Dasara Clash : Mahesh Vs Balayya
It’s been only a few days when Mahesh Babu publicly stated that his much-awaited Spyder would hit the theatres for Dasara. With this sudden statement, even Ram Charan and Sukumar’s film Rangasthalam that had been eyeing the same release time has been postponed and the latter has announced that they would arrive for Sankranthi.
The latest development is Balakrishna and Puri Jagannadh’s Paisa Vasool is for Dasara. None other than Puri has confirmed this today during a Facebook interaction with Balayya fans on the actor’s birthday. Puri said that the film is aiming for Sep 29 release.
While it’s not clear whether Pawan-Trivikram would be in fray for Dasara or not, there have been speculations that even Pawan and Trivikram may be in Dasara race. If not, they may move to Diwali in October or December like how Dhruva released last year. For now, Mahesh vs Balayya clash has been confirmed.
Since it’s known that Mahesh dropped out of Puri Jagannadh’s Jana Gana Mana, rumour mongers are wondering whether Puri wants to pit his film with Balayya against Mahesh-Murugudoss Spyder. Is it just a coincidence or something to with personal reasons?

Sukumar Recommending Kumari?
Just the other day, reports emerged that beautiful actress Lavanya Tripathi has been roped in to reprise the role essayed by Tamannah in the Tamil remake of Sukumar’s ‘100pc Love’. However, the latest update suggest that Hebah Patel has bagged the film. While the reasons behind Hebah replacing Lavanya are still unknown, buzz in film circles is that its’s because of Sukumar’s recommendation.
It may be noted that Sukumar’s associate Chandramouli has already been roped in to direct the Tamil remake of ‘100pc Love’. Nitin to Play Baddie in ‘Jai Lava Kusa’?
It is already an official news that handsome Bollywood actor Neil Nitin Mukesh will play the main baddie in Prabhas’s new film ‘Saaho’. The film would have become his Tollywood debut if he had not signed NTR’s ‘Jai Lava Kusa’.
It is heard that Neil has been signed by director Bobby to essay a key role in Jai Lava Kusa. This negative character demanded a stylish actor with charming yet cunning looks and Neil perfectly fitted the bill. When approached, Neil couldn’t reject the tempting character and signed the film. Thus, Jai Lava Kusa will mark his debut in Telugu films.
