It’s fate. When a role is written for you, no matter what, it comes to you after wandering from here and there. Sensuous beauty Samantha Ruth Prabhu might be having similar feelings now because a role that flied away from her got back into her kitty again. And this time, she’s not missing for any reasons.

Earlier, Samantha and her the then beau Siddharth were supposed to shine in the hyped remake of Malayalam movie “Bangalore Days”. In a dramatic turn of events, this couple parted ways despite their poojas at Sri Kalahasti Temple and then they decided not to do Bangalore Days remake in Telugu and Tamil too.

A whole new set of actors including Arya, Rana, Sri Divya, Bobby Simha and Lakshmi Rai are roped in to play the crucial roles, while Nitya Menon will be reprising her role in the original. Latest update is that Nitya is out of the project and Samantha is back into the role yet again.

This “Bangalore Days” remake is yet to be titled in Tamil and is being directed by Bommarillu Bhaskar. Original version was a super hit in Malayalam, while it remains to be seen how it fares at tamil box office. Telugu version is not being remade at the moment.

Begumpet. The name brings memories of harsh traffic as the big four liner road congests to narrow strip near Shoppers Stop and then splits into fly-overs after cross Ministers Road traffic signal. Wait, wait, wait. Don’t go to that Begumpet, we have no work there.

An upcoming Tamil flick titled ‘Sowcarpet’ is now getting dubbed into Telugu with the title ‘Begumpet’. Posters of this film became a point of discussion for the king of scariness they are infusing. This film features beautiful lady Lakhsmi Rai and handsome hero Sriram/Srikanth (Roja Poolu and Aaduvari Matalaku fame) in the leads.

While this hot Rai slipped whole of her tongue out with a big ‘bottu’ on her forehead, Sriram is trying to flaunt his aghora looks and other scary stuff. One word about these posters, ‘Begumpet is so scary’.

Probably people living and working in Begumpet area would be thinking, why these film makers are bringing heart into mouth for film lovers with these scary posters, which anyway are not creating scare about Begumpet area too. Everything is fair in cinema.

Gazing at the glamour feast offered by an anchor on a small screen, they say she will become top starlet. Ogling at those pictures of a new heroine where her curves are flaunted in a lecherous manner, people spell similar remarks. And the standard example many quote is of Ramya Krishna and Simran from the past, and Rakul Preet from the present. This notion is completely wrong. Read on to find out, why?

Hyderabad police have proved it once again nothing can stand before celebrity power. As the news of heroine Rakul Preet Singh inaugurating a restaurant at SR Nagar cross roads has spread like wildfire, the traffic at the crossroads got blocked both on main roads and the sub-intersection roads. Guess why?

In a bid to facilitate an easy come and go for Rakul Preet without any disturbance from fans, police have blocked the main road for nearly 3 hours, leaving the commuters and vehicles stranded. At one point, people doesn’t know why the traffic got struck, but after knowing that it’s because of the arrangements made for the arrival of a heroine, they got miffed. She is not a Chief Minister or any influential political or religious leader, how come a main circle like SR Nagar road gets blocked for her, they questioned.

In the mean time, enthusiasts have gathered at the venue in 100s of number to have a glimpse of their favourite actress, leaving the traffic in shambles, creating further embarrassment for the commuters. Probably Police shouldn’t create much scene for film stars in this way, as general public suffer like anything, that too in the prime evening time.

There are no big waterfalls, neither any hanging gardens nor any trees with swings. But Prabhas has to imagine and jump according to the instructions of his action director. Tamanna has to bring that feel of mysticism on her face as if she was surrounded by an exotic locale. A making video of the song “Deevara..” from Baahubali explains, what Rajamouli’s imagination is like.

Using the amazing backdrop of a king-size waterfalls, Rajamouli managed “Baahubali” first half to be like as romantic as possible. Then for the first time when Sivudu imagines about his angel, the song should look super fluidic, exotic, romantic and interesting as well. The way this particular song was shot showcases how extensively computer graphics were used to recreate the mystic locations.

And the way Rajamouli conceived those ideas, come up with story-board for them and then implemented them before green-mats with ropes and wires is something amazing. The only thing we notice unusual is, Rajamouli hasn’t done many of those wire-rigging shots to show Prabhas what he needs. Generally he enacts every single act for his actor before they perform it on their own.

It’s like some occasional display of patriotism whenever producer-actor Bandla Ganesh speaks his heart and mind about mega camp. Keeping majority of crucial issues under the carpet, he is known for bearing the torch on social circuits about issues related to fans.

Known for his ardent love towards Pawan Kalyan, as he shrilled the words P-a-w-an-K-al-yaa-n at ‘Gabbar Singh’ audio function followed by an highly emotional speech, no doubt he stands top on the list of hardcore Pawanism supporters. Of late, Ganesh has neither tweeted about Pawan or quoted him. Even when Gabbar Singh 2 shooting rolled and Pawan entered the other day on the sets, Ganesh is busy talking about something else.

Mega scion Sai Dharam Tej’s next under the direction of Om 3D fame Sunil Redddy will be launched tomorrow. The regular shooting of the movie will begin after the conclusion of Subrahmanyam for Sale. It is interesting to note that Sai Dharam Tej has given a chance to Sunil Reddy despite a disastrous debut directorial, Om 3D.

Besides this project, Sai Dharam Tej has another project in the direction of Pataas fame Anil Ravipudi Sai Dharam Tej has mixed start to his filmy career. His second film, Pilla Nuvvu Leni Jeevitham released ahead of his first film, Rey and ended up as a decent success.

But Rey which released later ended up as huge disaster. Sai Dharam Tej wants to make amends to the Rey’s flop with these future projects.

The hype on Akhil Akkineni’s debut movie is skyrocketing day after day. The movie had set huge expectations in fans and trade and the pre-release business is already very huge. To take the hype to the next level, the makers are planning a big fat audio launch for the movie.

Since the options of grand gala audio launch venues are limited in Hyderabad, they are considering SV University grounds in Tirupati for the audio launch which will be attended by Akkineni fans across the Telugu states. On the other side, the suspense over the audio launch date will continue as the makers did not finalize their release plan.

They have earlier planned the movie release for Vijaya Dasami but now they may postpone the film in case Ram Charan’s next will also release for Dussehra. In such case, the movie may be pushed to October 2nd release.

Victory Venkatesh’s next under the director of Malli Malli Idhi Rani roju fame will have its launch on August 14th. The makers are busy finalizing the rest of the cast and crew of the film. Already Nayantara is finalized as the heroine and now they have selected the music director for the movie.

Malayalam Music director, Gopi Sunder will be scoring music for the movie. He is already working for Nani’s Bhale Bhale Magadivoy and Nagarjuna-Karthi bilingual film. The music sitting of the movie will begin very soon.

The shooting will start after the launch and will go non-stop till completion. The movie will be released in the first half of 2016.The project will be produced by Parchuri Prasad under U Square movies banner. More details of the project are awaited.
