The makers of Sardaar Gabbar Singh have screened midnight shows of the film in several areas in Andhra Pradesh. Usually governments do not allow special shows but Andhra Pradesh is agreeing for the shows as the makers promise to give the money thus collected to Capital Fund.

The trend started with Baahubali. The makers of Baahubali have given the money to the state government a day after the shows. But in the case of Sardaar Gabbar Singh, it is almost five days after the movie release.

The makers are yet to handover the money to the state government. Even though the film bombed at the box office, the openings are strong and Special shows were full at all the places. On the other side, Sardaar Gabbar Singh collections have taken a big dip across the globe after the first weekend of its release.

The movie is expected to bring in huge losses to every one involved in the film trade. This may be advantage to Vijay’s Policeodu releasing on Friday in both the Telugu states as the movie gets breathing space at the box office.

Bahubali; created records with 600 crore collection by getting released in English, Telugu, Tamil and Hindi shown the standards of Telugu filming capacity. For the movie; the story narration and suspense left at the end are highlights which keeps us waiting for second part.

Everyone is aware of ‘Bahubali’ story. ‘Shivudu’ grows up in a tribal family, loves a girl (Tamannah), and fights with ‘Mahishmathi’ army for Tamannah to rescue ‘Devasena’. The movie ends with a question in people’s mind ‘Why did Kattappa kill Bahubali’. Though the tribal people who try to rescue ‘Devasena’ blame ‘Kattappa’ for being disloyal; ‘Devasena’ believes Kattappa.

Fans and audience are in a feeling that Kattappa imagined that he has killed “Bahubali but someone would have killed him. Writer of the film V.Vijayendra Prasad revealed that Bahubali might be still alive. The rest of the story will be continued by Rajamouli in second part. Weather he keeps Bahubai alive or not; is to be revealed soon.

Film after film of Nara Rohith is biting the dust. Still, he has many movies on his hand and is getting more offers despite low success rate.

Rumors are floating around that all these offers are coming his way because of his uncle Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu.

To impress Chandrababu Naidu and be in his good books, many new producers and producers who are close to TDP are producing movies with Nara Rohith.

Sai Korrepati, who is close to Nandamuri and Nara family, has produced Nara Rohith’s next release “Raja Cheyyi Vesthe”.

If we look at the list of producers who worked with Nara Rohith, most of them are TDP men or sympathizers right from his first producer Ashwini Dutt (he launched Nara Rohith in “Banam”).

As his all films are flopping, even some of these producers have chickened out. The disastrous results of “Tuntari” and “Savitri” have put Nara Rohith in big trouble. Even his upcoming film “Raja Cheyyi Vesthe” is not having much promotion.

So what will happen to his career if this film also flops? Will Chandrababu Naidu ask his men in the Telugu film industry to make movies with Nara Rohith further?

Strange are the ways of our top heroes in Telugu film industry. One fails to understand whether we should feel proud of them for taking the standards of Telugu film to new heights or allowing the Tamil heroes knocking away the opportunities of our actors.

It looks like Tamil directors are targeting our Tollywood heroes. They are running around Telugu actors, irrespective of whether they are in form or out of form and bagging their dates.

Take for instance, a Tamil director Atlee succeeded in luring Prince Mahesh Babu, within no time of Power Star Pawan Kalyan confirming his tie-up with S J Surya in doing a film.

Mahesh Babu had already given his dates to another Tamil director Murugadoss and now, he has given the chance to Atlee, who hit the success at the box office with his film Raja-Rani.

And not only Pawan and Mahesh, stylish star Allu Arjun also got committed to another Tamil director Lingu Swamy to do a film. So is the case with Ram Charan Teja and Chiranjeevi, who are out to test their fortunes with Tamil story-writers.

So, it looks like the success of our Telugu top heroes is linked to Tamil directors or their stories directly or indirectly. Should we fell proud or sad about their plight?

Like never before, Pawan Kalyan is giving a spree of interviews to all media houses in the past few days. From leading to secondary channels, Pawan has spoken at length to almost all news channels except for one channel.

However, one media house allegedly ‘refused’ to do Pawan’s interview. This has definitely come as a huge shock. And the channel is owned by none other than YS Jagan.

As we dig deep into the issue, it’s learnt that the channel too initially shown interest to do Pawan’s interview. But later it chose not to do, probably instructions have come from the higher-ups.

Considering political rivalry with Pawan Kalyan and his proximity with TDP & BJP, the channel said to have avoided featuring his interview. Pawan had rallied for TDP in 2014 general elections and took firm stand to defeat ‘corrupt’ YS Jagan Reddy.

That’s passe. But by avoiding Pawan’s interview, who’ll gain and who’ll lose? Needless to say that those who don’t carry are the losers.

Here comes the good news for all the fans of Prabhas who are worrying that the crucial years of his career is being consumed by “Baahubali” franchise.

Although “Baahubali 2” will release next year, Prabhas will be free from the movie’s shoot this year and he can begin another movie from the year end.

“Baahubali 2” is progressing on very fast manner. Rajamouli is reportedly planning to complete entire shooting part by Dussera festival. Hence Prabhas will not have to keep the same look of “Baahubali” from October and he would be free to start another movie.

Rajamouli has habit of postponing the production schedules and extending the shooting days for months but this time he reportedly promised Prabhas that he won’t extend the shooting process beyond Dussera festival. And the producers are planning to release a teaser for the festival.

If everything goes smoothly, Prabhas will commence shooting for ‘Run Raja Run’ director Sujith’s new film from the year end. The film is going to be high-budgeted action entertainer with estimated budget of Rs 80 Cr.
