Director Surender Reddy is in high spirits today as he launched the first ever promotional initiative of his upcoming flick ‘Kick 2’. The flick’s release date is playing hide and seek with Raviteja fans from a long time, but finally the horse opened its mouth. After launching a special App of ‘Kick 2’ at Radio City 91.1 FM, the talented director of Oosaravelli and Racegurram shared,when the film is going to hit screens.

‘We have decided the release date long back. It is going to be August 21st. Raviteja fans are going to have a feast this time with ‘comfort’ like they had it with ‘kick’ in first version of Kick’, said Surender Reddy. Though he haven’t stressed why there is so much unanticipated delay in the release, he confirmed that a big treat for Raviteja fans is in the store. Apparently the Kick 2 app he released is designed in a view to give every single update about the flick, from teasers to pictures, songs to news and all.

If films keep on delaying and toy around with a new release date all the time, then audiences will lose interest in it. Hope that this Kalyanram production venture will hit on cinemas at least on August 21st without any fail. But a week after ‘Srimanthudu’ is something little risky in case if Mahesh delivers a thunder.

Megapower Star Ram Charan, after ruling the hearts of Mega fans with his films, has now entered the aviation business with Trujet, the latest entrant in the civil airline companies. In a freewheeling chat with a popular business daily, Cherry talked about the challenges and the future plans of Trujet.

Talking about the existing competition amidst the turbulent phase the aviation industry has been facing where it has become a huge challenge to make profits, Cherry hoped that Turbo Megha Airways, the company that runs Trujet operations, will make a difference.

Cherry revealed that he came on board for Trujet after realizing the potential and opportunity in the aviation sector, mostly in the tier II cities for middleclass passengers. “My focus is to lend value, not on finances,” Cherry said talking about his role as a brand ambassador and Promoter-Director.

Currently, Trujet has two leased 72-seated aircraft and the company plans to lease five more aircraft depending on the market and extend services to cities like Aurangabad, Shirdi, Bengaluru, Hubbali and Goa. Cherry also hoped that Turbo Megha Airways will break even within the years.

Ever came across the random “WhatsApp without internet” message or ad banners on websites that you browse redundant? Beware, it’s a hoax! Usually, a notification that says ‘WhatsApp without Internet’ directs users to the website ‘WhatsAppNoData.com’.

The website then asks the users to add their contact details for further authentication. Reports are being stated that several gullible users who have fallen into this vicious trap, also send the same message along with the ‘WhatsAppNoData.com’ link to 12 of friends and also 3 groups automatically.

This fake and unauthorised website even takes in random characters and sends ‘account has been verified’ notifications to the users. Submitting contact details like phone numbers and email IDs allows the website to spam numerous messages to their friends.

KCR insults Kalam?

Even his cabinet ministers knows that KCR has final say and all should dance to his tunes. For long KCR has been avoiding AP CM Chandrababu Naidu at public and private meetings. He didnot go to any functions that were attended by Chandra Babu Naidu. Manytimes media speculated that both Chandrababu and KCR will meet at various functions but KCR surprised all the time.

Many thought that during People’s President Abdul Kalam’s final rites, both will meet as one cannot escape from the country’s most sad moment. While almost all national and political leaders with Prime Minister Modi, CMs of various states, CM Chandrababu attended the Kalam’s final rites at Rameswaram, KCR much to the shock of all stayed away from it.

True, Tamil Nadu CM Jayalalitha did not attend the funeral but she delegated her ministers. She said she was unable to attend due to ill health. KCR is fit as a fiddle and Telangana people are sad that their CM didnot pay the state’s final respects to the great soul. Many felt it as an insult to People’s President and Missile Man.

Kick 2 attracted the attention of everyone as he is teaming with Surender Reddy to repeat the magic of his blockbuster Kick. The film is progressing at brisk pace and readying for grand release on Aug 22nd.

In the meantime filmmakers decided to delight Raviteja’s mass fans by releasing Kick 2 App. Raviteja along with the director Surender Reddy and other cast will chat with fans at Radio City 91.1 FM office at Banjara Hills today evening at 5PM. Right after that he will release the Kick 2 App.

Don’t Expect Miracles From Pawan Kalyan

At a time when fans are eagerly waiting for him to kick start the shooting of Gabbar Singh 2, Jansena President Pawan Kalyan stated that he wouldn’t even hesitate to take up fast-onto-death if land pooling methods are not changed regarding AP capital Amaravathi. Later, he gave black and blue to Andhra MPs for not being able to get special status granted to Andhra Pradesh. Film lovers got shocked, but many people of Andhra felt that Pawan is their messiah, their torch bearer and future leader.

Some MPs have responded to Pawan Kalyan’s sharp criticism and confirmed that they are working hard to get special status for AP. Seems like the numero uno hero got convinced with these explanations which are aired in the media. As the shooting of his next movie “Sardar” got started from yesterday, with him taking part for the first time, now there are no hopes that Pawan will come and fight for Special Status in the coming 5 months at least. What about those rumours that he will be making it big in GHMC polls and contest from Sanathnagar in the by-election? Rumours may remain rumours even if Pawan Kalyan wants to make them true now, because he’s pretty occupied with cinema work.

With “Sardar” shoot going on full swing, there is no way we could expect miracles from Pawan on the political front. Actually those people who voted in the polls looking at his presence have felt that he will get politically active in no time and take on the reigns of Andhra Pradesh like a saviour. Telangana Govt Admits Phone Tapping

After a lot of dilly dallying, finally the government of Telangana said to have admitted its role in phone tapping. In one of its two petitions filed in the High Court, the TRS government made it clear that the phones have been tapped. However, it defended its act stating that phones have been tapped for “public order”.

The TRS government sought the High Court to quash the order of the Vijayawada metropolitan court which had directed four telecom service providers to give call data details of certain telephones to the Andhra Pradesh CID and SIT. “The lawful interception was done to maintain public order and Vijayawada metropolitan court has no jurisdiction over Telangana,” it said in petition.

“Disclosure of lawful interception correspondence on the filmsiest pretext of illegal phone-tapping would only boost anti-state and anti-national activists besides endangering the lives of those involved in curbing such illegal activities,” it added in the petition.

It may be noted that Vijayawada court directed BSNL, Airtel, Idea and Reliance to provide call data details of the phones to AP CID, the telecom companies moved the Supreme Court which directed them to provide the call data details to Vijayawada court in a ‘sealed’ cover and asked the latter to keep it sealed for one month. The Apex Court further ruled that the concerned parties in meantime could seek redressal from the High Court.

Days after the Telangana ACB registered cash-for-vote case, the AP CID registered the phone-tapping case based on complaints that the phones of Andhra Pradesh CM Chandrababu Naidu, ministers were tapped by Telangana intelligence officials.
