Share

Telangana CM KCR, who always maintained silence on emerging political developments in the neighbouring Andhra Pradesh, has made some interesting statements.

He said the impact of Pawan Kalyan’s Jana Sena on AP politics will not be significant because running a political party is not an easy task in the politically sensitive Andhra. The AP state already witnessed the collapse Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam party due to lack of leadership.

KCR said Kapus are a majority strong community in Andhra but they failed to succeed in politics because unity is lacking in the community. The BJP is seriously planning to bring Kapu community under a single roof and emerge as an alternative in the next elections. Speaking to newsmen in New Delhi, the CM said the political equations will change in Andhra once Kapus are united.

Creative director Krishna Vamsi may have lost his midas touch at box office but he still is known for his music sense. He not just shoots songs in utmost beautiful manner but also conceives decent songs from his music directors. However, movie lovers, fans of Vamsi especially, will be shocked to know that he rejected the chartbuster ‘Bombhaat’ song.

In the end, “Bombhaat”, the song rejected by Vamsi became a chartbuster and the album of ‘Nakshatram’ has received mixed response, mostly negative from movie buffs.

Mumaith Is Important Than Abdul Kalam For Media: RP

Share

Overdose of drugs is shaking Tollywood and at the same time a similar overdose of drugs-news on Telugu news channels is worrying many people. Even today, some bigger news like APJ Abdul Kalam’s memorial inauguration got engulfed by the drugs news in Telugu channels, says composer RP Patnaik, who got hurt with this attitude of media folks.

“Media today will make the coming generation clueless about general knowledge, as they are more keen on projecting Mumaith Khan’s encounter with SIT than the news related to one of the greatest president Late Abdul Kalam’s Memorial launched today at Rameswaram” said Patnaik, adding that these days Telugu folks missed out many news including that of India’s 14th president Ramnath Kovind’s swearing ceremony and others.

At the same time RP Patnaik also questioned how come media is getting leaks about inside information regarding these celebrities and their interrogation and asked why SIT is not taking any action?  “When SIT is warning the people attending interrogation to not reveal anything they discussed, then why the same SIT is warning the media to not speculate on what is going on in the process of interrogation?”, he questioned.

On a concluding note, RP says, “If media is giving right information, then there must be someone leaking the information which is against Law and if media is just guessing then it is nothing but misguiding the people”. Will someone hear this talented composer’s plea?

Mahesh’s New Business In Amaravathi

Share

Some news appearing in the columns of Telugu media are these days so stunning. With numerous star heroes entering into various businesses, it’s now said that even Mahesh Babu is also likely to enter one such venture. But he’s said to be focusing on the education sector.

Along with a big producer who made two movies with him, Mahesh Babu is contemplating the idea of a launching an international school, says a media report. He’s most likely to start a school with international facilities, curriculum and staff. Or he might take the franchise of an already popular international school like how Vishnu Manchu did and open it. But where is Mahesh’s school coming anyway?

Though Hyderabad is the most sought after destination for such international schools now, the media report says Mahesh wants to pick Amaravathi basing on the advice given by his brother in law Jayadev Galla. While the capital of Andhra Pradesh is surely the best destination, with not much habitat living there and the capital city also not built to the fullest, establishing an international school may not be as viable as they think.

Anyway, if Mahesh is really coming up with a school, then one should appreciate it, as he’s the first one to move from entertainment and luxury sector when it comes to investing. Nagarjuna has hotels and sports clubs, Allu Arjun has a pub, Ram Charan got into air travel industry, heroes like Sharwanand, Sandeep Kishan and Sashank have coffee shops and restaurants, and now Mahesh will be little different.
