Poor Vastu Reason For Selling House?
Director VV Vinayak has sold his house in Film Nagar gifted by producer Bellamkonda Suresh as gratitude for launching his son with Alludu Seenu. However, recently the Aadi director has sold the property. While rumours were rife that Vinayak sold the house to repay part of his Akhil remuneration, sources close to director quash them as baseless.
Apparently, the real reason behind selling the property is Vinayak feels the house’s vastu doesn’t fit for him. After coming to this house, Vinayak lost his mother whom he’s very much attached to. Also the results of Alludu Seenu and Akhil weren’t in favour of him.
All these led Vinayak to sell of this property and move ahead. It’s also learnt that Vinayak has several properties in his native place and also grape farms in and around Hyderabad.
So, he sold his house only due to poor Vastu reasons. Now that Vinayak is prepping up to direct Mega Star Chiranjeevi in his landmark 150th film, Vinayak now apparently wants to get rid of this property and wants to start fresh with Chiru film. Vinayak is hoping to make a comeback with the Kaththi remake.
China Loves Baahubali More Than India
Released in July 2015, SS Rajamouli’s epic magnum opus Baahubali The Beginning recreated box-office history and ended up as India’s third highest grossing film, after Aamir Khan’s PK and Salman’s Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
The film released in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam and Hindi versions and grossed nearly 585 crores worldwide. Now, Baahubali is slated for a gigantic release in a whopping 6,000 screens across China in May. The film was acquired by the leading Chinese film distribution house E Stars Films.
The same distribution house gave Aamir Khan’s PK a huge release in 5,000 screens in May last year. Incidentally, Baahubali’s Chinese release will surpass the film’s Indian and worldwide release count by miles.
Last year, Baahubali was released in nearly 4,000 screens across the world including all versions. This is by far the biggest ever release for an Indian film.
With the Chinese screen count crossing Baahubali by more than 2,000 screens, one can’t help but say that the Chinese are showering more love on Baahubali than we Indians did. Let’s hope that Baahubali rules the Chinese box-office this summer just as it did in India last year.
