The Only Country That Hates Kalam

All the countries’ leaders from across the globe have been showering in their condolences messages to the departed scientist and pioneer in space exploration, Bharat Ratna APJ Abdul Kalam. All the developed nations too have praised the visionary’s skill and efforts to develop India’s nuclear program.

However, the neighboring country Pakistan doesn’t seem to accept Kalam’s greatness. In an interview given to the BBC, Pakistan’s prominent scientist Abdul Khader Khan started that Kalam is an ordinary scientist and that it was Russia that developed India’s missile program.

Abdul Khader further said that he doesn’t remember any landmark services offered by Kalam in the fields of astrophysics and satellite technology. Khader then ranted that Kalam didn’t deserve to be the President of India and that the BJP had made him the President to gain Muslim votes, following the communal riots in 2002.

Abdul Khader, who is considered the father of nuclear technology in Pakistan, later faced allegations of black marketing the country’s nuclear launch codes. Social media cross the country is furious over his prejudiced comments on Kalam.

Kissing too many people causes cancer

According to the latest research carried out by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, kissing too many people might lead to neck and head cancers, due to the excess passing of Oral Human Papilloma Virus (HPV). About eight out of hundred types of viruses might lead to cancer in the oropharynx.

French kissing, open-mouthed and even oral sex with too many partners led to the exchange of Oral HPV in about 7 percent of people, while only 1 percent of people contract the type of Oral HPV usually found in oropharyngeal cancers. Even the most favorite part of oral sex, ‘petting’ without sexual intercourse, could also lead to the passing of Oral HPV.

Doctors further said that people who kissed more than six to nine partners increase the risk of acquiring HPV. The Oral HPV is usually found in the women suffering from cervical cancer but it also affects men and women, mostly of younger ages and even those who never smoked or drank.

After meeting the young tortured victim Pratyusha along with his wife and announcing that he will invite Pratyusha to his residence to stay with his family for until her rehabilitation, KCR stuck to his words and welcomed Pratyusha to his official residence today. KCR even arranged a sumptuous meal for her along with his family.

Akhil to Clash with Ram Charan?

The grand launch of Akhil Akkineni movie is likely to clash with Ram Charan-Srinu Vaitla film. The makers of Akhil’s debut film are planning to release the film on October 21, on the eve of Dasara which is going to slug it out with Ram Charan-Srinu Vaitla movie that is already slated for October 15 release.

As per the available information, the first look and teaser of Akhil movie will be out on Nagarjuna’s birthday and audio launch is slated for Sep 20 i.e., birth anniversary of ANR and movie would be released on October.

“The teaser of Akhil movie will be released on August 29th on the eve of Nagarjuna’s birthday. The film’s audio will be unveiled on September 20th which happens to be the birth anniversary of Akkineni patriarch ANR. And the film’s release is tentatively slated for October 21st release,” said a source in the know.

While SS Thaman is rendering music for Ram Charan-Vaitla film, Anup & Thaman together composed tunes for untitled Akhil project being directed by VV Vinayak. Shooting of the both films are progressing at brisk pace hinting that the two films would clash at Box Office during the festive season.

Meanwhile, the titles of Akhil movie and Ram Charan-Vaitla movie are yet to be announced. Both the film’s have lot of buzz and hype surrounding them. It’s too early to talk about their releases and clash. Let’s wait and watch.

Kavitha Writes To Naidu For Telangana Girl

TRS MP from Nizamabad and daughter of KCR, Kavitha, has appealed to AP CM Chandrababu Naidu to look into the matter of alleged suicide of B.Arch student Rishiteswari. Asking Mr Naidu to probe her death, Kavitha has written a letter to Mr Naidu. In her letter, Kavitha pointed out at the reports of involvement of high profile persons behind Rishiteswari’s suicide.

Citing few social media posts, Kavitha also suspected that the victim would had been sexually assaulted, harassed which would have led to abetment of her suicide. Kavitha said that she was deeply saddened with the death of Rishiteswari and asked AP government to take necessary steps to avoid atrocities against women.

It may be recalled that Warangal girl Rishiteswari, who was studying first year B.Arch in Acharya Nagarjuna University (ANU), allegedly committed suicide in her hostel room on July 14.

AP Government has already constituted a high-level committee to inquire into the death of Rishiteswari. The committee will be headed by retired IAS officer Balasubrahmanyam and have Vikram Simhapuri University vice-chancellor Prof. Veeraiah, Prof.

Balakrishnama Naidu of Sri Venkateswara University and Sri Padmavathi Mahila Viswavidyalayam registrar P Vijaya Lakshmi as members. In the orders, Government asked the committee to submit its report within five days. HRD Minister Ganta Srinivasa Rao earlier stated that government would take stern action against who resorting to ragging or harassment.

According to the latest revelations by the Afghan administration and intelligence agency, one of the world’s most dreaded terrorists and the chief of Taliban, Mullah Mohammad Omar, is dead. The news spread like wildfire after several major international media houses reported about his death since this morning.

According to the intelligence sources, the militant chief, who was rarely seen in public, had died two or three years ago. While the Taliban is yet to comment on the news of Omar’s death, the Afghanistan government has started investigating the latest reports which seem to be true. An official statement is expected anytime soon.

According to the reports by higher officials in the Afghan government, Mullah Omar died of tuberculosis. Omar’s son had identified his body and he was buried in Afghanistan. Mullah Omar’s association with the then al-Qaeda leader Osama Bin Laden instigated the US war on Afghanistan in 2001, following the 9/11 attacks.

Actor Rishi Kapoor had to retract a Twitter post directed towards Huma Qureshi after courting flak from users of the micro-blogging platform for joking about her weight.

On her 29th birthday on July 28, Rishi was among the many celebrities who wished her.

“Happy Happy Birthday dear @humasqureshi. God Bless,” the 62-year-old actor had reportedly tweeted along with a funny image which read: “The more you weigh, the harder you are to kidnap.. Stay safe.. Eat cake!”

The post attracted a lot of flak, which made the “DO Dooni Chaar” actor apologise and then retract his tweet.

“Apology. It was my personal joke with Huma on her birthday. If people took umbrage to it and some abuse just for the sake, I retract the same,” he then tweeted.

Huma, who has worked with the actor in “D-Day”, took the actor’s side and did not mind the post.

“Thank you to one of my fave costars the ever amazing @chintskap for bday wishes and love…Guys, it was a joke…take a chill pill yaar (sic),” she tweeted on Wednesday.

Holy pushkarams for River Godavari concluded couple of days back. Two telugu states Telangana and Andhra Pradesh have taken it as a prestige issue andorganised the pushkarams in a grand manner as they happened to be the first pushkarams after the bifurcation of Andhra Pradesh.

Now Telangana government is claiming that it performed pushkarams in a grand way. Everyone hails the KCR government which handled the pushkarams. However the Endowments Minister, Indrakaran Reddy’s pushkar calculations is leaving all shell shocked.

He claimed that Rs 600 crs were spent on pushkar arrangements which is economical compared to Andhra Pradesh’s Rs 1500crs. He claimed that in the 12 days of pushkarams more than 6.4crs devotees had holy dip.

Many are wondering how this could be possible since Telangana’s popularion is 3.5crs. If his stats are true then more than 3crs came from other states. But if Telangana population is 3.5crs how many of them belong to Muslims, Christians and other religions.

Another question is did all Hindus take holy dip. This shows the hollowness of his claim. If one assumes that devotees came from other states, more than 75% happen to be from other regions and this is near impossible.

Don’t Blame Directors For Those Songs

The other day composer Kalyani Malik aka Kalyani Koduri has revealed interesting stuff about one particular Telugu song. That lead to some discussions in film circles about why many directors refuse to believe in music directors. Are directors really responsible and should be ready to take such blames?

In fact, Kalyani has shared that his super hit song ‘Em Sandeham Ledu’ that won appreciation is a tune rejected by Krishna Vamsi. And then he went saying that many of Slumdong Millionaires tunes are the ones rejected by Subhash Ghai but that won Oscar award for the Chennai based composer.

However, there are instances where those tunes liked by the directors have failed big time. From Mahesh Babu’s movies to many newcomer’s films many a times music directors have failed to come up with interesting albums. Probably it’s not that directors should be blamed for missing out a ‘great’ song, but judgement sways in many directions, so is result.

Pawan Kalyan has high regard for AR Rahman, but the tunes given by Oscar winning composer for Puli are completely mediocre. Similarly other big music directors like Mani Sharma, Devi Sri Prasad and others too had their fair share of flops. That’s the story.

All you need to do is register for the Upgrade from the Taskbar and an alert will be sent once everything is set for installation. Post upgrade to Windows 10, You will find the new Microsoft Browser, Get Started App, Xbox App, Cortana integration and various built-in Apps.

Windows 10 is faster than the previous versions and works better with a mouse & keyword. The only drawback is that users have to be prepared to relearn, especially those upgraded from Windows 7, and few new features introduced require new hardware.

Mega Hero is Stunned After Watching Kanche

Mega Hero Varun Tej completed his shooting part for Kanche and the actor is currently busy with Puri Jagannath’s ‘Loafer’. Kris Jagarlamudi is directing Kanche and he is engaged with the post-production works.

Even before starting this film, Krish believed in Varun Tej and he said that Kanche will give him a much-needed break in the industry. Yesterday, Naga Babu watched the rushes of Kanche he was completely blown away by the performance of Varun Tej and stunning visuals in the film. Many overseas distributors have expressed their interest in buying the film and the makers are yet to finalise the deal. After delivering a super hit film in Bollywood, Krish is back into Tollywood. SHE is Not Attending Kalam’s Final Rites

Tamil Nadu Chief Minister and yesteryear actress Jayalalithaa may miss the final rites of former Indian president and acclaimed aerospace scientist Dr Abdul Kalam. Apparently due to her ill health, Jaya might not attend Dr Kalam’s funeral. Jaya has been seriously ill for sometime and she is not able to attend her office. Speculations are rife about Jaya’s health for a while. Adding fuel to them, Jaya is going to give a miss for the funeral of Dr Kalam (son of soil).

It is learnt that senior Tamil Nadu ministers led by OPS are going to grace the Kalam’s last rites. The 83-year-old Kalam’s funeral will take place in Rameswaram on Thursday. Kalam’s mortal body was wrapped in tri-colour as an honour and his final rites will be held with full military honours.

Well-known as “Missile Man of India”, Kalam was born and brought up in Rameswaram of Tamil Nadu in the family of a boat owner. During his childhood, he made his living as newspaper boy and went onto become professor, aerospace scientist, author and India’s 11th President (2002- 2007).
