the already on-board ensemble cast for his new film starring Ram Charan in lead role, mass director Boyapati Srinu has approached young hero Rahul Ravindran to play the brother role of Charan. And, Rahul rejected the role for the reasons best known to him.

We have learnt that Rahul was approached by Boyapati with the offer of Charan’s brother character. The young hero had some reservations about playing the role and hence he rejected it.

It may be recalled that Rahul had earlier played the character of Mahesh Babu’s brother-in-law in ‘Srimanthudu’. He accepted that role even though it had negative shades. So, Boyapati was heard to be surprised when Rahul rejected Charan’s brother role.

On work front, Rahul’s latest release, “Howrah Bridge” sank without a trace at box office. He is currently awaiting the release of his directorial debut film, “Chi La Sou”, and aspires to get busy as a director following its release.

Anchor Anasuya is the news yet again this time for showcasing her anger on a kid who has tried to take a snap of her. And the reaction she showed is an example of how many celebrities lose their cool to show their real face.

Today in the morning Anasuya was heading to somewhere in Tarnaka area of Secunderabad where she was seen by a school going kid who is walking with his mother. Feeling excited about seeing Anasuya, the kid tried to click her snap on his phone but he doesn’t expect how the adult comedy show anchor will react.

Snatching the phone from him, Anasuya has thrashed the phone against the floor such that the phone will break into pieces, says a TV report, which also caught the visuals of the anchor holding the kid’s phone. Some onlookers have commented that Anasuya is upset with the kid taking her snap because she’s not wearing any makeup.

Of course, some celebs have lost their craze and offers after their no make-up look got leaked out to the public, but that doesn’t mean you have to thrash the phone of a kid. Maybe she should have requested the mother of the kid to delete the picture, isn’t it?

A section of audiences who are actually waiting for few good films that will hold the Telugu cinema’s pride at high is eagerly looking forward to Mahanati, the biopic of legendary actress Savitri. Despite the several rumours engulfing this March 2018 releasing movie, they are expecting one thing first.

Generally, the films produced by Ashwini Dutt or his daughters in the recent times, or high on grandeur but turning low on content. Rarely they delivered a film like Yevade Subramanyam where there are no ‘grand’ sets they build all the time. But for Mahanati, they are once again coming up with grand sets in the name of recreating the environment of the 60s and 70s.

While the recreation of such environment is honestly needed for the film to look authentic many worries if this will also become a grand mistake. Because building such heavy sets will lead to huge production cost and the film should be sold for high prices to recover that. But with only Keerthi Suresh in the lead role, and the likes of Samantha and young sensation Vijay Devarkonda playing just side-kicks, will the business of this film do as expected?

Many films like Agnyaathavasi these days have become cost failures due to which everyone involved in the production and distribution suffered major losses. Hope #Mahanati will not be losing that business equation due to the grand sets being built through which huge investment is being poured.

One of the biggest knocks to Raviteja in the recent times is the colossal flop show of “Touch Chesi Choodu” at the box office. The film hasn’t even got a good opening forget the word-of-mouth that was generated. But it seems like Mass Raja knows about the fate of this film well in advance.

Apparently, the film has the story written by Vakkantam Vamsi and screenplay provided by Deepak Raj and dialogues written by another person. We hear that Ravi Tej felt sad for newcomer director Vikram Sirikonda, who himself is a writer, that the producers have roped in many people to cook this script. A source shared how Ravi Teja reacted after watching the first edit without any re-recording or proper dubbing, and the promise he has given to the director.

The source added, “This time they believed a lot in the producer who felt Vakkantam’s story will work, but Ravi Teja knows it will not work. He’s confident that the film will not work no matter how much they promote it. That is the reason he’s silent about it for a long time. He assured director to give him another chance if he comes up with a proper script, written by himself. Earlier he gave similar chance to Harish Shankar after disaster Shock, so he has no qualms about working with Vikram again”.

While Vikram is severely upset with the result, Ravi Teja’s words would give him relief and also some a bit of peace.

Hero Vishnu Manchu will be seen in a special role in his father Mohan Babu’s upcoming movie ‘Gayatri.’ It’s a 15 minutes role for Vishnu and he played the role of younger Mohan Babu in the film.

Vishnu’s performance is going to be one of the highlights as the character has lot of depth and carry forwards the plot. Director Madan and Mohan Babu are in all praise of Vishnu as they opined that he pulled it off. Actress Shriya Saran has essayed the best half of Vishnu in the movie and their chemistry is too good to watch.

The song ‘Oka Nuvvu Oka Nenu’ shot on them, has the best visuals and is one of the best romantic melodies heard in the recent times.

While the blockbuster success of a movie takes you to the pinnacle, the super flop show of a movie could make sure that your name will be hidden. If you want to know some examples about this, then we have to catch up with Trivikram once.

Sometime back, Trivikram and Pawan Kalyan together announced a film under the direction of lyric writer Krishna Chaitanya which has Nitin in the lead. Inside news is that Nitin himself is producing this movie but taking the names of Pawan and Trivikram to help the film’s chances at the box office. And then, they have earlier claimed that the story of this film is provided by Trivikram.

But recently Nitin announced that this film is all set for April 5th release and a press note is released in that context. Inside the note, there is no mentioning about Trivikram who has written the story. Sources are saying that debacle of Agnyaathavasi made the team remove the name of Trivikram as adding that credit will not be of much help.

Whether the makers intentionally ignore the name of Trivikram or it happened accidentally is something not known, but surely this is leading to many discussions now. We have to say what Nitin will say about this.

Definitely, hero Nani is making his own mark all the way when it comes to picking stories though some are sounding routine. He’s infusing life into even ordinary characters and making them look great or at least making them work at box office.

When it comes to picking up heroines for his films, Nani carved out a unique name these days. He’s the one to bring up some performing hotties like Nivetha Thomas and Anu Emmanuel to Telugu silver screen. But after working with interesting heroines, it looks like he is now focusing on boys as well. We mean to say, he’s now taking care of his anti-heroes.

In the recent times, Nani’s films are also having villains as he’s doing some action films. Unlike known faces, the actor wants to introduce some fresh talent it looks like. In MCA we have seen newcomer Vijay Varma debuting as a villain though he hasn’t impressed to the core. And now in Krishnarjuna Yuddham, we’ll see Ravi Awana as the antagonist. This Mumbai model has already debuted with Ism in Tollywood but not many noticed him back then and in Nani’s movie he is doing a full-length character.

A source tells us, Nani is insisting on roping new faces as villains as that will bring a new colour to the film. In the past, some of his hit films got few noted Telugu faces and Tamil character artists as villains. We have to see how far his new ideas pay off!!
