Telugu filmmaker Maruthi has come up with an interesting tile – ‘Aakali Rajyamlo Anthuleni Katha’ by merging two classics made by late legendary director K Balachander.

‘Anthuleni Katha’ starring Jayaprada, Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan and ‘Aakali Rajyam’ starring Kamal Haasan and Sridevi are two of the iconic films made by Balachander. The films are still regarded as classics by film lovers.

Maruthi has somehow come up with the idea of merging the titles of these two classics and conceived the title of his new production venture, ‘Aakali Rajyamlo Anthuleni Katha’. Murali of ‘Rojulu Narayi’ fame is directing this coming-of-age comedy while Maruthi is serving only as producer.

Since the film has debutantes in lead role, Maruthi and his director may have come up with this interesting title to attract audiences’ attention.

An upcoming small film titled ‘Kaadhali’ is making good noise in film circles. It’s not because of the interesting promos of the film but the celebs who are lending their hand to promote it.

Macho actor Rana Daggubati had earlier unveiled the film’s first look. Later, its first single was released by top actress Samantha. Because of the efforts of these two, the small film has already grabbed some attention.
Now, ‘Kaadhali’ will get a shot in the arm with Mega power star Ram Charan and Telangana IT Minister KTR promising to attend the film’s audio launch event that is slated to be held on 3rd June in Hyderabad. The duo has shared stage on a few other occasions in the past.

For the starters, ‘Kaadhali’ has been directed by debutante Pattabhi R Chilukuri. He reportedly managed to rope in KTR and Charan because of his good association with the TS minister and Mega family.

The romantic comedy featuring three newbies in lead roles, revolves around a girl who loves two guys, a triangular love story. Let’s wait and see how far the promotion of these stars help this small film at box office.
