Following the interrogation of actress Charmme yesterday, SIT commenced the questioning of actress Mumaith Khan today at sharp 10 AM.

Mumaith, who was a contestant on the Bigg Boss show, took special permission, a day off, to attend the SIT interrogation. She will leave for Lonavala and join the Bigg Boss show as soon as her questioning ends today. A Bigg Boss representative accompanied her to Abkari Bhavan and he will escort her back to the show this evening, most likely.

Like Charmme, Mumaith Khan too hasn’t followed the ‘White Dress’ sentiment that all the six men who appeared before the SIT followed. She will be questioned on her links with Calvin, how she used to get drugs from him, director Puri Jagannadh’s role in the issue etc.

According to the High Court directive, a team of 4 women officials will interrogate Mumait Khan in the presence of Enforcement Directors. The questioning will last till 5 in the evening.

In all likelihood, he would pocket around 110+ Crore profit this year from film production while his distribution also fetched him profits except for Cheliya movie. 6 months of 2017 pushed him to become a producer with 100 crore profits for sure. Raju should thank his directors and heroes, while distributors are hailing Raju’s guts and decision making!

The noose around actress Charmme’s neck in the drugs case may get tightened with the latest arrest that happened in the city today.

While Charmme was being interrogated in the Abkari Bhavan this afternoon, a team of the Excise department officials arrested a Netherlands national, Mike Kamminga, on charges of possessing large amount of narcotic substances.

Interestingly, he and Charmme reside in the same apartment at Nanakramguda in the city. Since his arrest happened during the time of Charmme’s interrogation and also he happens to reside in the next block of the apartment that she lives in, it is being reported that the information revealed by Charmme led to the Dutch national’s arrest. Officials revealed that his ties with the actress may prove to be a crucial lead in the case.

The 33-year-old Kamminga was found to have a Netherlands passport. He has reportedly acquired a legal Indian visa, which was valid till June 2018, claiming to be an IT professional who works as a solutions consultant for a Hyderabad-based Software firm. He has visited India four times in the last one year, and has been living primarily in Hyderabad whenever he visits the country. Authorities suspect that he has been bringing drugs into the country, and that he is a major supplier of drugs to Telugu film industry people.

Besides Charmme, half a dozen other film industry people reside in the apartment that Kamminga lives in. Excise officials believe that he can provide vital clues in the case and that Charmme may get into further trouble.

Rajasekhar-Jeevitha’s daughter Shivani has been turning the eyes of many these days. Her debut is now almost confirmed as per the hearsay. But the interesting part is the guy she is going pair with. By the end of Tuesday, Fidaa grossed around $1.18 million in the US. The film is most likely to go past Ram Charan’s Dhruva ($1.47 million) in coming few days. Going by the consistent run of this heart warming entertainer, it may even touch or go close to $2 million in its lifetime. If that happens, Fidaa has the chance to go past Pawan Kalyan’s biggest grosser, Attharintiki Daredi ($1.89M) in the US and emerge the second highest grosser among films starring Mega family heroes.

Bigg Boss has reportedly granted a special permission to actress Mumaith Khan for appearing before the SIT in drugs case.

Earlier, there were widespread discussions over how Mumaith Khan will appear before the SIT as she had signed a contract to stay inside the Bigg Boss house in Lonavala for a maximum period of 70 days unless and until she gets evicted.

However, in view of the SIT notice, Bigg Boss has reportedly permitted Mumaith Khan to go to Hyderabad and return within a day after attending the interrogation. Mumaith is likely to land in Hyderabad this night or tomorrow morning as her questioning is scheduled for tomorrow.

SIT will follow the same procedure for Mumaith Khan’s interrogation as they had done in the case of Charmme who attended the interrogation today.
