Keeravani Special Tribute To SPB!
Renowned music composer and singer MM Keeravani has come forward to pay a special tribute to legendary singer SP Balasubramanyam. Commemorating the Golden Jubilee celebrations of SPB, MM Kreem has written and sung a special song on him.
Using a popular tune – title track from classic Sankarabharanam scored by KV Mahadevan, MM Keeravani has penned a great song describing SPB’s works and contribution to the field of music industry. With this tribute, Keeravani made it clear what’s SPB’s place in his heart and needless to say that the lyrics of the song came straight from his heart.
Born as Sripathi Panditaradhyula Balasubrahmanyam in Konetammapeta of Nellore district, SPB went onto reach heights as a playback singer, actor, TV host. While SPB’s father SP Sambamurthy was well-known Harikatha artiste who had also acted in plays, his sister SP Sailaja is also popular playback singer and actor.
Though SPB had enrolled at JNTU College of Engineering Anantapur with the intention of becoming an engineer, he discontinued his studies early due to typhoid and later joined as an Associate Member of the Institution of Engineers, Chennai and continued to pursue music during his engineering studies.
Hot Actress ‘fine’ after suffering burns
Mumbai: Actress Alia Bhatt, who reportedly suffered burn injuries at an awards function here, says she is fine now. She has thanked her fans and well-wishers for the concern. Alia, who was attending an award function on Friday, reportedly suffered burn injuries on her left hand and face.
“Thank you guysss so much for all your concern, love and wishes!!! Things like this are a gentle reminder that we can’t overlook safety,” Alia tweeted on Tuesday. The “Highway” actress also said that accidents, like the one she suffered, “are preventable”.
“It isn’t possible to go through life accident-free. But, most accidents – like this one – are preventable… FYI my face is fine,” the “Shaandaar” actress added. On the silver screen, the 22-year-old actress was last seen in Vikas Bahl’s romantic comedy “Shaandaar” alongside Shahid Kapoor.
She will be next seen in the upcoming thriller “Udta Punjab”, directed by Abhishek Chaubey. The film is slated to hit the screens next year.

Mumbai: Genelia D’Souza, who is in news for her second pregnancy, was seen hiding her belly from the paparazzi on return from IPTL match at the Mumbai airport on December, 13, 2015. She was accompanied by her husband and actor Riteish Deshmukh.
B-town’s adorable couple, Riteish and Genelia Deshmukh were snapped at the airport yesterday. The two were all smiles when they were coming out of the terminal hand-in-hand.
While Riteish is busy with his upcoming movie ‘Housefull 3’ and has recently wrapped the shoot of ‘Great Grand Masti’, Genelia seems to be happy in her sabbatical, playing the full time role of a caring mom to Riaan and if true, looking forward to her new bundle of joy as well.
No One Offered Me Role In Baahubali 2
There were several rumors surrounding Bhale Bhale Magadivoy actress and the beautiful heroine clears all of them while interacting with the media. Lavanya stated it clearly that she wasn’t offered a role in Rajamouli’s mega movie Baahubali 2.
News was that she would be part of this sequel as Rana suggested her name to Rajamouli. Reports said that she was chosen for the role of wife of Rana’s Bhallaladeva character. “Hope it were true,” she replied when media asked about this.
“Fact is no one from the unit of Baahubali 2 approached me for any role leave alone Rajamouli calling me,” she clarified. Lavanya Tripathi debuted in Andala Rakshasi which was presented by Rajamouli and she is very close to the top director’s family.
Rajini Throws Open His Marriage Hall For Sanitary Workers
Chennai: Tamil superstar Rajnikanth has thrown open his sprawling marriage hall here for accommodating sanitary workers from various districts engaged in the work to clean up the mess created by the recent torrential rains-sparked deluge in the city.
The ‘Kabali’ star had opened up his Raghavendra Mandapam in Kodambakkam locality for the workers from Namakkal, Karur, Salem, Dharmapuri and Tirupur, a press release from his office said.
The workers were being provided with basic necessities, it added. Last week, the actor had asked his fans to cancel his birthday celebrations on December 12 and instead focus their resources on flood relief and rehabilitation.
Faced with the huge task of clearing the garbage, the government had roped in the sanitary workers from across the state.
Jagan’s ‘Emotional’ Plans To Help Kalyan

Nani’s girl not interested in Kollywood
Lavanya Tripathi made her Telugu debut with Andhala Rakshasi which was a big disaster. She managed the first break of her career with Nani’s Bhale Bhale Magadivoy. The actress is being flooded with offers from Kollywood but she is not ready yet.
“My concentration is fully on Telugu now. Many Tamil offers are coming my way. But I have rejected them as I am quite busy with my projects here,” the dimple beauty revealed in an interview.
She have three projects in hand – LOL, Soggade Chinni Nayana and an untitled film with Allu Sirish. These films are lined for release one after the other very soon. Another project of her will be begin in March, the next year.
Loafer Inside Talk
Mega Prince Varun Tej’s Loafer is all set to see light day after tomorrow. Varun Tej who had a flop (Mukundha) and a decent Hit (Kanche) with his first two films, pinned high hopes on this movie to make it big with the mass audience.

Arnold Schwarzenegger May Not Be Part Of ‘Robo 2’
Chennai: “The Terminator” star Arnold Schwarzenegger, who was approached by the makers of superstar Rajinikanth-starrer “Robo 2” to play the antagonist in the film, may not get to play the role as the deal failed to work out, a source has said.
“The team has finally decided to rope in a Bollywood actor to play the baddie. The deal with Arnold Schwarzenegger didn’t work out for various reasons. Hence, the makers decided to move on as the project was getting delayed,” a source from the film’s unit told IANS.
One of the reasons why the deal with Schwarzenegger fell through was because of the star’s high remuneration of Rs.120 crore, according to the source, A sequel to Tamil blockbuster “Enthiran”, the film also stars Amy Jackson, who will reportedly be playing a robot.
To be directed by Shankar and produced by Lyca Productions, the project is set to go on floors later this month or early next year. Oscar winning composer A.R. Rahman has been roped in to create music for the film.
