“I Support Traffic Police” is the new initiative launched by Hyderabad traffic police seeking support from bike and car users on the roads to help them create better traffic environment. The other day Hyderabad Traffic Police have conducted a quick drunk-and-drive check up at Road No. 45, Jubilee Hills, at the lane that cuts into main road from Peddamma temple. Guess who are stopped for a check up.

After wrapping up an awards function, actress-producer Lakshmi Manchu and veteran heroine Jayaprada have started in their cars, of course, they are in driver’s seat. After giving breathe analyser test, Lakshmi spoke to media and requested everyone to not drink and drive. “At our homes, no doubt our loved ones will be waiting for us. If something happens to us, no doubt they couldn’t bear the loss. Don’t drink and drive”, said Lakshmi Manchu.

At the same time, many car and bike riders tried to escape the check, but police have blocked almost all the roads that are branching out from that point, so there is question of any such thing. Irrespective of the dramas put by certain drunk drivers, police have caught and seized 8 bikes and 6 cars.

Ever since the NTR-Sukumar project in the production of BVSN Prasad was announced, numerous titles regarding the film did several rounds in the film and media circles. Initially, it was rumoured that Dandayatra was confirmed as the title. But when the production house SVCC registered Nannaku Prematho as the title, many thought it was almost confirmed. Within a few days, another title with a slight modification, Maa Nannaku Prematho, surfaced as the title.

Finally, a source clsoe to the film’s office has informed that Nannaku Prematho has been confirmed as the film’s title. Nannaku Prematho, as the title suggests, is an emotinal bondage film between a son and his father, played by NTR and Rajendra Prasad respectively. The film is also said to be an intense revenge drama, with Jagapati Babu playing a key role with negative shades. In the film, NTR is rumoured to be playing the role of an Interpol officer.

Nannaku Prematho is being shot in London and Sukumar is hell-bent on giving a solid blockbuster for NTR and even for himself, after the high budget debacle of his last film, 1 Nenokkadine. Sukumar has already given a complete image makeover for NTR and the Young Tiger is rocking in a stylised avatar with a flashy beard and hairstyle. The film also has more freshness with the happening beauty Rakul Preet playing NTR’s lover. With a complete foreign backdrop, NTR’s fans are surely in for a lavish treat when the film releases.

Who Is The Most Happening Hero Now?

If box-office success is anything to go by, then only few heroes are able to deliver hits constantly. Big stars like Mahesh and Charan don’t fall under this category because their consecutive films are giving mixed results. If we have to say that a hero with most films under his belly is the happening guy, then there is one who could be talked out.

All our top stars are taking only ‘one’ film at a time. They are in no mood to accept 2-3 projects and deliver half-a-dozen projects in a year like veteran superstar Krishna. Cutting across these lines, young hero Nara Rohith is emerging as a front runner to become the saviour of small budgeted makers and directors.

Currently busy giving final touches to ‘Pandagala Vachhadu’, his upcoming release, he is already looking forward for his unreleased ‘Shankara’ to hit cinemas in August/September. Later he has ‘Savitri’ to be wrapped up and starts working on ‘Appatlo.. Okadundevaadu’ in parallel. And today being his birthday, another new film ‘Veerudu’ is getting rolled.

Students Addicted To Watching Porn In Classrooms

According to the latest reports in a survey conducted by an NGO, at least 31 percent college students in the education capital of Tamil Nadu, Coimbatore, have been watching porn clips and violent rape videos on their mobile phones in the classrooms regularly. The porn addicted teenage boys have so far watched close to 2,700 rape videos on their smartphones or other devices.

What’s even more shocking is that close to 50 percent of these teenagers have confessed that they have developed a strong urge to rape, after watching so many rape and other sexually provocative and abusive videos. The NGO’s survey was carried out on 400 students in 100 colleges over six months and it was led by Abishek Clifford, a lecturer from London and CEO of Rescue.

The teenagers go on to reveal that watching porn videos motivates to have premarital sex among 86 percent of the boys, and 45 percent watch child porn or teen porn. The shocking facts only continue to rattle further as nearly 18 percent of these college students visit prostitutes occasionally, after getting aroused on watching such porn clips.

In a deadly repercussion of watching teenage and child sex videos, close to 360 girl students have been kidnapped in and around Coimbatore.

Comment: Ego Between Two Top Stars

Even if there is no animosity between them, never mind, but their actions at an awards function the other day has indicated that there is much between them. Both these heroes are big stars with terrific family backgrounds and at a recent awards function, these stars showed their ego like anything.

One star is there at the event because there is a felicitation event which he should attend and there is no second option for him. And while coming to the event itself, he made it clear that he could spend time only for the felicitation. Organisers are clearly indicated that the felicitation has to start once he comes, and he will check out once it gets wrapped.

Now, another star hero who is close to organisers is upset by these rules and he gave the whole felicitation a miss. Only after the first star hero left the venue, the second one arrived. Not just him, but the whole of this second star hero’s khandaan arrived only later. That explains everything.

Tollywood heroes are still not opening up and they feel like real Gods after getting that demi-god status due to humongous fan bases. At least, these heroes should be cordial to each other, leave their egos and spend their time at events such that onlookers will get the kick.

Is Rahul 2.0, A Threat to Jagan

The rise of YSRCP in Andhra Pradesh was accompanied by a decline of Congress party. The vote bank of Congress moved in full stock and barrel towards Jagan Mohan Reddy from 2011. For Congress leaders, YSRCP provided an escape from anti-incumbency after enjoying the fruits of stating in Congress.

Rahul Gandhi has been for long criticized as a novice without any experience or vision. This is one thing many political scions face all over India but their growth happens later based on their individual merits and demerits. But again Rahul is in his best form till date after his two month break, in national arena and his Ananthapur visit is not a joke.

Although Congress may wiped off in AP, it doesn’t take much time if the party shows a promise of comeback to power again at both state and central level. If Babu cannot handle governance, Jagan cannot build own cadre and Pawan confines to twitter, then Rahul is just a call away for people.

Public memory in India is very short lived. Although they adored NTR and helped him make a clean sweep in 1984, by 1989 people showed the door to NTR who again made a stunning comeback in 2004. Naidu was driven home in 2004 but a decade later he is again in reckoning. Any rise of Congress under Rahul’s shadow in AP is a bigger threat to Jagan. Just like how Jagan couldn’t be under estimated in 2010, even Rahul cannot be underestimated.

Unrivalled Plan, Unbeatable if Successful

The plans of AP CM Chandrababu Naidu may be seen only now as a form of fantasy, but if this indeed becomes a reality then the capital of AP may become unrivalled in many forms. Sources say that Naidu has devised a plan wherein even without spending anything, capital construction would start.

Of the 35000 acres pooled for capital construction, around 5000 acres may have to be earmarked separately. Japan and Singapore would be chipping in for building the new capital near Amaravathi. In return, Singapore is reportedly seeking 2000 acres while Japan expects another 3000 acres.

This may prove controversial but when YSR could give 4000 acres to Gali Janardhan Reddy for airport in Kadapa and hand over 17000 acres to Vanpic in Prakasam district, then this move is nothing. Moreover the governments of foreign countries would be involved in this venture.

With all the ambitious plans now on a blue print, once the capital construction kicks off in October, then it may not take much time for the first phase to be completed. If Chandrababu is indeed successful, then one need not even wait for the Centre because it is an already an open secret over how co-operative is Modi government!

Young Music Sensation had started composing for Nandamuri Balakrishna’s Dictator and had just finished a song from the movie which is called ‘Ganesha’. The song reportedly came out very well and the ace musician promised big musical feast for Nandamuri fans with this album.

The shooting of the movie began earlier this week in a special set erected in Nanakramguda Ramanaidu Studios. he actor lost nearly 12 kilos for his role and says Dictator will be the most stylish film of him till date. The shooting will go non-stop till completion.

They have set a target of completing the film by December and release the movie for Sankranthi 2016. Dictator is said to be in mafia backdrop. Anjali and Sonal Chauhan are the heroines. Srivas who garnered a super success with Loukyam will be wielding megaphone for this project.

Chiranjeevi is reportedly playing a special role in Ram Charan’s next directed by Srinu Vaitla. The Mega Power Star will be seen as a stuntman in the movie and there is a big hero role in the movie. While Vaitla is thinking to bring some star hero to the movie, Ram Charan managed to convince none other than Chiranjeevi himself.

It is said that the Megastar will be seen in a song and fight sequence of the movie. Besides there are also some interesting scenes between the father and the son. The movie is planned for October 15th release as Dussehra Special.

No respite for Kick-2

Gunasekhar’s biggie, Rudhramma Devi is finally seeing the light. The business problems of the movie are sorted out and the movie is hitting the marquee on September 4th. However there seem to be no respite to Kick-2 which also suffers from similar problems.

It is said that the makers still have lot of finances to be cleared before they can release the film. The makers say they are planning the movie release on August 21st/28th. But our sources say that should not be easy.

This is the first production venture of Kalyan Ram with another hero than himself. It is interesting to note that it is Kalyan Ram who introduced Surrender Reddy with his blockbuster movie, Athanokkade. Vakkantham Vamsi who penned Kick is also the writer of this film.
