Ironically, Pawan Kalyan is also one of the producers along with his friend Sharath Marar and EROS International. During his recent interview, Pawan Kalyan revealed that he accepted ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ as he was facing financial crisis and he also needed money to survive and pay his staff.

Now in another shocking revelation during his latest interview he said that he even did Gabbar Singh in 2012 due to financial necessity. He said he was in dire need of money as he took responsibility of compensating the losses by his brother Naga Babu after Ram Charan’s ‘Orange’ bombed !Pawan also compensated the losses as per his word. But now who is going to compensate for ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’ losses ? Pawan alone should reveal those details. His shocking revelation is just coming as a shock for his fans.

Allu Arjun is one of the very few hardworking heroes in Tollywood at the moment. Most of our star heroes take breaks between the shoots, but Allu Arjun likes to keep himself busy all the time.

When he got a small gap between Race Gurram and Son Of Satyamurthy, Allu Arjun took up a guest role in Rudrama Devi, which turned out to be the major highlight for that film.

Allu’s upcoming Sarrainodu is all set to hit the screens on 22nd of April. He is committed to work with Vikram K Kumar after Sarrainodu. However Vikram Kumar asked for four to five months time to come up with a full bound script. The director is currently busy with the promotional campaign of his upcoming film 24.

Allu Arjun isn’t going to waste any time after Sarrainodu. He is planning to do a quickie and get it ready by Pongal. He is in talks with Trivikram and Tamil director Linguswamy. Whoever comes up with the script first will be directing Allu Arjun’s next film.

Mahesh Babu As Counter To Pawan?

Mahesh Babu doesn’t prefer to indulge in politics or associate with any particular political party as it would alienate a section of fans.

He has been regarded as a no-nonsense star. He is Andarivadu (belonging to all). Still, Telugu Desam Party is trying hard to bring him in their fold.

The recent interviews given by Pawan Kalyan has sent shivers down the spine of TDP as he stated clearly that he would be contesting on Jana Sena party independently in the next general elections.

He also didn’t make any rosy statements about Andhra Pradesh’s government. He said he has mixed feelings towards Chandrababu’s rule. Now TDP leaders are attacking Pawan Kalyan.

On the other hand, a group in TDP told Chandrababu Naidu to convince Mahesh Babu to come out and express support to TDP government in Andhra Pradesh. They think that only Mahesh Babu can be strong competitor to Pawan Kalyan’s charisma as both have great fan following in the youth.

Both Chandrababu Naidu and YS Jagan had earlier tried to rope in Mahesh Babu as campaigner for their respective parties in the last general elections but the superstar rejected their offers on the grounds that he doesn’t nurture any political aspirations.

He didn’t even campaign for this brother-in-law Galla Jayadev who fielded as MP on TDP ticket. Still, this time the TDP men are forcing Chandrababu to use pressure on Mahesh Babu so that they can easily counter the charisma of Pawan Kalyan.

However the pressure comes on, it is doubtful that Mahesh Babu will relent. He doesn’t take any risk in this aspect. He is very clear about his movie career.

Four Rajya Sabha seats of Andhra Pradesh are going for elections in May. According to the numbers, TDP should get three and YSR Congress should get the remaining seat. Jagan is planning to send his loyalist, Vijaya Sai Reddy to Rajya Sabha through this seat. This will also ensure that good relations are maintained with the Center.

Chandrababu do not want to happen this at any cost. The AP Chief Minister wants to grab the MLAs of YSR Congress and deprieve of that lone seat. So far 11 MLAs of the party joined TDP. On the other side, Pawan Kalyan wants this seat from Chandrababu. He recommended industrialist and film producer, Potluri Vara Prasad name to this seat.

PVP earlier funded Janasena meetings before 2014 elections. He expected Vijayawada Parliament seat on TDP ticket but Chandrababu did not give. So once again Pawan Kalyan brought his name back. Chandrababu Naidu is of the opinion that an industrialist will make sure the cash flow to manage YSR Congress MLAs will also be good. So PVP stands good chance here.

Amidst wide-spread reports that Oopiri/Thozha satellite rights were sold for a fancy price of Rs 14 Crore to a Chennai-based entertainment channel, film’s production house PVP Cinema came out in open and denied the reports. Source close to production house stated that the reports are not true and deal is not closed yet. “The deal is still on. Satellite rights of both languages (Telugu and Tamil) aren’t sold yet,” shared the source.

On contacted, producer PVP maintained the same. “Talks are going on. Nothing has been closed yet. All options are open.”Featuring Nagarjuna, Karthi and Tamannah in the lead roles, Oopiri, an adaptation of French film The Intouchables minted money at Box Office.

Brahmotsavam postponed by a week

Mahesh prefers to release his films during holidays. The production unit of his upcoming film Brahmotsavam is putting all efforts to release the movie as early as possible to enjoy as many as summer holidays. They have planned to release the Srikanth Addala’s directorial on May 6th.

However, it may not be possible for the makers to meet the deadline, since there are lots of works in pending to finish. So, there will be a slight change in the outing of Brahmotsavam. In fact, the producers are not bothered about the postponement, as they are wishing to offer good film with best output for Mahesh fans.

It is learnt that, they have pushed the release date to May 13th. Nonetheless, we need to wait for an official confirmation on this. It is also heard that, Brahmotsavam audio release event will be held on May 1st in the temple town Tirupati. Mickey J Meyer has rendered sound tracks, while Mani Sharma is working on background score.

Rajinikanth himself clears Kabali confusion

Superstar Rajinikanth the other day was presented the Padma Vibhushan Award by the President of India in the National Capital. After the event, the Superstar interacted with media at the airport and finally cleared air about the release of his next film, Kabali.

There is sense of ambiguity regarding the movie release date. The actor confirmed that the movie will release in the last week of May or the first week of June. On the other side, the makers are planning to release a set of interesting posters that show Kabali’s rise from a youngster to a mafia don, along with the film’s teaser.

The audio launch event will take place some time in the next month. Both the Telugu and Tamil versions will have simultaneous release and will have the same title. Rajinikanth will be seen in the role of an aging gangster in the movie. Ranjith Pa is wielding megaphone for the movie. Radhika Apte is the female lead. Santosh Narayan is composing music for the film.
