Ali is a South Indian actor & comedian, who has acted in more than 800 films in Telugu and the Tamil and Bollywood film industries. Ali is a born artist. He used to do mimicry about Telugu heroes since he was child. He came into cinema with the help and guidance of Jitu Mohan Mitra, Rajahmundry’s well known musical company. He appeared in several comedy roles before he became an hero. Directed Krishna Reddy offered hero role to him in the movie Yama Leela. Yama Leela became big hit, since then he played lead roles in over 50 movies. His career span as hero is 5 years, later he continued in comedy roles.

FIR against Google over search result on PM Modi
An Uttar Pradesh-based lawyer has approached Shahjahanpur police station on Thursday and filed a legal complaint against Google for carrying India Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s name in some highly derogatory search results on their search engine.
The lawyer named Nanda Kishore from UP has alleged, in the complaint, that Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s name was found in derogatory search result while he was looking for some political news on him in 2015. In a follow-up to the case filed, the Shahjahanpur city SP Kamal Kishore has registered an FIR against Google, the multi-national company that is led by Sundar Pichai from India, under the IT act.
When national media contacted Google’s spokesperson over his response in this matter, he said – ‘Since we have not received any notice from police in this regard, we wouldn’t be able to comment on it now.’
Filing lawsuits against such companies are not new in India, several lawyers in the past approached apex court and police stations over Facebook, Google, Twitter and more.
Sarkar Shocker For Baahubali Ticket Mongers
While people flocked to theatres, especially multiplexes to watch Baahubali 2, they have received a double shock while standing in the queue for tickets. Despite entering its third week, Baahubali mania is still to get over people. And they are in a mad rush for the film.
Guess what, for those who missed the tickets of Baahubali 2 on this weekend, actually Multiplexes are selling out the tickets of other movies, of course only if the customer interest. But when the ticket booth operators revealed that “Sarkar 3” is actually running in their building, people are shocked and heaving an expression, “Oh!! Sarkar 3 has released??”.
Ineffective publicity campaign and lack of promotions through other means have completely caught people unaware of the film’s release in Hyderabad as well. Those who have read the reviews of the film in newspapers and on the internet are feeling like, ‘maybe the makers have held a premiere show much before release’. The fact is, the film has released and ticket mongers at theatres are shocked to find that out.

Trade: New Releases Couldn’t Stop Baahubali
After setting up several gigantic records at box office in first two weeks, Baahubali 2 has started its third week on a great note despite the release of new films.
On its third Friday, Baahubali 2 Hindi has collected more than the combined collections of two notable releases – Sarkar 3 and Meri Pyaari Bindu. The Rajamouli directorial became the first 400 crore grosser of Hindi film industry.
In the Telugu states, Baahubali 2 collected 3 crore share on its third Friday whereas the new release – Sharwanand’s ‘Radha’ could mint only 1.76 crore. The cumulative 15 days share of Baahubali 2 in the Telugu states now stands at 163.32 crore.

In several places, ticket prices have been reduced as the film has entered into third week, which has helped the film to attract more audiences.
‘Won’t Read Articles About Me’
Actor Raj Tarun has admitted that he follows websites a lot. However, the Uyyala Jampala actor said that he won’t read articles about him. “I just read the headlines of my articles. I don’t read inside the articles. I am very sensitive that I don’t want to get demotivated if something bad or negative written about me in the article,” Raj Tarun said.
Raj Tarun added that he, however, reads other articles and follow websites regularly. The actor is quite confident of his next Andhagadu and two other films that are in pipeline including a film in Annapurna Studios.
While both his up next films are going to mark the debut of lady directors – one a Tamil lady director making her debut into Telugu with Annapurna Studios film, the other film has already been announced and is kept on the back burner due to script issues.
‘Will contest from Ananthapur only’, reiterates Pawan
Jana Sena founder and actor Pawan Kalyan, on Sunday, had a meeting with 150 research members, who were selected for various posts including content writers & speakers, from Ananthapur district at his office in Hyderabad. The actor-cum-politico has announced an expansion plan for the party members and directed cadre to stay focused on public issues.
Pawan engaged with Jana Sena workers one-on-one and keenly listened to their views, besides reiterating that he will only contest from Ananthapur district in 2019 polls. ‘I will continue to work for public issues till my last breath and if needed, I’m even ready to postpone my films,’ declared Kalyan to the new members of Sena.
Reacting to the criticism from people who said Pawan is not a full-time politician, he questioned, ‘who is a full-time politician here? Several leaders are making lakhs and crores of money by sitting at home. But, I’m working on films only for my family and staff.’
While Jana Senani is under scanner on how he will get his political show on the road, Pawan clarified that he would soon begin it with a 3-day padayatra in Ananthapur district. On the acting front, the star actor is now working on Trivikram’s project that has two leading ladies. He signed a couple of other movies too.
Baahubali 2 Outclasses New Releases – US Box Office
Baahubali 2: The Conclusion continued to dominate the US box office in its third weekend while the new releases are struggling to find audience.Baahubali collected more than half million on its third Saturday to take its overall tally past $ 18 Million mark.

Sharwanand’s Radha underperformed in US in its first weekend as it failed to withstand the Baahubali storm.Radha’s Saturday reported gross $34,766 and its total gross is $ 86,180 till now which is pretty low compared to Sharwanand’s recent releases.Crime thriller Venkatapuram failed to get a decent opening as it collected a paltry $3,250 until Saturday.
Baahubali 2 is all set to collect over $ 20 Million in its full run as the film is doing better than expected during the week days. It should cross the $20M mark by next weekend.
Extras by Puri. Will They Work?
Director Puri Jagannadh is certainly one of the ace filmmakers. However, Puri has lost his sheen in the recent times. While many thought he had made good comeback with Temper, he lost track with Jyothy Lakshmi, Loafer, Ism & Rogue. However, Puri has bagged a jackpot of directing Balayya in his 101st film after his superhit Gautamiputra Satakarni.
However, Puri seems to be focusing on extras – like hero lending his voice for song, styling of hero, his costumes & characterization etc. While no doubt these ‘extras’ would help to an extent, but focusing totally on extras may not give fruitful results. Puri should rather focus more on the story and screenplay.
Also, the fact that it is a gangster film many opine that heroines would have very little to do. And heroines have not yet been finalised besides a newcomer Muskan. While reports had it that Shriya would do, but her name seems to be dropped as it was repetition after Satakarni.
While already two schedules have been wrapped up, there is no clue yet on when the other two heroines would join the shoot. All these are worrying fans of Balayya.
‘Chay Speaking about Other Girls’: Samantha
Looks like the latest theatrical trailer for Naga Chaitanya and Rakul Preet Singh starrer Rarandoi Veduka Chudam has put the actor’s wife-to-be and leading actress down south, Samantha in an uneasy zone. But, she perfectly knows how to strike at it in her own style.
Although they are in a relationship, Sam and Chay are absolute professionals when they get down to business. But, a dialogue by Naga Chaitanya in RVC trailer is being stationed at Sam to which the gorgeous lady responded quite wittily.
In the trailer, Chaitanya says ‘Ammayilu Manashanthi ki Hanikaram’ (girls are harm to peace) and an over-excited Samantha fan asked her on Twitter- ‘Sam, Look what Chaitu is telling about girls in the trailer’. Quirky Samantha bogged him down with a reply that left everyone in splits, ‘ha ha ha migitha ammailu gurinchi’ (it’s about rest of the girls).
The RVC trailer, meanwhile, is garnering amazing response from audiences and have become a huge-hit. Being directed by Kalyan Krishna, the family entertainer has Jagapathi Babu playing a crucial role. DSP is scoring audio tunes for the film, which is scheduled to release on 26 May.
WhatsApp Eating Baahubali Revenues!!
Gone are days where some enthusiasts use all their internet intelligence to dig out torrents and download piracy print of film running in theatres. Though screws around piracy are getting tightened these days, now the ways through which piracy gets circulated have changed.
For example, you might have already got shocked looking at the pirated clippings of Baahubali 2 appearing on various WhatsApp groups. Earlier there is a requirement of a high-end internet, systems, knowledge of torrents to download a pirated movie. With the high-speed internet becoming a common thing and video sharing getting very simple through messengers like WhatsApp, anyone who gets a pen-drive access to pirated film is sharing it in minutes. One can certainly presume that leading star cast and top technicians involved in making of Baahubali would have received large pay cheques for all the incredible work we’ve seen on silver screen. But, no one is sure who made the most money – whether Rajamouli or actor Prabhas! Having made on a gigantic budget of 450 Crores, Baahubali already grossed 1250 Cr worldwide. The unbelievable budget for a project in India also shows what amount of risk was invested by producers Shobu and Prasad to run us through the world of Mahishmati.
Freshly, we have learned about stunning remunerations of filmmaker Rajamouli and the prime cast involved in film. For having made this magnum opus, the legendary director SS Rajamouli is apparently the ‘highest paid’ and he received Rs 28 Crore for two parts of this franchise. Standing next him is ‘darling’ Prabhas who pocketed INR 25 Crores for essaying two exemplary roles- Amarendra Baahubalj & Shivudu.
Anushka Shetty, who excelled in Devasena role, was paid 5 Crores for two parts of Baahubali. The stout Bhallaladeva played by Rana Daggubati was impressive and he took home a massive 15Crore pay cheque. The other two important characters of the movie – Sivagami (by Ramya Krishna) and Kattappa (by Satyaraj) received 2.5 Crore each.
Most of the technicians, including KK Senthil Kumar, Sabu Cyril, MM Keeravani and many others also earned too big for working on a bigger project.
