The regular shooting of Superstar Mahesh Babu’s next, Brahmotsavam was planned in the starting of this month. However that did not happen and Mahesh flew to Switzerland for a family holiday after completing Srimanthudu dubbing.

He is now back in the city but Brahmotsavam is not starting now. Sources say that the movie will go on floors only after the release of Srimanthudu. Mahesh will complete the promotional works of the movie and then will begin Brahmotsavam after the second week of August.

Samantha, Kajal Aggarwal and Pranitha are playing the female leads in this film. The entire shooting will be completed by the first half of December. The audio launch event will take place on December 18th and the movie will hit the marquee for January 8th, 2016 as Sankranthi special.

TSR-TV9 awards happened last night and it is one kind of awards ceremony where in every body gets an award with some name or other. T.Subbi Rami Reddy who gives away these awards makes sure he honours every one who comes to the event with an award.

Balayya and Chiranjeevi were brought in to give the awards to some categories. Srinu Vaitla was chosen as the Best Director – 2013. While he was coming up stage, Balayya was seen telling to TSR that he do not want to present the award to Vaitla.

The mike which was still On managed to catch Balayya’s apprehension. Balayya was seen standing when Chiranjeevi presented the award to Vaitla. May be the Nandamuri star was upset with some spoofs of him in Vaitla’s movies.

Appreciations are pouring in from all the corners for Ramya Krishnan for excellent performance in the role of Sivagami in Baahubali. Many say this is her best performance till date after Neelambhari in Narasimha several years ago. However Ramya Krishna is elated but not buoyed with these appreciations.

“Baahubali-2 has more of Sivagami and my best is yet to come. You will know what I mean when Baahubali-2 releases in 2016”, the actress said in a media interview. 40% of Baahubali-2 shooting is complete.

The shooting of the remaining portion will begin from September 15th and it will go non-stop till completion. Baahubali is also contemplating to make some changes in the script of Baahubali-2 basing on the feedback of the public on part one.

Nandamuri Balakrishna had started the shooting of his 99th film, Dictator from today in Hyderabad. Director Sriwass had taken utmost care in etching Balayya’s character in the movie and the sources in the movie unit says it will be the most stylish film for the actor till date.

He even went an extra mile for the movie and had lost 12 Kilos for the role. A special set was erected in Nanakramguda Ramanaidu studios for the movie shooting. The first schedule of the movie will go in this set itself.

The makers have charted non-stop schedules for the film and are planning to release the film for Sankranthi 2016. Balayya has the history of delivering blockbusters for Sankranthi and fans hope that he will repeat the feat once again.
