Superstar’s Movie Leaked Online Before Release
In the world of cinema, ‘piracy’ plays the biggest role in spoiling a film and in some cases, it has totally vanished the makers’ money. Not just regional films, the piracy attacks almost all the films in Bollywood.
Mostly, Hindi films reach Internet in one or two after release. But, an upcoming flick has been pirated & made available online even before its release. Inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s ‘Swacch Bharat’ campaign, Bollywood star Akshay Kumar and Bhumi Pednekar is coming up with an interesting story titled ‘Toilet: Ek Prem Katha’.
The movie, that’s scheduled to release on August 11th, been reportedly leaked online. The issue was notified to makers by dance choreographer Reno D’Souza and he also said that he also had access to the piracy version of film. In regard Yo this matter, Akshay Kumar took to twitter and appealed his fans to fight against the piracy and save the film.

No Political Satires From Mahesh
Director Koratala Siva has made a few interesting revelations about Mahesh Babu’s character and the theme of his new film ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’.
Ever since the reports of this crazy project surfaced in media, it has been speculated that ‘Bharat Ane Nenu’ is mounted against political backdrop and that Mahesh will be seen as CM in the film. It is also reported that the film would take potshots at contemporary politics.
Koratala Siva has now opened up on these speculations and made it clear that Bharat Ane Nenu will neither target any existing political party nor any politician. He also clarified that Mahesh’s character is not inspired from any politician and that he won’t utter any politically-charged dialogues or satires targeting any politician or party.
In one sentence, Koratala spoke out the disclaimer we see before movie screenings, ‘Our film is entirely fictitious and any resemblance to any politician or party is purely coincidence.’
Films revolving around politics are bound to draw comparisons with contemporary politics and create or engulf in controversies. Wonder what Koratala and Mahesh has in store.
Fidaa Trade: Extra Theatres Added In B, C centres
Going by the collections of Sekhar Kammula’s ‘Fidaa’ on Day 2, it appears that the Telugu audiences all over the world have become ‘Fidaa’ over this emotion-filled love story.
After taking the career highest opening of Varun Tej on Friday, Fidaa posted phenomenal numbers on Day 2 as well. As per trade reports, the film has collected a share of 3.13 crore on Day 2 in the Telugu states, taking its 2 days total to 6.54 crore.

Trade experts predicted that the film may struggle in B, C centres but in reality, extra theaters are being added in many mass areas after witnessing the stunning reception.
He Wants To Romance Kammula’s Heroine Again?
Of late, heroes are resorting to certain types of choices when it comes to picking stories, directors and also heroines. Here comes an interesting update about Sharwanand’s next to be directed by Sudheer Varma.
Actually, Sharwa earlier liked to team with Kamalinee Mukherjee and that film is Krish’s debut movie “Gamyam”. The film changed the fate of this hero and that director forever in Tollywood. In that film, Kamalinee, who happens to Sekhar Kammula’s Anand girl, has impressed as usual. Though she hasn’t done great films later, always she’s remembered for that portrayal as Rupa in Anand.

Drugs Scandal has not just worried Telugu cinema fans but slowly they are erupting in support of the questioned celebs. Especially the grilling of a star director like Puri Jagan who has given many hits to Telugu films and also uplifted the mood of many youths with his powerful dialogues, netizens are taking to social media to express their displeasure on the way ‘law’ is doing its work.
“You’ll do nothing to bring back Vijay Mallya who cheated banks and defaulted for 9000 crores but will make Puri Jagan’s questioning a sensational thing. If Puri Jagan did a crime, then what Vijay Mallya has done accounts to mass murders. Will there be any action on it??” a social media post read.
“Mallya got entertained himself like a playboy with the money he looted from the public. But Puri Jagan entertained public with his art and earned money honestly. Is this how we pay back to honesty?” another post of a netizen questions.
The thing here is, a crime is a crime no matter the volume of it is like. But the law should look everyone equal and should not give privilege to some biggies and take action on those who don’t have any political links and backing, is what some neutral netizens say.
With such support coming to Puri Jagan, some girls are posting, “Even if he’s doing drugs, we love him. Drugs don’t give you the talent to write dialogues and make movies”. Other celebrities are also getting similar support from netizens, though on a little lower level.
NTR Answers Critics Like A Boss
Critics have written off Tarak’s Television stint even before it started. They said that it is wrong move from Tarak to host a show like Bigg Boss at this juncture in his career. There were comments on his overenthusiastic intro episode too.
Tarak being a talented actor and fantastic orator owned the show on Saturday. His interactions with the participants were endearing. His witty digs at them had audiences in splits. NTR is making it work with his sheer magnetism and charisma.
Bigg Boss is different from all other Television reality shows that Telugu audiences are used to. It has some teething problems, but with NTR in terrific form as the host, the show could top the TRP charts in no time.
If the participants chip in with decent performances in coming days, Bigg Boss could become the number one realty show.
Charmee Succumbs to Pressure
Charmee has succumbed to the mounting pressure. She has agreed to be present at the office of Special Investigation Team in the ongoing drugs case.
Being a woman, she can ask the SIT officials to come to her residence or place of her choice for questioning.
The officials had already informed this to her. But with media reporting minute to minute investigation, she informed SIT that she would rather come to the Abkari office in Nampally.
So far, the officials questioned director Puri Jagannadh, actors Tarun and Subbaraju in this case. Sources say the officials have gathered strong information against Puri and Charmee in this case.
The key suspect Calvin, the drug peddler, came to the audio function of “Jyothi Lakshmi”, a film in which she starred in the title role. Puri Jagannadh had directed it.
Puri and Charmee are said to be in a relationship.
