Sunil to flex muscles again
Comedian turned hero Sunil who once enthralled Telugu audience with his chubby looks, surprised every one with his Six Packs Abs in Poolarangadu. Back then every one was stunned at his amazing transformation. We are now said that he will once don the look in his next film, Jakkanna.
Jakkanna movie shooting is complete recently. Jakanna is the story of a man (Sunil here) who stuns every one with some big work and silence those who criticize him as good for nothing man.
A new comer Vamsi Krishna Akella is wielding megaphone for this film. R.Sudharshan Reddy who produced Prema Katha Chitram is also producing this film on his RCA Creations Banner. Bollywood girl Mannara Chopra, cousin of Priyanka Chopra is romancing Sunil in this movie.
The movie is said to be an energetic mass entertainer. The makers will very soon begin their promotions. They are yet to announce their release plan. Sunil had pinned high hopes on this film success.
Glamour addition to Janatha Garage
Young Tiger NTR is on a high with the super success of his Nannaku Prematho which is his first 50 Crore Share film. The actor is determined to make his next film, Janatha Garage even special. In order to spice up things, we are said that the makers have roped in Milky Beauty Tamannah to shake her booty for the item song in the film.
The actress previously done item numbers in Bellamkonda Srinivas’ Speedunnodu and Alludu Seenu. The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially.
They are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date works in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday. Mytri Film Makers who turned producers with Srimanthudu will be producing this film as well.
Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers. Music Devil, Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu.
Pawan Kalyan do not want to waste time
Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh has ended up as a big disaster. The actor however is not dejected with the failure and is keen on moving on. He is frequently participating in the story sittings of his next film which will be directed by his Kushi and Puli director, SJ Suryah.

She clarified rumors about her life too.Recently there were reports that Rakul Preet Singh was gifted an luxury apartment by a special person.Terming them rubbish, Rakul said that she bought the apartment in Hyderabad with her hard-earned money. As she became too busy in Tollywood and has developed fondness towards the city that gave her life, Rakul Preet Singh has decided to shift her base to Hyderabad and bought an apartment here.She also launched her own fitness studio in Gachibowli in Hyderabad. But she doesn’t want to be tagged as ‘mega heroine’.Rakul has dubbed her voice in “Nannaku Prematho” but in “Sarrainodu” she refused to dub her voice.”The director has asked me to speak with Godavari accent which is very tough for a non-Telugu person like me. Hence I didn’t dub my voice,” she clarifies, putting an end to the rumors.
Babu’s New Plan for T-TDP?
Once the mighty party in Telangana, Telugu Desam Party is now more or less in ICU with its rank and file leaving the party. This is a big blow for TDP while on the other side TRS has gained massively over last few months and years. This is a very significant turn in the history of Telugu politics.The remaining set of leaders are requesting Chandrababu Naidu to again give some of his time for reviving T-TDP but Babu has been reluctant to do so as he cannot lose focus on AP right now.
After GHMC election results, even Lokesh has left bothering about Telangana.Now, sources say Chandrababu is reportedly thinking of a new plan for this unit. Since the party has declared itself to be a national party now just like how Congress appoints in-charges for states, Babu now wants to do the same. This is coming in after some serious thoughts and planning.
He wants to send two master strategists from Andhra Pradesh TDP, who don’t have ministries and are confined to party work. He wants them to be his eyes and ears in Hyderabad while respecting their position in Telangana and also reporting to Babu in Vijayawada. Let us see how this will work.

Will Pawan Kalyan Pay Back Losses?
Even fans disappointed with outcome of Pawan Kalyan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh. While the Bobby directorial film collected a share of Rs 26 crores approximately worldwide on first day, its business is likely to end somewhere around Rs 50 crores. So, producers and distributors are expected to incur huge losses. Will Pawan Kalyan who is also one of the producers for the film pay back the losses?Superstar Rajinikanth started the trend of paying losses to distributors. When his film Baba flopped, Rajinikanth reimbursed the distributors.
Then few other actors and filmmakers in Tamil and Telugu have followed Rajini by reimbursing distributors. Mahesh Babu also compensated buyers who incurred losses with Aagadu. Recently, director VV Vinayak too paid back his part of remuneration to producers. However, Puri Jagannadh is against the trend.On the other hand, Pawan Kalyan doesn’t have any intentions to continue in film industry. He already announced to bid adieu to films after doing two to three movies to become a full time politician.
In fact, Pawan’s only motive of doing these films is to earn some money, since running a party requires huge money.What will Pawan Kalyan do now? Will he reimburse the distributors which will be an unwanted burden for him at this point of time when he is planning to enter direct politics?
Bollywood Should Learn From South: Ram Charan
Mega Power Star Ram Charan made a disastrous debut in Bollywood with Zanjeer. The film and Charan’s performance were panned by critics and Charan has not made any move to act in Bollywood again. However, speaking to a national media agency, Charan had some striking insights about Bollywood and the southern film industries.Charan said that Bollywood has a lot to learn from South Indian Cinema in terms of film scripts.
Charan felt that the drama in South Indian films is much stronger when compared with Bollywood scripts.Hailing Bollywood’s production values, Charan also said that he would want the southern film industry to adapt the Bollywood’s production methodology. “Bollywood is far superior in those terms. We need to buckle up here,” said Charan.
Talking about the film viewing culture in both the industries, Charan said that unlike in Bollywood very few films are being made exclusively for multiplexes down south since everyone watches a film even if it is a small film or a big film. Charan made these comments at an event in the capital.
TDP MLA’s ‘Acts’ Irk Naidu
After all the MLAs dumped TDP in Telangana leaving only three at last, there is another shock on its way to hit T TDP. Dissatisfied T TDP MLA R Krishnaiah recently met YSRC Chief YS Jagan and while explaining the consequences that made him meet Jagan, he revealed one his future plan and that upsets Chandrababu for sure.
Krishnaiah claims his MLA post as least important to him and he chose to contest as MLA even when he was offered minister post. Saying that he is not part of any political outfit, he revealed plans of starting a new political party.
Krishnaiah briefs his meet with Jagan is only to discuss welfare proposals for BCs and he asked Jagan to write a letter to PM Modi asking for at least 50 percent reservation to BCs. Chandrababu has not responded on this yet and is expected to speak on it sometime soon.
AP Minister To Join Janasena By 2019?
AP Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao is hinting with his acts about his joining Janasena before 2019 elections. Ganta is known for his opportunist politics irrespective of which party he represents. He moved to PRP from TDP, then to Congress and finally found himself in TDP again. If reports are to be believed, Chandrababu is not giving any prominence to Ganta for his mum acts during Mudragada and Kapu Garjana issues.
The Kapu leader exposes his caste prominent acts at several instances and recent Sarrainodu audio success event too made it look even strong. His speech at that event literally irked TDP cadre as he did not mention a word related to TDP or Chandrababu Naidu anywhere but spoke about centre, smart city and Vizag. Many TDP leaders have brought this to Lokesh and Chandrababu’s notice and they too started keeping him out of crucial activities.
Chandrababu too heard to have ruled out appointing Ganta’s close candidate as vice chancellor post of AU. With no other option left for him other than TDP now, Ganta is expected to be holding Janasena flag by next elections for sure. And as he already has that support from Mega family, Ganta is planning to launch his son as hero in Telugu film industry soon. –
Now, It’s Puri Turn
Looks like the ugly rift between maverick director Puri Jagannadh and Abhishek Nama, Kali Sudheer and Mutyala Ramdas, the distributors of Loafer who allegedly manhandled Puri Jagannadh and threatened his family members, will not subside anytime soon. After Puri filed a case against them, the distributors arranged a press meet and strongly rebuked Puri’s allegations and said that Puri should be arrested for implicating them in false cases.
And now, it’s Puri Jagannadh’s turn to give a fitting counter retort. Speaking to the media, Puri gave left and right to the distributors and called the distributors’ claims of buying Loafer’s Nizam’s rights for 7.5 crores. Puri said that the film’s producer C Kalyan told him that he sold the Nizam rights for 3.4 crores only.Puri goes on to reveal that Abhishek and Sudheer met him before Loafer’s release and offered him a 5 film deal.
Even Mutyala Ramdas requested Puri to direct a film under his production. “However, I realized only later that these three distributors tried to trap him into their debts in the name of deals, thereby making me responsible for their losses,” said Puri. Puri also recalled how the distributors hailed him as a distributors’ director in a press meet before Loafer’s release.
