Indian Buys Google For 1 Minute

An ex-Google employee named Sanmay Ved from the Kutch region in Gujarat and now an MBA student at Babson College in Boston, bought one of the most expensive domain names, Google.com, all for just $12, but unfortunately, for only one minute. Sanmay Ved earlier worked for Google during the period 2007-2012.

Couple of days ago, Sanmay was browsing through Google Domains and Google’s domain registration product and noticed that Google.com was available for buying for only $12. Excited, Sanmay clicked on the buy button and added to his cart. The Google Search Console (Google Webmaster Tools) was auto-updated with webmaster related messages for the Google.com domain, which means the ownership of the domain was transferred to Sanmay.

Unfortunately, Google detected the glitch and within one minute, Sanmay got an email from Google Domains about the cancellation of his transaction. Google could do this instantly since it owns Google Domains. However, Sanmay claims that his credit card was charged for Rs 800 for the transaction.

No More Condom Ads On TV

Following the intense protests from women’s organizations and other moral policing groups, the Ministry of I&B has finally decided to restrict the airing of condom advertisements on TV in the morning. As per the latest decision, the TV commercials featuring condom endorsements will now be aired only between 11 pm to 5 am.

Earlier, there were demands of totally banning the airing of condom ads on TV. Most complainants alleged that sudden telecast of such ads are causing huge embarrassment to the entire family while watching a program. The protests were intensified even further veer since several leaders and women’s organizations targeted adult star turned Bollywood actress Sunny Leone started endorsing a condom brand.

Usually, Indian TV content is classified as General (G) and Restricted (R) viewing. While general content is suitable for viewing for all age groups, restricted content is not intended for young viewers and can only be telecast between 11 pm to 5 am. An inter-ministerial committee will take a final all on the issue and send out letters to all TV channels registered with the I&B Ministry to follow the set guidelines while airing restricted content, including the condom ads.

Ram Charan Special Show For Blind Children

Mega Power Star Ram Charan has attended one kilo meter blind fold walk at Peoples Plaza, Necklace Road today early in the morning on the eve of World Sight Day falling on October 8th. An eye hospital has arranged the program was exclusively for blind children.

The chief guest at the occurrence- Charan has taken a good decision. He is arranging a special show of his upcoming film Bruce Lee for the blind children on October 15th, a day prior to its original theater outing (16th). More details about the show are yet to be known.

Like dad Chiranjeevi, son Ram Charan is also doing charity works. Chiranjeevi has been serving people through his blood and eye bank. In fact, making people around us happy that too deprived and handicapped is real meaning of a charity work.

Meanwhile, Ram Charan is busy wrapping up Bruce Lee shooting. Presently, they are filming title song and with this entire production work will be completed. Post production works are also happening simultaneously.

Chiranjeevi used to convey a message of donating blood and eyes in all his movies. It is to be seen whether he will do it for Bruce Lee or not!

The famous Nadigar Sangam elections have turned into a big tiff with Sarath Kumar and Vishal locking horns with each other, leveling allegations and spitting venom.

In this process, veteran hero Kamal Haasan has given support to the panel headed by actor Nasser who has the support of Vishal and Karthi again. While Nasser will contest for President, Vishal and Karthi are contesting for General Secretary and Treasurer posts.

Talking about this happening, Sarath Kumar said, “Kamal is there right from the start, creating rifts in Nadigar Sangam with his politics. I’ve personally worked very hard for him, to bring his films out of the issues, but he never kept that on mind”. Sridevi Appeared Like Manchu Lakshmi

Tamil dubbed film Puli hit the Telugu screens yesterday, while few theaters screened the film from night shows on Friday. Athiloka Sundari Sridevi made comeback to South cinema after ages with the Vijay, Shruti Haasan and Hansika co-starrer film. However, it is proved that she made a wrong choice. Neither Sridevi’s role in the sci-fi was impressive nor her character.

Apparently, Puli’s theme reminds us of several Telugu films such as Bhairava Dweepam, Anaganaga O Dheerudu etc. And Sridevi appeared like Manchu Lakshmi in the film Anaganaga O Dheerudu in terms of getup, makeup, characterization and other aspects.

Both Lakshmi and Sridevi might have thought of getting enthusiastic acknowledgment with their respective films. But, they utterly disappointed with negative reception, not just for their films, but also for their roles.

In the film Puli, Sridevi played a negative role. Even, her die hard fan Ram Gopal Varma didn’t fail to take a dig on her for picking Puli over Baahubali. “Just saw Puli and I am surprised that Sridevi chose this over Bahubali ..I don’t know if it’s her choice or wrong advice but I am sad as a fan,” emphasized RGV.

Trivikram. Puri Jagan. Vikram K Kumar. And VV Vinayak. The common connection between these biggest directors of Telugu industry is that they all have narrated a script each to Superstar Mahesh Babu. There is another director joining this array of superstar filmmakers now, he’s none other than Tamil star AR Murugadoss.

From sometime, Murugadoss is camping in Hyderabad, working on a story for producer Dil Raju, which will be directed by Gopichand Malineni. This story is likely for Jr NTR as reports have emerged long back that Raju took dates of Jr NTR in lieu of the 6 crores money he financed for Kick 2 release for Kalyan Ram. Apart from working on this story, Murugadoss has also narrated a new social-message oriented concept to Mahesh Babu. What’s the result?

“Mahesh got excited after listening to the concept and couple of scenes narrated by Murugadoss. Immediately he gave nod for him and asked him to come up with full script. Mega Power Star Ram Charan seem to have concentrated on improving his Tamil market. His next film, Bruce Lee will have a simultaneous release in Tamil. He along with his father Chiranjeevi will fly to Chennai on 7th of this month for the audio release event.

That event will kick-start the promotions there. They are trying to bring in Rajinikanth for the event but the Superstar is extremely busy in the shooting of his next, Kabali. Bruce Lee is gearing up for a grand release on October 16th as Dussehra Special.

Megastar Chiranjeevi’s cameo, Recent trailers and audio have just increased the hype and the expectations on the film. Thaman had composed tunes for this movie. Srinu Vaitla is the director. Rakul Preet Singh is pairing up with Ram Charan for the first time with this film.

We have seen several negative media reports about comedian Ali few months ago but here is a good one and it deserves all our applause. Recently Ali attended in the Prisoners Welfare Day on Gandhi Jayanthi in Chanchalguda jail.

Ali had announced that he would adopt four families of women prisoners and take care of their needs. Ali reportedly was moved when he heard several sad tales when a crime is committed in the spur of the moment and their families are left behind to suffer due to the imprisonment of the head of the families.

Hence he immediately decided up on the adoption. In fact it was the idea of DIG prisons, A Narasimha. He requested Ali to adopt one family to improve their living conditions. But Ali decided to adopt four families and asked the DIG to complete the necessary formalities.

Kollywood media reports that she is dating a Tamil Producer and is getting offers due to his recommendation. The media there even reported that they recently flew to an abroad holiday. But some home media managed to get a sniff of it.

The makers of Allu Arjun’s next under the direction of Boyapati Srinu – Sarainodu (working title) are in talks with her for the second heroine role in their film. We will have to see if that film extends her career in Tollywood.
