SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali continues its juggernaut at the box office. The movie on its second day looked impeccable as the first day. The movie had amassed around 9.5 Crore (AP+Nizam) on its second day which is usually the first day figures of star heroes with benefit shows and Fixed hires. However the movie had achieved it with the worth shares of 4 shows a day.

The movie is expected to have an even bigger third day due to Sunday holiday. Baahubali is already ranked at all time Top 6 in the biggest hits of Telugu Cinema and is likely to reach Top 3 position by the end of this weekend. Here is the breakup of Baahubali 2 days collections:

SS Rajamouli’s Baahubali had taken a sensational opening in neighbouring Tamil Nadu too. Both the versions of the movie had amassed a shocking 5.1 Crore Nett on its opening day. It is the third biggest hit of the year after Shankar’s I and Ajith’s Yennai Arindhaal.

Trade analysts suggest that the movie is expected to collect around 35 Crore gross in the full run. The movie collections are expected to raise further in the weekend. The makers of Baahubali had strategically roped in Suriya for the promotions of the film in Tamil Nadu.

And that movie had worked wonders in that state. Baahubali was simultaneously made in Tamil. Despite the movie’s Telugu version releasing in parts of Tamil Nadu, the Tamil version still got good takers there.

The demand for the division of the film chamber grew after the state division. There is growing impatience in few individuals belonging to the Telangana to take over the film industry. They have been demanding the existing film industry and the assets of the industry between Andhra Pradesh and Telangana states.

To avoid this, few months ago the industry biggies have changed the name of Andhra Pradesh Film Chamber of Commerce to Telangana Film Chamber of Commerce and announced that the industry will continue to serve both the Telugu states. However the demand for the division did not die down.

Now Director cum Producer Sana Yaadi Reddy had decided to field a Telangana panel in the elections of the chamber that will take place on 19th of this month. They are trying to win the election asking the members to vote with the slogan ‘Our state, Our Panel’.

Our readers are aware that actress Samantha is running a charity organization, Pratyusha Foundation which provides medical support to underprivileged women and children. Recently the foundation had taken the case of a little baby, Purnima who survived a major cardiac arrest.

She was kept in 90 days of NICU care and 55 days on the ventilator. Naga Chaitanya came to know about her plight and came forward to bear all the expenses of the baby’s medical treatment. The surgery is successful and the baby is doing very well.
