Until toppled by Big Boss with its superb ratings, Rana’s No 1 Yaari is the most watched TV show in Telugu states other than those serials and films coming up on entertainment channels. Now that Kajal Agarwal is turning up on this show’s upcoming episode, netizens are quick to throw a punch at the host.

Actually, there is a criticism on this show that Rana asking questions basing on the celebrity they are inviting. Though Rana’s questionnaire sounded very honest and liberal as well, some say that he shouldn’t have asked some questions like at what age did anchor Rashmi Gautham had her first kiss and what is her true age, like that.

Now that Kajal is coming, everyone is wondering what sort of questions Rana will pose to her. Will he ask her about her first kiss and present boyfriend? This is what many netizens are asking and we have to see what Rana will actually do at a time when some rumours suggested that they are seeing each other since shooting together for Nene Raju Nene Mantri.

Ravi Teja is the only big hero to have been served notices in the drugs case by the SIT. He is the 9th celebrity in the list but since he is the most famous one, obviously the attention is very high on his interrogation.

The star hero’s interrogation will commence at 10.30 AM today, and the actor has already started from his house to the Abkari Bhavan. According to police reports, Ravi Teja’s phone number was found in the cell phones of arrested drug dealers Calvin and Jeeshan. Moreover, Jeeshan confessed in his interrogation that he knows Ravi Teja for six years.

SIT has prepared a long question paper for the ‘Kick’ hero. Questions like how long has he been doing drugs, who used to supply him drugs, whether his recently deceased brother Bharath used to take drugs, whether his friends in film industry take drugs, how does he know Jeeshan n whether he was his supplier etc. will be bombarded at Ravi Teja.

The actor will be asked for blood, hair and nail samples as well but they will be taken only if he gives his consent. There is no time limit to end the interrogation as against the 5 PM rule in the case of women (Charmme and Mumaith Khan) so the interrogation may progress until very late night if the SIT officials weren’t convinced with the actor’s answers.

The way Allu Arjun is tackling certain things related to a film these days is reminding the style of Megastar Chiranjeevi. Especially when it comes to handling a film project, Stylish Star seems to be mimicking the torchbearer of mega clan.

During the good olden days, Chiranjeevi used to assemble writers, get stories created, comedy infused and then used to pick the director. From script to posters work, final edit to release day, literally he used to have a ‘mega’ say in everything no matter who the director is and who the producer is.

When some not-so-popular writer gave a line to Chiranjeevi, which reads about an angel coming to earth to fetch a lost ring, he got it developed into a big story through Paruchuri Brothers and handled screenplay job to Satyanand. Then he got Jandhyala on board to write comedy scenes. Finally, they got Raghavendra Rao to direct the movie and went to Ooty for music sittings along with Ilayaraja for the tunes. Cut to Allu Arjun now, he has chosen Boyapati Sreenu and the brought Rishi Punjabi as cinematographer and chose some of popular to choreograph songs. That’s how Sarrainodu went and later repeated same with DJ Duvvada too. For “Naa Peru Surya” now, he’s sitting with Vishal-Sekhar in Mumbai for music, then heading to the USA for physical training, already busy planning about other cast and crew as well. With himself taking so much into hands regarding a film and calling shots about the release as well, sure he’s mimicking Chiranjeevi.

But such calls need huge experience and we hope Allu Arjun is making smart and careful moves.

Two films that are in the news for a long time but struggling to be in theatres are none other than Ungarala Rambabu and Meda Meedha Abbayi. One features six-pack star Sunil and another one has Allari Naresh in the leads. If these two releases are facing some difficulties, then definitely we have to blame star heroes. Here’s why.

Earlier Allari Naresh used to come up with nearly 3-4 films in a year and he used to fill that ample requirement of comedy through his movies. Though Sunil hasn’t done such a number of films, he used to bring good laughs in theatres. But then, we have TV shows like Jabardasth coming up where audiences are tasting such comedies every day, leading to declining in interest on films that have only comedy but nothing. If these TV comedies are one side, star heroes taking food of heroes like Naresh and Sunil is other side.

In almost all the latest movies of our top heroes, they themselves are doing comedy scenes without the need of specialist comedians. Pawan Kalyan’s Antyakshari scenes, Allu Arjun’s spoof dialogues, Jr NTR’s self-satires, Nitin’s innocent comedy, Nikhil’s slapstick comedy and what not, almost all the big stars and young stars are doing comedy themselves.

Even though some professionals like 30 years Prudhvi and Vennela Kishore are present, heroes are taking most screen time to do this comedy as well. That led to people expecting something more and different from Naresh and Sunil rather the same comedy. If we have to say, happening heroes are stealing the show with their comedy timing, or we could also say, these two should invent something new in comedy to survive.

On Thursday evening, the entire team of Varun Tej and Sai Pallavi starrer ‘Fidaa’ celebrated film’s success in Hyderabad, in the name of ‘Fidaa Sambaralu’. To mark the successful first week run, Producer Dil Raju organized an event that was attended by ace producer Allu Aravind, Naga Babu and team Fidaa.

Renowned Actor and director R Narayana Murthy, who is known for his left-oriented movies, also attended the event and stole the show with his high-octane speech. In the energetic & enthusiastic speech, that lasted for almost 15 minutes, the Red Star showered Dil Raju & Fidaa team with high praise.

At one point, he went a step further and asked Allu Aravind to put his son Allu Arjun in the hands of Dil Raju again to make a great biopic on legendary dancer Michael Jackson. ‘It would be great if you make the biopic on Michael Jackson with Allu Arjun and he will make you proud’, said Murthy referring to his father Aravind.

However, Dil Raju who does not seem to have taken his comments seriously has laughed off and moved on. Narayana Murthy also confessed that he’s a fan of Bunny and his spectacular dance moves.

In his speech, the actor-cum-director said he’s floored with the natural acting of Sai Pallavi and wished her all the success for upcoming projects.
