KCR Cheque promise for party MLAs
Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao promised a bumper gift to TRS party legislators in a meeting that was set up to discuss how party should project schemes of government in the coming assembly season. The announcement by KCR made his MLAs float in immense happiness. So, what’s it? Read on…
Confirming that majority of sitting MLAs will get the party ticket in 2019 polls, the Chief Minister told he’d also give them cheques for election expenses. With KCR’s assurance, the TRS expectants are super happy. The TRS supreme predicted that his party will 96 seats effortlessly and the number can go up to 106, if campaigned extensively about government schemes. ‘Considering that opposition parties are too weak, it would not be a daunting task for us,’ he said.
KCR also recalled how he lost his election in 1989 despite immense campaigning in his constituency. Given the fact that poll campaigning is expensive in current days, KCR’s assurance is a big relaxer for ruling party MLAs. Also, CM told that that should not be any lobbying for party ticket next year and party will decide who should be contested and ticket will be allotted three months in prior.Apart from filling a self-confidence, the announcement is going to be a big booster for ruling MLAs to strike at opposition.

‘2.O’ / 2PointO Music Review – Pure Bliss with AR Rahman’s Magical touch
The most anticipated Audio of ‘2.O’ has finally been revealed. As Director Shankar confessed, the whole movie just has 3 songs and out of them 2 were revealed at a grand event in Burj-Al-Arab, Dubai. So, how are the songs? Here’s our review!
‘Endhira Logathu Sundari’ is clearly the pick of the album. The song is instantly catchy with the right interludes. The lyrics add even more spice to it. The vintage shades of Rahman are visible in the beats used. A perfect song to dance after having a candlelight dinner.
Sid Sriram and Sasha Tirupathi have crooned for this number. We guess that in this song, Rajini will shake his legs with the diva Amy Jackson. Director Shankar is sure to enthrall us with the visuals. ‘Rajali Nee Gaali’ is another catchy number. But it has too many elements and ARR touch is missing. However, the last 30 seconds in this song is a completely royal feast. Both the songs should feature in your playlist and there are no second thoughts about it.
Is Jagan Underestimating Pawan Kalyan?
For a person who is going all out to come to power, that too fighting against the mighty power, every step he takes has to be calculated and intelligent. While focussing on the mighty enemy, one cannot afford to ignore other factors that might affect his winning chances even to a marginal extent. But YSR Congress party president Y S Jaganmohan Reddy does not seem to have learnt lessons from his debacle in 2014 elections, in which newly-formed Jana Sena Party floated by power star Pawan Kalyan played a smaller but very important role in bringing the Telugu Desam Party to power.
Those days, Jagan had completely ignored Pawan Kalyan factor. But in the two Godavari districts where the Kapu factor is predominant, he made all the difference. This time too, Jagan appears to be ignoring Pawan Kalyan. In an informal chat with the media, he is learnt to have commented that Jana Sena would be an insignificant factor in the next elections and the fight would be only between the YSRC and the TDP.
“And I am going to come to power and this is certain,” Jagan told the media.Well, it is good that Jagan is brimming with optimism, but one wonders whether it is right strategy to ignore Jana Sena Party completely. All said and done, Pawan is making a gradual entry into politics and one should not be surprised, if he comes like a big wave creating a major impact at least in parts of Andhra Pradesh.
Whether he has a secret understanding with the TDP or fights independently – in both the ways, it would hit the YSRC chances badly. So, Jagan has to work out strategies to neutralise the impact of Pawan Kalyan. For that matter, he should not ignore even the Congress party. If Jagan remains complacent, he may have to end up with disappointment once again.
Younger generation forgetting Indian tradition, culture: Rajini
Dubai: Megastar Rajinikanth, who attended the grand audio launch of his upcoming 3D sci-fi entertainer “2.0” with the cast and crew here, said he feels sad that the younger generation of India is forgetting our culture and tradition.Hosted by filmmaker Karan Johar, actor Rana Daggubati and RJ Balaji, the audio launch of the S. Shankar directorial took place at the Burj Park here on Saturday.
The event was also attended by actors Akshay Kumar and Amy Jackson, and Rajinikanth’s family including his wife Latha, daughters Aishwarya and Soundarya, and son-in-law and actor Dhanush among others. When Karan asked about things that he like and hate in people today, Rajinikanth, dressed in all black ensemble, replied: “What I like is that they are obliged and humble. What I don’t like is that the younger generation is slowly forgetting our own tradition and culture. That’s sad. They should not do this. They should enjoy it and should never forget our culture and tradition.”
Rajinikanth, who has been a pivotal part of the Indian entertainment industry for over four decades, said that he considers everything that he has achieved as “a gift from God”. While the songs of “2.0” were leaked hours before the commencement of the event over YouTube and other streaming platforms, that didn’t spoil the audio launch, which witnessed power-packed performances by Amy, Akshay and the film’s music director A.R. Rahman.
Earlier, Rahman stated that the film will have three songs — out of which two tracks, “Endhira Logathu Sundariye” and “Raajali” (“Mechanical Sundariye” and “Rakshassi”), were released on Friday.Speaking at the event, Latha said: “It’s a very big moment for me. I am very proud of my husband. I wish to salute him for his hard-work in ‘2.0′. Also, I want to give my best wishes to Amy, Rahman, Shankar and all others who have made this project possible.”
A sequel to the 2010 Tamil blockbuster “Enthiran”, the film “2.0” has been made on a lavish budget. Akshay will be essaying the prime antagonist in the film as an eccentric scientist called Richard, while Rajinikanth returns as scientist Vaseegaran. While actress Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was seen romancing Rajinikanth in the first film, “2.0” will have Amy as the superstar’s love interest.
The film is slated for a release in early 2018.

The film’s title will also carry the role of this “attha”.The production house Sithara Entertainments recently registered a title “Sailaja Reddy Alludu” for this movie. The makers are trying to convince Ramya Krishna to act as Sailaja Reddy. Maruthi has been receiving comments that he’s not changing genres and sticking to the same formula of hero having some disability or the other. Hence he has planned this masala entertainer with Naga Chaitanya.
Keeravani Reducing Remuneration for NTR?
M M Keeravani, who has become very selective about signing movies after “Baahubali 2”, has given his nod to another prestigious project – NTR’s biopic. He recently declared that he would not take up any film that comes his way, instead he will choose films that he likes.
However, he didn’t take much time to give his consent to compose the music for NTR’s biopic which is titled “NTR”.As a fan of late NT Rama Rao and as an admirer of “Jai Balayya”, the senior music composer has readily agreed to do this.Since the film is produced by Nandamuri Balakrishna and his friend Sai Korrepati, Keeravani is said to have agreed to slash the remuneration to keep the budget under control.
The film will be directed by Teja and it is the first time that Teja is working with a senior composer.“NTR” will be launched early next year but Keeravani will start working on music part next month itself.
