Pawan Kalyan himself might have dismissed of him having any ambitions to come to power and might have openly stated that coming to power isn’t his political goal, yet that didn’t deter his elder brother Nagababu to predict of Pawan coming to power in 2019.

“As an voter I believe Pawan Kalyan Will come to power in 2019. Honest people like Pawan Kalyan need to come to power. He has never taken money from anyone and in fact he had lost his money for others. Yes to run political party, one needs money. That’s why Pawan Kalyan is acting in films for money,” Nagababu said in a TV interview.

Meanwhile, taking many by surprise, Nagababu lashed out at CM Chandrababu Naidu and his government in AP. “Beyond saying that they’re building capital in Amaravati, had they done anything or are they doing anything? If so, please tell us. Allegations of corruption are rife. Development isn’t seen much. Power is being misused,” Nagababu expressed his angst against TDP government saying that he has 100 percent dissatisfaction on the incumbent government in AP.

Nagababu’s latest and severe remarks on TDP government are seen as serious comments. One has to wait and see how TDP leaders would take it and respond to them. On other hand, Pawan Kalyan continues to maintain his silence over AP government. Although Pawan had openly hit out at BJP a few times, Pawan didn’t criticise TDP much and he only cautioned the state government to fulfill the promises.

Finally, it’s Greek God Hrithik Roshan who reportedly gave nod to the south director and agreed to be part of Hindi version of this blockbuster script. On other hand, we hear that the director has already put up a team of writers to make few changes to the story to suit Bollywood style. Although the filmmaker’s last film Akira failed to perform well, let us see how this remake will help him regain the charm.

Despite the lukewarm response and negative reviews, revenues of Sai Dharam Tej’s ‘Winner’ are quite decent and reflects the growing strength of Supreme Hero at box-office. The film, which is touted as complete commercial entertainer, marks the first collaboration of Tej with filmmaker Gopichand Malineni and heroine Rakul Preet Singh. According to trade analysts, the movie has pocketed close to 8 crore (only Telugu states) in first two days of release.

These two things have alarmed for the kind of bold content they are, though one has to see if Censor Board will give approval for them or not.

In the recent times, no film got such cuss words or scenes approved by the Board and only for YouTube a teaser/trailer sans the Censor Certificate could be released this way. Cashing on that, Arjun Reddy did amazingly well thereby creating terrific interest among audiences. If this is followed by some interesting content inside, surely the film will work at the box office as well. Already distributors are gearing up for the producer’s office to own the rights.

Directed by newcomer Sandeep Reddy, the film has Vijaya Sai Devarakonda in the lead while Telugu model Shalini Vadlamani is debuting as a heroine.

Probably in a first of its kind, this feature film directed by a newcomer has received 100% rating in reviews aggregation site Rotten Tomatoes. The film is nothing but “Get Out”, a horror-comedy, directed by debutant Jordan Peele.

Out of 132 reviews, including 45 top critics, “Get Out” has garnered 100% rating with both critics and 45 Top critics giving thumbs up in unison. Whereas the audience score is 86%. Out of 15,508 audiences rating, the film managed to get 4.2/5 rating. Thus “Get Out” got “Certified Fresh” mark from the Rotten Tomatoes site and set a new precedent by garnered 100% rating. The film released on Feb 24 has been in news for all right reasons.

Jordan Pele had earlier acted in the feature film “Keanu” alongside his partner Key. Key & Peele is quite a sensation on YouTube after the duo’s comedy sketches for Comedy Central in 2012 was a superhit.

What is ‘Get Out’ about?

“Get Out” traces the story of a young ‘black’ man after he agrees to meet his ‘white’ girlfriend’s parents at their weekend getaway estate. Supposed to be a fun weekend thing it turns out to be horror, thriller. Director Pele explores the black man’s point of view of the mystery behind the white folk’s estate.

Close on the heels of ongoing online war between the fans of Pawan Kalyan and Allu Arjun, the gap is slowly widening. As part of the film, Sai had to play a jockey who rides horses. In one particular scene where Sai was threatened by showing him a racing horse, the dialogue goes like this, “If it’s a ‘Race Gurram’, our man will ride on it.”

In another dialogue, it’s said,” ‘Race Gurram’ and ‘Nannaku Prematho’ are the two Telugu films that I dislike.”

Naturally, these two alleged satires on Bunny haven’t gone well with his fans who feel it’s intentionally done to belittle their favourite star. Let’s see where this rift within the family ends.

The makers of Ghazi have resorted to innovative and promoting marketing strategy resulting in film opening to excellent selection.

The makers have now cleverly restricted the screening in the 2nd week as a regular commercial film like ‘Winner’ was releasing. They have retained all fresh centers for releasing from 10.03.2017 when no films are releasing for two weeks. As the word of mouth has also spread about the film, they are expecting the word of mouth to go bigger by 10.03.2017 so that the film could be released in all smaller centers where people know by then about the film and its success.

Overseas, the makers are opening many fresh locations in view of stupendous business the film did in the first week.

This smart positioning is bound to help Ghazi in the coming weeks.

Actress Shweta Basu Prasad, who has been missing from Tollywood ever since the alleged 2014 ‘Sex scandal’ fiasco where her name was dragged into, has landed in Hyderabad after a ling time. Well, it took considerable time to recognize her as she was no more a chubby lady.

For the past past two years, Shweta has been working as a script consultant in Bollywood filmmaker Anurag Kashyap’s production house. She also is having a smooth romantic relationship with an assistant director whom she met at work.
