TDP Gets Last Punch From Kammas

If we go by the acts of our politicians, they have every right to break a promise and they need not be ethical at any time given. It has been a hulchul since few days while there are lot of jumpings in three major political parties of two states. The rumors have been on wheels from last three days that two senior politicians from TDP Arikepudi Gandhi and Maganti Gopinath decided to praise pink party officially soon.

If it happens to be true, that is the biggest shock to Chandrababu and many others also. Most unexpected and unwanted one for Chandrababu, but how is it to others and who are they?

Both the MLAs belong to the same community, Kamma and they were the biggest hope and strength of settlers in that community in Hyderabad region. Maganti and Arikepudi were the forerunners of major community related events and the big heads behind several Kamma sangams.

The two MLAs grew to this stage of being the representatives for regions like Serlimgampally and Jubilee hills due to their real estate and the best support from their community people in the form of votes from settlers.

There was huge disappointment and opposition from many NRIs when they heard rumors about Arikepudi Gandhi’s thoughts of joining the TRS party and later he denied about any such plans and trumpeted that his travel with TDP is till his last breath. Now everything seems to be sheer humbug.

Now with this fresh and almost confirmed news in air about these two MLAs joining TRS, Chandrababu will be left despondent and the people who supported them will be dismayed.

‘Divangatha Netha, Priyathama Nayakudu’

Opposition leader YS Jagan Mohan Reddy’s speech in AP Assembly session has become subject of discussion as many political analysts are pointing out on how Jagan Mohan Reddy is showing his over-love and over-respect for his dad late YS Rajasekhar Reddy.

While speaking on the issue of Dwcra loans on Tuesday, Jagan repeatedly recalled his dad and every time he did so, he invariably uses the prefix ‘Divangatha Netha, Priyathama Nayakudu Dr YS Rajasekhara Reddy Garu’.

This redundant and superfluous usage of ‘Divangatha Netha, Priyathama Nayakudu’ word often in Jagan’s speech is irking many. Jagan using such over-the-top adjectives for his loving dad in his yatras, public functions and press conferences in many occasions can be understood. As it’s intended for his political mileage banking on his dad’s legacy and held with his own cost or his party cost, it’s acceptable. But uttering such adjectives often in people’s Assembly is receiving the flak.

Especially the usage of such superfluous words in Assembly during serious session is definitely not a welcome thing. Visibly, Jagan is banking on his dad’s charisma and little did he do anything for people to claim fame. Hope Jagan realizes this and gets it corrected soon. It’s high time Jagan should move on from cashing in on his father’s image.

Rana to join Baahubali-2 in May

The shooting of Rajamouli’s magnum opus film, Baahubali – The Conclusion is progressing at brisk pace. The shooting which began in December, only saw Prabhas and Anushka joining the team. Rana Daggubati will join the team in May.

The actor was asked to put on some weight to fit in for the role of Bhallaladeva. The makers on the other side, have announced the release date of the film as April 17th, 2017. The Release date will work wonders for the films as it is chosen keeping in mind – Summer, Tamil New Year, Good Friday and No Bollywood biggies before or after 50days.

We know that 40% shooting of the second part is already complete along with the first part. Expectations are skyrocketing on the film and so Rajamouli has to be very careful with the film. ‘Why Kattappa Killed Baahubali?’ is the million dollars question asked by film enthusiasts across the nation.

Every one are eagerly waiting for the release of the second part for the answer for this particular question. The film’s first part collected 600 Crore gross across all the languages it released and it is one of the biggest hits in Indian Cinema.

Sardaar Gabbar Singh begins Climax

Balakrishna Is Amaravati Raju

While speaking to media at Assembly today, Balakrishna confirmed to work with director Krish for his 100th film, much to the surprise of his fans who thought it would be Krishna Vamsi to helm the milestone project.

The Nandamuri star has also informed that the film is about the tale of the Amaravati king Goutamiputra Sathakarni. If some grapevine is to be believed, they are considering the title Amaravati Raju for the flick. The title appears powerful and will apt for Balakrishna. However, an official confirmation about the project and its title is expected to come after the ominous Amavasya.

Krish was also in the probable list to helm Balakrishna’s 100th film. But, Krishna Vamsi’s name was heard largely. Unexpectedly, Balakrishna announced Krish’s name for the flick.

Krish was supposed to work with Varun Tej for his next, but the project has been put on hold for now, owing to some reasons. In the meantime, Krish prepared a story for Balakrishna who seems to be impressed with it.

Apparently, Balakrishna has okayed four films, which he will do one after the other. While his 100th film will be with Krish, Raithu under Krishna Vamsi direction will take place next. He has also given nod for Singeetham Srinivasa Rao’s Aditya 999 and untitled movie with Boyapati Sreenu.

Poor Reviews Make Prakash Raj Angry

Versatile actor and filmmaker Prakash Raj is known to be a straightforward man who minces no words when it comes to expressing his views bluntly. In a fresh incident, he slammed certain film websites and critics for their poor reviews and ratings for his latest film, Shourya.

Last Friday, Manchu Manoj’s Shourya released to lukewarm response from critics. Most websites rated the film between 2.25 to 2.75, which is considered to be below average to average. This in turn affected the film’s collections and upset by this, Prakash Raj said that media should be more responsible when it comes to rating and reviewing films.

“Nobody is a born genius to make a great film or even to judge a film,” said Prakash who also described Shourya as a result of hardwork and passion of several people. The actor further said that audiences these days believe these ratings and simply decide whether to watch a film or not and that websites must act as a bridge between films and audiences.
