Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu is all set for a humongous release in the United States. The movie will have the biggest ever release for a Telugu Cinema which is bigger than that of Baahubali. Baahubali released in 140+ screens in US for the movie premieres.

Srimanthudu will be releasing there in more than 170 screens and 10 screens in Canada. Given Mahesh Babu’s massive following in Overseas, this should not surprise us. The prints will be flown down to US as soon as the censor is completed.

The prints are sent to there in advance on Thursday so that the premieres will go as per the schedule. Srimanthudu is all set for a huge release on August 7th.

This prompted Trivikram to go for a change. The film will have its opening on August 28th. Trivikram is planning to complete the film in record 63 working days. If it is done, it will be the fastest film to complete in Trivikram’s career.

However, it’s the film’s moving human story that has touched every movie lover. Bajarangi Bhaijaan showcases an emotional tale of a little, mute Pakistan girl who lost her way and enters India. Salman then takes up the challenge of taking the girl back to her homeland.

In a tragic irony, a 23 year old deaf Indian girl named Geeta, who mistakenly entered Lahore, Pakistan 14 years ago, has been looking for help to reach to her roots in India. Geeta, aka Guddy, is only pointing at Telangana and Jharkhand on the Indian map. Also, Geeta makes signs that she had seven brothers and four sisters and scribbles 193 on paper, which could be her house number in India.

Geeta is now sheltered in Karachi and her case has been in news for the last few years and her plight came into prominence more after Bajarangi Bhaijaan, and social activists and even a Pakistani Minister are determined to send Geeta to her homeland. The matter has now reached the Minister of External Affairs Sushma Swaraj and she instructed the Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan to meet her and take necessary steps to bring her back home.
