No remakes for Venkatesh !
Victory Venkatesh is always known to be very interested in doing remakes. For that reason, whenever the speculations of a remake crops up, automatically his name is associated with that. Similar there were news that he will be acting in the remake of the Malayalam film – “TWO COUNTRIES” and the Tamil film “SETHUPATI”.
However he clarified about that in a press release. His PR team cleared that there are several projects in the pipeline and they will be announcing them shortly. They also officially clarified that the actor is not acting in the remake of the Malayalam film – “TWO COUNTRIES” and the Tamil film “SETHUPATI”.
Venkatesh is currently shooting for his next, Babu Bangaram in the direction of Maruthi. Babu Bangaram shooting is nearing completion. The makers are planning Late Summer release for the film. There are rumours that he is playing a guest role in Naga Chaitanya’s Premam but it is not officially confirmed.
Raids on Navdeep’s farmhouse
Shocking news coming up about Police raids on the farm house belonging to young actor, Navdeep at the outskirts of Hyderabad. Navdeep is reportedly organizing a rave party to his friends and on a tip off, a team of Police officers and Excise Officials have raided the farmhouse situated in Chakrapalem in Mominpet police limits of Ranga Reddy district.
Every one present at the party fled from the spot minutes after the raid. There are rumours doing in rounds in media that an actor is arrested but there is no such announcement from the police. Allegations are that police are trying to shield the actor by not disclosing about the arrest.
A case was registered for organizing the party which involved obscene acts and investigation is going on. These kind of controversies are not new for Navdeep. Despite having no reasonable success in his career, the actor has huge circle in Tollywood and Page 3 segment of the city due to his rich family back ground.
Janatha Garage back to work in Hyderabad
Young Tiger NTR’s Janatha Garage recently completed its second schedule in Mumbai. A song and some crucial scenes were canned in this schedule there. The next schedule of the movie began today in Hyderabad. They are canning some scenes with out NTR now and the actor will join the shoot after a week.
The makers are considering Janatha Garage (with a tagline – Ikkada Anni Repairlu Cheyyabadunu) as the title of the film even though they did not announce it officially. They are planning to release the movie on August 12th, 2016. The release date works in the movie’s favour as there is a long weekend holiday due to Independence day holiday on Monday.
Mytri Film Makers who turned producers with Srimanthudu will be producing this film as well. Yerineni Naveen, Yalamanchili Ravi Shankar (Thammudu) and CVM (Mohan) are the producers. Devi Sri Prasad will be composing music as Koratala’s previous films – Mirchi and Srimanthudu. He already started the music sittings.
A..Aa First Look Teaser gets a date
Young Actor Nithin and Maverick director Trivikram Srinivas’ next, A..Aa is currently in its last leg of the shoot. The entire shooting is completed except for three songs. These songs will be completed soon and the makers are aiming at Summer release for the film. They will begin the promotions with the First Look Teaser launch.
The teaser will be launched on 30th of this month as Nithin’s Birthday Special. Anirudh Ravichander walked out of the project midway due to some issues and Mickey J.Meyer is brought in his place. Earlier Senior art director Rajeevan also opted out of the film and AS Prakash was brought in to do the job.
Samantha and Anupama Parameshwaran are the heroines. Nithin will be seen as Anand Vihari while Samantha will be Anasuya Ramalingam in the film. Trivikram’s close friends, Harika and Haasini creations is producing this youthful entertainer. They previously produced Trivikram’s Julayi and S/O Satyamurthy.
TDP readies ‘RS’ shock to Jagan
YSRCP president Jagan Mohan Reddy is reeling under the pressure of operation akarsh unleashed by ruling TDP after he boasted that with in one hour he will topple Chandra Babu Naidu’s government.
Right after that many of his MLAs ditched him and joined the ruling party. Even before he could recover from this shock,TDP is planning to give Rajya Sabha shock to Jagan. It is readying plans to field a businessman in the forthcoming RS polls with the support of Rebel MLAs.Minimum 10 MLAs need to propose the name of each candidate to Rajya Sabha.
Elections for the four vacant seats for Rajya Sabha from Andhra Pradesh will be held in May. TDP-BJP combine which has 106 votes can send three candidates,while YSRCP can send one with 67 MMLAs.
Now YSRCP is reduced to 59 and TDP MP CM .Ramesh is confident that the party can get another 30 MLAs support who are fedup with Jagan. TDP is planning to field powerful candidate to convince more YSRCP MLAs to vote for him and shock YSRCP official candidate Vijaya Sai Reddy,right hand of Jagan.
‘Happy Ending’ Not The End Of My Career: Ileana
Mumbai: Actress Ileana D’Cruz, who was last seen in the Saif Ali Khan starrer “Happy Ending”, says her career isn’t over yet, as she is “coming back” with her next film “Rustom”, which stars Akshay Kumar.
“Rustom” is helmed by Tinu Suresh Desai and also features Arjan Bajwa and Esha Gupta. The film is scheduled for a worldwide release on 12 August.
“‘Happy Ending’ is not the end of my career, so don’t worry. I am coming back. In August my film ‘Rustom’ is coming up with Akshay Kumar. So fingers crossed,” Ileana said at an event here.
“Rustom is an intense film. I am too excited,” the 27-year-old actress added.
At the event, the actress had donned casual attire. She expressed that she is not at all brand conscious and loves to wear comfortable clothes.
“I love being simple and minimalistic. More than an outfit, I like to accessorise myself with one big piece of jewellery. Quality of the outfit is my first preference. It doesn’t matter whether it is branded or not,” Ileana said.
Asked about the most stylish male actor in Bollywood in her opinion, Ileana took a long pause and said: “I like men with old fashion and I think Farhan Akhtar dresses very well.”
As far as as actresses are concerned, Ileana picked Sonam Kapoor.
“Sonam Kapoor is unbelievable when it comes to fashion. I can never do what she does. I can’t carry half of the thing she does,” she said.
Though the actress, who has been a regular showstopper for renowned designers, finds fashion runways “nerve-wracking.”
“I don’t feel excitement while walking on ramps. It’s a nerve-wracking experience for me. I keep praying not to fall down on runways,” Ileana said.
They Targeted NTR, Ranga and Roja!
Suspended YSR Congress MLA Roja has breathed fire on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu and his government. Alleging that the government is attempting to suppress her politically, Roja defended her act in Assembly saying that “I’m suspended for just questioning”.
Roja pointed fault with the lady MLAs of TDP for ‘not responding’ even when few women were ‘harassed’ and getting ‘close to death’. Roja didn”t stop here. She further vented out her anger on AP Ministers, Chief Minister and lady MLAs, “Are they human beings? Did their hearts are made of rocks?”
Roja further alleged that human rights are being violated by AP government. Totally defending her act in the Legislative Assembly, Roja says that the issue has been ‘diverted’.
Making sensational allegations, Roja equated herself with the likes of veteran NTR and Vangaveeti Mohana Ranga. “Chandrababu Naidu’s mark politics is well-known to us. How he grabbed power from NTR using a Mutha and how he was mentally responsible for the death of NTR, how he couldn’t face Vangaveeti politically and got murdered him as per plan while doing deeksha, in the same way, he’s using the mutha against me unable to answer my questions. They’re now using all their skills to politically suppress me.”
Roja’s comments have definitely set triggers in political fraternity. Given that she openly charged Chandrababu Naidu’s involvement in Vangaveeti Ranga’s murder, it needs to be seen how TDP would react and how Roja would face it.

The actress is reportedly a big fan of NTR and is longing to work with him. She anticipated a role in NTR’s Janatha Garage but did not get a chance. It is said that she informed NTR that she wants a chance in one of his future films and the latter accepted too. We will have to see if she gets a chance in NTR’s next with Vakkantham Vamsi.
