Amidst impending wedding speculations, Baahubali star Prabhas has made shocking comments. Ruling out his wedding plans, Prabhas stated that he has no plans to tie the knot now or anytime sooner.

“My [female] fans need not worry. I’m not doing any such thing (getting married) now. I’m not even thinking about it,” Prabhas was quoted as saying by a national daily. Prabhas added that he feels lucky because so many people admire him.

Prabhas statement about his marriage has come as a major shocker given that his family, his uncle Krishnam Raju have been stating that the actor’s wedding is due and would happen soon.

Meanwhile, Prabhas has also responded on the rumours of linking up with co-star Anushka Shetty. Prabhas said that he got used to such speculations now. Anushka’s recent comments that Prabhas is ‘sexier’ than Rana have added more fuel to the ongoing speculations that ‘something’ is between Anushka and Prabhas. Prabhas has denied those rumours.

Luckily for Fidaa, one week after its release, on July 28, only one notable Telugu film hit screens, Gopichand’s ‘Gautam Nanda’. With routine script and predictable execution, this so-called action entertainer reportedly failed to score at box office, thus giving an unopposed run to Fidaa at box office. According to trade reports, the 2nd week collection of Fidaa was well higher than 1st week share of Gautam Nanda.

This Friday, on August 4, we have two new Telugu releases, and fortunately for Fidaa and unfortunately for them, both films received underwhelming reviews. As per early trade reports, both Nakshatram and Darshakudu opened to poor numbers. With below par reviews and discouraging word of mouth, its difficult for these films to sustain at box office for long.

Shah Rukh Khan’s biggie, ‘Jab Harry Met Sejal’, which also released this Friday in good number of screens across multiplexes in the Telugu states, met with severe critical response. This urban love drama may also have least impact on Fidaa.

So, Fidaa may take advantage of this week as well and pile up on its already hefty box office numbers. With massive collections of 35 crore share (60+ crore gross) in 2 weeks, Fidaa may comfortably cross 40 Cr share considering that new releases opened to poor reception.

Reports suggest that she wanted to take the extreme step after fellow contestant Aarav turned down her love proposal, after moving closely with her for a while.

Reportedly, the actress jumped into the swimming pool inside the Bigg Boss house and tried to drown herself before she was rescued by other contestants. Media reports suggest that even the police had visited the Bigg Boss house to investigate her suicide attempt. The show’s organizers however are very tight-lipped about the whole controversy surrounding the actress.

Oviyva became an overnight sensation after she entered into the show. Her popularity grew so stronger that even a fans association named ‘Oviya Army’ was formed to support her.
