Ram Charan and co. are really trusting that Khaidi No. 150 has the potential to create sensational records at the box office.

They truly believe in the ‘Boss is back’ tagline and hoping that people would throng to the theaters to see Megastar back on screen. We can assume this by the high amounts they have been quoting for the distribution rights of K 150.

If the buzz is to be believed Ram Charan is asking for 15 crore for the overseas rights of Khaidi No. 150. A distributor came forward to buy the overseas rights for 12 crore after witnessing Kabali storm at the box office. However Ram Charan didn’t budge at all and demanded for 15 crore from the buyer.

That buyer has backed off as 15 crore is too much a risk to take. Ram Charan is still not willing to give away the overseas rights for less that fifteen crore despite a few buyers backing out.

Ram Charan decided to release Khaidi No. 150 on his own if nobody comes forward to pay 15 crore for the rights.

‘Dhruva’ is an upcoming  Telugu movie directed by Surender Reddy. The movie is bankrolled by Allu Aravind under Geetha Arts banner. The movie features Ram Charan and Rakul Preet in lead roles and Chocolate Boy Aravind Swamy will essay role of antagonist.

This movie is an official remake of Tamil Blockbuster ‘Thanioruvan’. Music is composed by Hiphop Tamizha. PS Vinod who worked for ‘Oopiri’ will crank the camera behind the lens. Mohan Raja has written the story and Surender Reddy worked on the screenplay.Nassar and Posani Krishna Murali are part of the cast.

Naveen Nooli will handle the cuts. The team recently revealed that the movie will release on October 7th as planned and there won’t be any changes. To meet the deadline, the team is working at a break neck speed.

Ramcharan has increased the pace of shooting for the movie. As per sources, Charan is spending a lot more time at the sets and is reportedly working with the director to complete his scenes on time. The team has decided to wrap up the whole project by September 5th.

When the super hit Akkineni family drama Manam released a couple of years ago, fans were thrilled to see the three generations of Akkineni heroes starting from the legendary ANR to the then debutant Akhil, who appeared in a cameo.

Looks like the Akkineni family has taken these special cameos as their lucky charm and continued the cameo sentiment in Akhil’s debut film ‘Akhil’ last year where Nagarjuna danced with Akhil in Akkineni Akkineni song.

And now, Nagarjuna has just started shooting for a special cameo in Naga Chaitanya’s much anticipated film Premam. Nag will make his appearance towards the film’s climax. This got everyone wondering if at least this special cameo by Nag will put an end to the flop cameos sentiment for the Akkineni family.

It is tough task for filmmakers to stop onlookers capturing photographs while they shoot in public zones. How could they, when they can’t even prevent leakages from indoor sets. Likewise, few enthusiasts took the pictures of shooting of Chiranjeevi’s 150thth film Khaidi No 150.

Director VV Vinayak canned sequences on lead pair Chiranjeevi and Kajal Agarwal at Shamshabad airport on Thursday. When the onlookers watched Chiru and Kajal there, they started capturing photos of them. And one of the pictures leaked is going viral on social platforms.

Chiru and Kajal look good as pair, contrary to the assumptions of they may look peculiar together. Chiru is seen in green tees and jeans, whereas Kajal wore white and pink dress.

Chiranjeevi is playing dual roles in the film. First look pictures and motion poster released on megastar’s birthday have got overwhelming response.

The basic rule in film making is that a villain’s role should be as strong as hero’s. It ultimately leads to elevation of heroism in films. Koratala Siva follows this principle in his films. But, he keeps aside his lucky villain this time for ‘janatha Garage’.

Both of his previous films ‘Mirchi’ and ‘Srimanthudu’ had Sampath playing the lead antagonist. Sampath’s characters in both the films were designed very strongly and they were the one of the main reasons behind the success of those films. But, he was seen nowhere is ‘Janatha Garage’ trailer. Koratala replaced Sampath with Malayali actor Unni Mukund who plays Mohan Lal’s son in the film. Also, seasoned actors like Sachin Khelkar and Sai Kumar are also playing important roles in ‘Jantha Garage’.

Hope Koratala waves his magic wand once again and designs a strong villain in ‘Janatha Garage’ just like in ‘mirchi’ and ‘Srimanthudu’.

Superstar Rajinikanth, known for his simplicity and grounded nature, has always been a mystery to his fans. Days before Kabali’s release, Rajini went to US and kept himself away from hoopla of cinema. Now, the actor has been confined himself to his farm house in Kelambakkam.

News has it that a female fan of Rajinikanth was invited to his farmhouse, to the woman’s surprise. She is a homemaker from Tamil Nadu who has been making rounds on social platforms like Twitter and Facebook with a parody on blockbuster Kabali dialogue.

Impressed with what she has done, Rajinikanth personally invited her to his farmhouse and congratulated the lady Kabali. Unsurprisingly, this gesture from Rajini has put her in an astonishing mode. Who wouldn’t get into?

As NTR’s Janatha Garage is all set for grand release on Sep 1 and expected to storm the Box Office with the collections, the fans of NTR as well as the trade is predicting a grand slam. However, looks like, it’s easier said than done for NTR as there will be a release in the next week. Usually big films especially star hero’s films benefits most if there’re no major releases up to two weeks. Since NTR is eyeing to set new records with Janatha including in US, overseas, it’d be cake walk for him if there’re no good releases within two weeks but that it isn’t the case.

Nara Rohit’s Jyo Achyutananda, which is carrying good buzz, is going to clash with NTR’s Janatha Garage albeit it joins the BO race a week after. Since Jyo Achyutananda happens to be more urban film and expected to have good openings in overseas too, it needs to be seen how far it’s going to have its impact on NTR’s Janatha Garage in the second week.

Ever since the multi-starrer of Nara Rohit and Naga Shaurya, Jyo Achyutananda, has been announced, the film has been drawing attention from public, critics alike. Since the film marks the combo of director Sreenivas Avasarala and producer Sai Korrapati (Oohalu Gusagusalaade), there’re good expectations. Adding buzz the film’s recently released trailer has raised the curiosity and the film’s audio is being received well.

So, one has to wait and see how far Rohit would affect NTR’s records.
