Nagarjuna and Karthi’s bilingual multistarer film, Oopiri will begin its last schedule from tomorrow in Hyderabad. Earlier the film was planned for February 5th release, but now the movie is pushed to March 25th.

The first look posters of the film released couple of months ago, have garnered good response from all quarters. The movie is inspired from French film, Untouchables.

The movie was extensively shot in the never before seen exotic locales of Paris, Lyon and Belgrade, Nagarjuna will be seen as a patient suffering from a deadly disease while Karthi will be his care taker.

Tamannah is the female lead. The film is having music by Gopi Sundar of Ustaad hotel. Potluri Vara Prasad is producing the film under his PVP Cinemas banner.

Sankranti season is really made colorful with four big movies competing at Box Office and spread a real josh among Telugu cinema lovers. It’s very fortunate that all four opened to decent response from critics and audience too voted in favor of four. So, collections can most probably sustain till this weekend before new movies arrive. This is in fact great news and producers, buyers are quite happy with the Box Office proceedings.

As Balakrishna wanted to remain safe before beginning 100th, so was his 99th ‘Dictator’ aimed at serving niche mass audience and Sriwass directorial is today rocking in B, C centers. In respective workouts, Nandamuri heroes are more than happy to win their games.

Trisha is almost nearing the end of her career as offers are approaching slow to her. At this stage of her career, the actress seem to be trying to experiment. We have seen her as a cop in Kamal Hassan’s Cheekati Rajyam. And now she is playing a wily politician in her next, Kodi opposite Dhanush. The film will have ‘Oye’ fame Shamili making a comeback to films.

Dhanush will be seen in a dual role in the film as brothers. RS Durai Senthil Kumar will be wielding megaphone for this Tamil political thriller. Dhanush himself will be producing the movie. Santosh Narayanan is composing the music for this film. More details of this film later.

Balakrishna, however, broke the silence on his much anticipated 100th movie. During the success meet of ‘Dictator’, Balakrishna revealed that he would do ‘Aditya 999’, the sequel of ‘Aditya 369’, under senior director, Singeetham Srinivasa Rao’s direction. The script work of the movie has already been completed by the director. Meanwhile, Balakrishna expressed his merriment for the success of ‘Dictator’. ” Entire nation is speaking about ‘Dictator’. Especially 15 crores of Telugu people liked it,” Balakrishna added.

There has been no update on Megastar Chiranjeevi’s highly awaited 150th project’s launch for the past couple of days. Director of the movie, however, breaks the ice revealing some updates of the movie.

VV Vinayak attended for a private program in Amalapuram of East Godavari recently. When the media quizzed him about Chiranjeevi’s 150th film, the director said a clarity on the story of the movie will come in the month of February. He also added the movie would be launched in the month of March. However, there is a rumour which is making rounds that the movie would be launched on Mega Power Star Ram Charan’s birthday which falls on March 27.

Ram Charan will be producing Chiranjeevi’s 150th film in association with Lyca Productions. Tamil blockbuster ‘Kaththi’ is being considered to be remade, but an official info is awaited. Buzz also doing rounds that Nayantara and Tamannah will play the female leads of the movie.

Nagarjuna is on full swing with hit talk for his latest release Soggade Chinni Nayana directed by Kalyan Krishna. Importantly, the movie is giving tough fight to other Pongal release Nannaku Prematho in overseas and other class centers.

Coming to the actual point, Nagarjuna has participated in commercial ad shoot of Kalyan Jewellers along with Bollywood mega couple Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan and his good friend Prabhu. Lawyer of Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui on Monday rubbished the accusations of physical assault slammed against the actor.

Lawyer Rizwan Siddiqui said that they would file defamation suit against the complainant Heena Sheikh once the investigation is done.Earlier, the ‘Manjhi’ fame actor dismissed the allegations of assaulting a woman over parking space.

Meanwhile, Mumbai police is probing the matter. Heena Sheikh filed a complaint with Versova police station against Siddiqui. Heena revealed that Nawaz purchased the flat a year back and modified compound into parking space in society.

After notices were not responded, Heena revealed that bouncers were stood before the ones who opposed Siddiqui. She further revealed that her daughter was physically assaulted and verbally abused by the actor after she clicked pictures.

Widely used messaging app WhatsApp announced that it will stop charging the users subscription fee and go free for all globally.The App, which is used by over billion users, also stated that no third-party ads will be introduced.

The service providers on their official blog revealed that charging users for subscription practically did not work well. However, WhatsApp did not charge Indian users, who comprise major market for the service.

Facebook in 2014 took over the company for $19 billion. WhatsApp in 2016’s beginning made a huge announcement that it will introduce the communication platform between organizations and businesses. Right from banking communication to delay in flights could be communicated through the App. The tools will be tested and experiments are underway to test the efficiency of business communications.

Superstar Rajinikanth’s next film, Kabali is nearing the completion of its shoot. Earlier it is said that the movie will be titled ‘Mahadeva’. But now the makers have decided to retain ‘Kabali’ as the title for the Telugu version too.

The first look posters of the Telugu version will be released in a day or two. Radhika Apte is the female lead in the film. Rajinikanth will be seen in the role of an aging gangster in the movie. Ranjith Pa is wielding megaphone for the movie.

Mumai: National Award-winning actress Vidya Balan says Sridevi is an “encyclopedia of acting”. Post-watching Anil Kapoor and Sridevi-starrer “Mr. India” after many years again, Vidya went on a praising spree for the team of the 1987 cult classic.

Vidya tweeted: “Kamra… Kamre ke aage balcony… balcony ke aage garden… garden ke aage samandar… Watching the encyclopedia of acting… Sridevi.” “Yes, we love you Mr. India. Anil Kapoor is all heart… makes you believe in goodness and innocence… so genuine,” she added.

Vidya also praised the film’s director Shekhar Kapur. She wrote: “Shekhar Kapur directs children the best… au naturelle! I just realised two of my all-time favourite films are his… ‘Mr.India’ and ‘Masoom’.”

New Delhi: Actress Divya Dutta, who is “grateful to people for hating” her for playing a negative character in her latest film “Chalk N Duster”, will soon take up the role of a prostitute. She says it will be interesting as she has never essayed a similar character before.

Divya will soon start shooting the film version of the 2004 Oscar-winning documentary “Born Into Brothels”, about the children of prostitutes in Kolkata’s red light area Sonagachi.

“I am playing the protagonist in the Arup Dutta directorial. We should start in March. The shooting will take place in real locations and in Kolkata. Sapna Pabbi and Seema Biswas will be my co-stars. I am playing a prostitute and it’s my first time.

“It will be difficult and true to life. So, it’s interesting. It’s another new aspect to discover,” Divya told IANS. She is currently shooting “Irada”, which also stars Naseeruddin Shah and Arshad Warsi. “I am just finishing my other film with Naseeruddin and Arshad. Once I am done with that, I will start working on this one,” she said.

Hyderabad: Bhanu Prakash, a Balayya fan, ex-corporator and TDP activist was hopeful of a GHMC ticket from Hydernagar. Along with another MLA, he went to seek the support of Balakrishna.

Balayya thereupon called up Serilingampally TDP MLA Gandhi who did not respond to his call. Another attempt from Balayya met with a similar response. An irritated Balayya then called Gandhi from the mobile of another MLA who was present there.

Gandhi picked up this call and was embarrassed to find Balayya at the other end. Balayya gave Gandhi a full dose and then ordered Gandhi that the ticket should be given to Bhanu Prakash.

On his part, Gandhi reportedly told Balayya that Bhanu Prakash did not co-operate in his election as an MLA and was also having differences with the local TDP cadre.
