Harish Loses Out To Kavitha!
It is an open secret that the Telangana Rashtra Samithi is completely a family party of Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao. Now, it is pretty clear that within the KCR family, the dominant players are only KCR, his son K T Rama Rao and daughter K Kavitha.
Irrigation Minister and KCR’s nephew T Harish Rao, too, holds an important position, but he comes next only to the Kalwakuntla trio. This was once again evident from the way Kavitha had virtually hijacked the prestigious Mission Kakatiya project from Harish Rao.
Originally, Harish was planning to get the project launched from Warangal, which was once the capital of Kakatiya emperors, who had created the infrastructure for tank irrigation across the Telangana region.
The irrigation department authorities were also making all arrangements for launching the project from Warangal and a huge pylon has already been constructed in Warangal town and Harish had also sought an appointment from Union Water Resources Minister Uma Bharati for formally launching the project.
Though KCR also initially gave a nod to Harish Rao’s plan, he later succumbed to Kavitha’s pressures. Apparently, she wanted to hog the limelight by getting the project launched from Nizamabad and claim that it was her first major achievement as an MP.
So, within no time, the programme got shifted to Nizamabad and it will be done formally on Thursday. Kavitha even did not want to wait for Uma Bharati’s appointment, since it would reduce her own importance on the stage. This has left Harish Rao red-faced, but he has no option but to blindly follow KCR.
Arjun Slams For Rumours On Divorce Petition
Slamming it as ‘irresponsible reporting’, actor Arjun Rampal has said that he has not filed for any divorce petition after reports suggested that he and his wife Mehr Jessia were getting separated. A Mumbai tabloid reported on Tuesday that Arjun Rampal and Mehr have filed divorce petition in a Bandra family court. Arjun was earlier linked to Sussanne Khan, Hrithik Roshan’s ex-wife, but his wife denied the rumours.
The confused man of grand old Party
In many political parties, certain positions are reserved for leaders, no one interferes much with them owing to their permanent dissatisfaction, and one such leader is the Congressman and a staunch Telangana seeker Komatireddy Venkat Reddy.
A Congress leader with mass clout in Nalgonda district, Komatireddy was purely a businessman with less time for politics before YSR era and it is a public fact that he acquired riches as a contractor with YSR’s blessings.
Post YSR era, Komatireddy has become permanently disillusioned and dissatisfied with Congress party including his on-off dalliance with TRS, a party which knows how to tame him by using him for some publicity.
He hasn’t cooperated with CMs Rosaiah, Kiran and former PCC chief Ponnala and current PCC head Uttam Kumar Reddy. While vowing to be in Congress, he never respects state leadership.
Komati recently announced proudly that when Uttam came to his home with hand of friendship, he rejected. One only wonders why he is so rebellious 24/7.

Its known that AP assembly was rocked over the issue of gang rape in chandrababu’s own district. In a horrific incident earlier, a poor girl, who was in her teens, gangraped by four persons and later killed by crushing her neck.
Chandrababu Naidu reacted on the rape during the Budget Session.Apart from informing that concerned officials were directed to nab the culprits at the earliest, Naidu told the accused will be booked under Nirbhaya Act and ensure Court verdict within 30 days.
Chandrababu said that his government will give the culprits a stern punishment so that anyone would be scared to do make such crimes. The Andhra CM also promised court verdict within 30 days and added that rapists be paraded in public and hanged to death!
