Rather than expecting anything similar masala to NTR past movies, go to theaters for this Sankranti season with your minds prepared for a new NTR and you might absorb Sukumar’s core theme. Don’t watch for NTR, just watch Sukumar as protagonist in ‘Nannaku Prematho.’

Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Dictator is planned for Sankranthi release. The movie shoot is currently in its last leg. It is said that the theatrical trailer of the film will be attached with Nenu Sailaja prints which will be releasing on January 1st.

The movie is being readied for January 14th release as Sankranthi Special. Happening music director, Thaman is the music composer for this film and this is his first film with Nandamuri Balakrishna.

Anjali and Sonal Chauhan are the female leads in this film which is in mafia backdrop. Loukyam fame Srivas is wielding megaphone for this film. He is also the co-producer of this film which is being funded by Eros International.

Mumbai: Sid Mallya, son of business mogul Vijay Mallya, who once dated Deepika Padukone, says he is very proud of the actress. “I am very proud of her and I am very happy for her. May her success continue as it’s great to see her doing well,” Sid told IANS.

Tollywood’s most awaited film Power Star Pawan Kaylan’s Sardaar Gabbar Singh is all set to start its new schedule in Hyderabad. A special set is being erected in Hyderabad where the new schedule starts after December 28th and it will continue up to end of February.

The makers have recently returned from Gujarat after wrapping up a successful schedule there. While acting as a protagonist, Pawan Kalyan is also providing script and screenplay for this film and K. S. Ravindra of Power fame is directing this movie. Pawan Kalyan loves this project a lot and he is very confident on this film’s output.

Reportedly, Pawan Kalyan once again turned as action choreographer for this film. He composed few action sequences in this film under the management of fight masters Ram-Laxman. Earlier, Pawan composed few action sequences in the films like Daddy, Khushi, Johnny and Gudumba Shankar. Sardaar Gabbar Singh features Kajal Aggarwal as female lead and Raai Laxmi in a special dance number.

Popular actor Sharad Kelkar will be seen in a role of a baddie and this venture is jointly produced by Pawan Kalyan and his friend Sharrath Marar under their own production companies Pawan Kalyan Creative Works Pvt. Hot babe Tamanna Bhatia was not on board, when director SS Rajamouli announced his magnum opus Baahubali. For the important role of Avanthika, shivudu’s (Prabhas) love interest, the director had zeroed in the glamour diva. The role had all shades, like Tamanna had to learn sword fighting, horse riding and had to ooze oomph.

Tamanna was at her glamour best in the song ‘Pachabottesina’. While some sections liked the song, few others criticized it for Tamanna’s bold acts. Keeping aside all these, the song recorded views in single YouTube Channel. It got 1.5 crore views, marks highest viewed Telugu song ever.

Prabhas and Tamanna made perfect pair and the visuals were equally enthralling. MM Keeravani provided soothing track. The costumes of both the actors were ideal for the song and the sets were visually appealing.

In contrast to the positive speculations from Nandamuri Fans and cinema gossip mongers on possible presence of Junior NTR for ‘Dictator’ audio launch, nothing of such happened and there was a repetition of similar disappointment for Nandamuri admirers as the gap between Babai and Abbai is further widened without any scope to bridge.

As Balayya is with ruling TDP Government in Andhra Pradesh and under the umbrella of Chandrababu Naidu, the chances of him succumbing to pressure for a patch up with elder brother Harikrishna is almost ruled out. In fact, the boy never says I Love You to the girl. Missing of few more emotional and meaningful scenes could have shattered the result along with a little more addition of meaningful content,’ Sayesha said to a English newspaper.

Current, Sayesha is quite busy with ‘Shivaay’ from Ajay Devgan and is so optimistic to enjoy a first break in Hindi with very first assignment.

As per a latest buzz in film circles, Puri Jagannath’s new flick ‘Rogue’ introducing producer CR Manohar’s son Ishaan as hero is put on hold or say abandoned for reasons unknown.

Much before the completion of ‘Loafer’ with Varun Tej, the maverick director Puri has wrapped up major shooting portions of ‘Rogue’ and was actually set to begin a new schedule. The bi-lingual flick is taken prestigiously by CR Manohar and was ready to pour high budget to make it an impressive debut for his son. Some sources are buzzing on ‘Rogue’ has got a lackluster script which had very less probability to click at Box Office.

In fact, CR Manohar has just left everything on Puri shoulders and wasn’t paying any big attention because of the trust he had. When Puri himself found the portions shot till now were very cheap in quality and unsatisfied with content, he discussed the proposal of scrapping ‘Rogue’ once for all.

Good thing is, Puri doesn’t want to leave this project here. He is on the task to develop a new script with commercial love story so that re-shooting with a new title is on the cards very soon. This ultimately shows the professional standards in Puri and also CR Manohar.

She can be a safe and better option besides young heroes, if writers provide a scope for balancing performance in her characterizations. We need to wait and see, how far Wamiqa Gabbi makes her-self available for Tollywood!

The Sankranthi box-office battle has become quite a challenge for the teams of Balayya’s Dictator, NTR’s Nannaku Prematho and Nagarjuna’s Soggade Chinni Nayana. While fans of all these three stars are anxious to see who will be the final Sankranthi winner, trade circles are even more anxious about the box-office prospects of these films.

Of all the three releases, Balayya’s Dictator team was the first to announce that the film will release for Sankranthi on the 14th of January.  However, rumors started spreading since last night that Dictator team has backed out from the Sankranthi race. Several gossipmongers even went on to murmur that the reason behind Dictator’s sudden postponement is nothing but the arrival of NTR’s Nannaku Prematho.

Witnessing the rampant rumors, the Dictator’s team informed us that there is no delay or postponement in the film’s release and that the film will surely release on the 14th January. Currently, Dictator’s team is shooting the item song on Balayya, Mumait Khan and Shraddha Das. Post-production work is also in the final stage and the entire work will be completed by the first week of January when the film goes for censor.
