Baahubali withstands Salman Khan’s Storm
Salman Khan’s Bajarangi Bhaijaan is smashing all the records left right center at the box office. The movis is already the biggest earner in Bollywood after Aamir Khan films and is consistently doing well to achieve greater heights.
Bajrangi Bhaijaan is now Salman Khan’s career biggest earner. Surprisingly even in this storm, Baahubali Hindi version held on very well. The movie is doing consistently well at the box office and is nearing the 100 Crore gross mark in Bollywood.
This is a very rare feat for a dubbed film coming from the South. Remember no Telugu movie in the past at lease made a quarter of effect on Bollywood audience and box office. Given the success, a huge hype is expected for Baahubali-2 which will see light in 2016.
Mega Brother now relieved about son’s future
Mega Brother Naga Babu is the only failure in Mega family. For some reason, he always struggled in whatever he did in the film industry. He pinned all his hopes on his son, Varun Tej who was one of the most promising young actors. However his debut movie, Mukundha fell flat and ended up as a big disaster at the box office.
Naga Babu was very much worried then, but now is a relieved man. He recently saw some rushes of Varun’s second film, Kanche and is confident of the movie success. Kanche is being planned for October 2nd release.
There is an extended weekend then due to Gandhi Jayanthi falling on Friday and so they think it is going to be an apt date for release. Director Krish who is known for churning out several meaningful film has directed this film which is set in the backdrop of World War-2
Bhale Bhale Magadivoy Shooting Complete
Nani and Lavanya Tripati’s Bhale Bhale Magadivoy had finished all its shooting formalities. The movie unit had recently canned the final two songs of the film in Goa and Hyderabad. The movie will now enter the extensive post production phase. The makers are planning the audio release event of the film in August first week.
The movie will see the light towards the end of the month. The makers say Nani had rendered an 8-page dialogue in a single take which is a highlight of the movie. Touted to be an out and out family entertainer, the film have Bollywood actor Murali Sharma playing a crucial role.
The film is being produced by Bunny Vas under GA2 (A Division of Geetha Arts). UV Creations is the co-producer. Allu Aravind is the presenter. Malayalam Musician Gopi Sunder is composing the music.
Prabhas Is Not The Real Baahubali
Prabhas is undoubtedly the man of the moment. After the sensational success of India’s biggest blockbuster Baahubali and his impeccable performance as a warrior prince stealing all the hearts across the country, Prabhas has become a nationwide craze. Yesterday, Prabhas meet the Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi.
As per the latest scoop, an interesting conversation took place during Prabhas’ interaction with the Prime Minister. On seeing Prabhas, Modi said, ‘so you are the Baahubali!’ To this, Prabhas’ uncle and BJP leader Krishnam Raju replied, ‘Modi ji, he is the reel Baahubali and you are the real Baahubali,’ which got everyone in splits.
Prabhas then reportedly informed Modi that a majority of the technology used in Baahubali was inspired from Make In India, Modi’s pet project to ensure India self sustained and economically enriched. Prabhas spoke to the media after his moment of glory with the PM and said that Modi will be watching Baahubali once he is free from his busy schedule.
Here Is Kalam’s Last Tweet
The sudden passing away of former Indian president and Missile Man Dr Abdul Kalam is undoubtedly a great loss. Kalam’s contribution to the scientific research and technology in India is immense. Besides his work as an Aerospace scientist, Kalam got recognition for inspiring teachings, powerful writings.
Till the last breath, he continued to teach and motivate youths through his impeccable speeches. Kalam collapsed while delivering his speech at IIM Shillong from where he was rushed to nearby hospital and died of cardiac arrest at the age of 83.
Here is what Mr Kalam had written in his last tweet. Talking about his Shillong visit and his speech, Kalam tweeted, “Going to Shillong.. to take course on Livable Planet earth at iim. With @srijanpalsingh and Sharma.” Despite being an octogenarian, Kalam had never taken rest and always passionate about meeting young people and igniting their minds. His last tweet yet again proved his dedication, commitment towards teachings.
Baahubali 18 days Collections
SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali is steady on its 18th day after its release. The movie had collected approximately 1.4 Crore and the 18 days grand total in Telugu States is 93.9 Crore.
And the Worldwide share is close to 160 Crore. Given that there are no notable releases in Telugu till Srimanthudu’s release on August 7th, the movie will do well for some more days.
