Mumbai: Ever since Chennai was hit by the disaster caused by rains, many celebrities tried to do their bit by extending help to those in need. Bollywood’s King Khan, SRK recently donated Rs. 1 crore to the Chief Minister’s Flood Relief Fund and now Akshay Kumar has pitched in as well.

The actor made his contribution by extending a helping hand to the rain ravaged people of Chennai city by donating Rs. 1 crore for relief work. Akshay Kumar saw the shocking visuals of rain affected Chennai and wanted to help the people in need.

Reportedly, the actor called filmmaker Priyadarshan asking how he can make his contribution and donate the money. Director Priyadarshan asked the actor to contact Suhasini Mani Ratnam. Suhasini suggested the actor to donate the money to Bhoomika Trust. Filmmaker Jayendra, who is the managing trustee of Bhoomika Trust, received Rs. 1 crore cheque from Akshay Kumar.

Power Star Pawan Kalyan turned out to be an all rounder for his upcoming film ‘Sardaar Gabbar Singh’. Apart from doing the protagonist of the film, he takes up the responsibilities as a producer along with Sharat Marrar.

Besides, Pawan Kalyan is heard to have provided the basic story line of the movie. Not just that, he is said to have composed two adrenaline pumping action sequences of the movie. The movie is being directed by KS Ravindra on North Star Entertainment in association with Pawan Kalyan Creative Works. The movie is scheduled for release on April 8 next year.

Milky beauty Tamanna Bhatia is all set to rock in Baahubali 2. Speaking with media about the commercial outcome of her latest movie “Bengal Tiger”, Tamanna shared that she’s very happy for the way people have received the film while critics nailed it.

When quizzed about her presence in Baahubali 2, she said this way: “I’ve never thought that my character would be extended into Baahubali: The Conclusion. But Rajamouli garu recently confirmed that I’ve a small part in 2nd part also. Even though it’s small, I’m very happy to rock on screen again for this magnum opus”.

Many felt the essaying of the role was very real and that many Tolly heroes behave in a similar manner. This hero went a step ahead and almost gangraped a heroine known to be very close to him. Between the shots, this hero sneaked into heroine’s car van and began ‘the act.’ He and his pals went to such extreme that the heroine couldn’t report for shooting the next day.

The hero and the heroine claim they are good friends, though no one really knows how deep their friendship is. The hero landed with his chums at the shooting of his close friend, where the heroine was working. As the shooting wrapped up in the evening, he took the heroine with him. As this was an outdoor shoot, this couldn’t be kept a secret.

The hero almost turned villain and enjoyed the girl. Even his friends exploited her. It was almost a gang rape and the heroine was left in such bad shape that she couldn’t report to the shoot the next day. She told the production team that she is ‘unwell’ and cannot work. When the director made discreet enquires, he came to know about the villainy of the hero and his buddies.

The heroine, however, still claims to be a friend of the hero and is in the industry thanks to his help. This made her all the more vulnerable and she couldn’t muster courage to say NO. So she grinned and endured the sexual harassment.

Pre-production work of Megastar Chiranjeevi’s come back film will be beginning very soon, as per reports that are emerging from the mega camp. Milky Beauty Tamanna Bhatia will be dancing along with Chiranjeevi in the film although there is huge age gap between them.

Since both director Vinayak and producer Ram Charan have close association with Tamanna, they are planning to rope her in for this mega come back movie. Until a week ago, there were several rumors that Young Tiger NTR’s Nannaku Prematho will not make it to the Sankranthi release. However, the film’s makers released a stylish poster only to confirm that the film is indeed set for a Sankranthi release.

But now, the sudden passing away of DSP’s father Satyamurthy seems to have pushed the Nannaku Prematho team in a crunchy situation yet again. If the latest inside reports are to be believed, Nannaku Prematho has been postponed from its Sankranthi release.

Apparently, DSP is yet to compose one song for the film, which he will wrap up soon after he comes out of his grief. This means that even the film’s audio launch, which was supposed to take place on Christmas, will also be postponed. Apart from the song, DSP is yet to finish the re-recording work for the second half.

Currently, the film’s unit is wrapping up the Spain schedule and the team will be returning to Hyderabad tomorrow. Let’s wait to hear it from the horse’s mouth for more clarity regarding the release date.

Born as Sripathi Panditaradhyula Balasubrahmanyam in Konetammapeta of Nellore district, SPB went onto reach heights as a playback singer, actor, TV host. While SPB’s father SP Sambamurthy was well-known Harikatha artiste who had also acted in plays, his sister SP Sailaja is also popular playback singer and actor.

Though SPB had enrolled at JNTU College of Engineering Anantapur with the intention of becoming an engineer, he discontinued his studies early due to typhoid and later joined as an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Chennai and continued to pursue music during his engineering studies.
