RGV Extends his support by Eating more Maggi !!

Share

UntitledWhile the entire country is stoic with the surprising ban on India’s most favorite snack Maggi, one eccentric genius seems to be hell-bent on proving the country and the state governments wrong. He is none other than Ram Gopal Varma. Last night, RGV posted   photograph in which he was seen gobbling the banned Maggi.

Extending his support to Maggi, RGV showered a flood of tweets praising his favorite Maggi and even compared it with Tirupati Laddu and that he has been eating more Maggi than he ever did after than ban. It is already known that several state governments, after the advice from the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) due to excess levels of MSG and lead, banned the sale and consumption of Maggi.

T-news another buzz – Boss is Errabelli?

Share

TRS Government is in dilemma how to close Revanth issue. After hearing opinions from legal experts, TRS wants to end this issue as soon as possible. Legal experts are confidently believed that Vote-to-Note case against Revanth is too weak to sustain legally in court. Special Court is angered on ACB on filing bail petition against Revanth Reddy. As per buzz, ACB didn’t get strong evidence to prove Revanth as guilty in this case. That is the reason it delayed in filing counter.

T-news channel which telecasted CBN audio tapes rather than Telangana celebrations was published another sensation in its daily. As per T-news, Revanth revealed his boss name during the investigation. As per T-news, Revanth revealed TDP floor leader Errabelli Dayakar name as his “Boss”. Telangana daily said that Revanth called Errabelli as “Boss” and CBN as “Sir”.

Now it’s time to ACB to file case against Errabelli Dayakar Rao. If that is happened it is nothing but making self goal by TRS itself. TRS fails to miss its prime target CBN in this case. TRS government would face Tapping of CBN phone (Chief Minister) in another angle. TDP is in confident after releasing CBN audio tapes. T-news who predicts arrest of CBN on next following day is boomeranged. Revanth’s sure to release on bail on June 11th at the time his daughter engagement otherwise it is huge headache to TRS politically in Telangana.

Loopholes In Revanth Reddy’s Case

Share

Ever since the T-TDP firebrand leader and Kodangal MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red-handed by the ACB cops during his alleged ‘deal’ with the TRS’ nominated MLA Stephenson in the cash for vote scandal, many felt that Revanth has been cornered to a tight spot by the ACB and of course the TRS government.

The video footage with clear audio of Revanth’s conversation with Stephenson and the subsequent ‘leak’ of TDP leader and AP CM Chandrababu Naidu’s alleged telephonic conversation with Stephenson regarding the deal have been proving to be strong evidences against Revanth and the TDP honcho in the case. However, certain arguments by Revanth’s lawyers have cast a bright light on the loopholes in Revanth’s case.

Here are some of the valid arguments raised by Revanth’s lawyers:

–       Why did not the ACB register an FIR on Revanth on the same day when Stephenson filed a complaint on 28th May itself? Why did they wait until they caught Revanth and filed the FIR on 31st May?

–       ACB stated that the money was transferred to Stephenson’s house in 3 vehicles but no cash was found in Revanth’s vehicle.

–       ACB said that it recorded the audio tapes on 29th, 30th and 31st of May. How can the ACB record audio without an FIR?

–       Stephenson mentioned in his FIR that Revanth did not approach him In this case, how is Revanth related to this entire fiasco?

–       PC Act 12 is not applicable to this case. It will only be applicable when the crime is proven under the PC Acts 7 and 11.

–       As per the acts 7 and 11, public representatives are punishable only if they misuse their power. But Revanth Reddy is not in power. How can they file a case under the PC acts 7 and 11?

–       The ACB accused Revanth of asking for vote in the audio and the video tapes. Asking for vote is not a punishable offence.

–       As per the people’s representation act, Revanth’s case should be dealt by the police and not by the ACB and the case must be filed in a police station.

While these were the arguments by Revanth’s lawyers, here are some more insights that show certain loopholes in this case:

–       The ACB did not take prior permission from the Election Commission before spying and subsequently filing the case on him, since an election code was in vogue at the moment in the view of MLC polls.

–       The Election Commission has the right to try ACB for violating the election code by spying and also booking Revanth under several charges.

–       In April 2014, the then Supreme Court Special Bench ruled out the footages from the audio and video recordings during sting operations.

–       Law experts feel that the court may not consider the video and audio evidences or Stephenson’s evidence submitted by the ACB.

–       The DGP of ACB, AK Khan, stated that the footage was not leaked by the ACB. This shows the lapse in the ACB’s handling of the case and gives a hint that outside powers have influenced the ACB for political routing of the case.

Naidu Under Pressure To Disown Revanth?

Is Telugu Desam Party president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu under pressure to disown Telangana TDP legislator A Revanth Reddy in connection with the cash-for-vote scam?

The answer appears to be yes, going by the statements of some TDP leaders from Andhra Pradesh. Apparently, these TDP leaders are bringing pressure on Naidu to get himself out of the Revanth Reddy episode and focus more on Telangana government witch-hunting AP government by resorting to phone tappings. If he starts defending Revanth, Naidu would be landing in more and more trouble, they argued.

AP Minister K Acchen Naidu, speaking to the media on Wednesday, said that the party had nothing to do with Revanth Reddy episode.

“The arrest of Revanth Reddy is a different issue. We have no relation with this,” he said.

He said Revanth would be punished if he was guilty, or he would come out unscathed if he was innocent.

“The matter is in the Court and hence it could not be discussed further,” he added.

Perhaps, that was the reason why Chandrababu Naidu has not uttered a word either in favour of or against Revanth Reddy.

He did not even make a statement on the entire cash-for-note scam. Instead, he talked only about phone tapping and insecurity to Andhra people in Hyderabad.

TRS Government Won’t Let Naidu Escape

Minister for IT and Panchayat Raj K T Rama Rao on Wednesday asserted that the TRS government would not let Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu go scot-free for his involvement in cash for vote case.

Talking to reporters here, the minister stated that the TRS Government would not leave Naidu just like that in the Revanth Reddy’s episode, as Naidu himself was saying his conversation was tapped.

“He may be the Chief Minister of AP, but he is an accused before the law. And he is just a common citizen as any other in Telangana State,” KTR stated.

The IT Minister also ridiculed that Chandrababu had been to national capital to touch the feet of Delhi bigwigs to come out of the cash for vote case. In spite of his efforts in Delhi, the law will take its own course and will act on Naidu, he remarked.

KTR also fumed at Naidu for trying to paint a dirty picture to his murkier money scam by attributing it to the problem of Andhra Pradesh people.

“In what way the people of the Andhra Pradesh are related to cash for vote case,” he asked.

It is clear from the fact that Naidu did not suspend Revanth for his involvement, he said.

Naidu Exposed Before National Media!

Telugu Desam Party president and AP Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu got himself thoroughly exposed before the national media which had interviewed him on the latest confrontation with the Telangana government.

Naidu used harsh words and spoke aggressively against TRS chief K Chandrasekhar Rao in his interview to the national television channels in New Delhi on Wednesday; but he clearly fumbled while answering queries on the audio-tape containing his conversation with nominated MLA in the cash-for-vote case.

When specifically asked whether he had spoken to the nominated MLA, Naidu tried to beat around the bush saying where the need was for him to do so.

“One MLC post does not make any difference to me. But the TRS government is trying to defame me,” he said. In the same breath, he accused KCR of resorting to telephone tapping in the episode.

Interestingly, Naidu could not confirm whether he had any evidence of his phone being tapped by the TRS government.

“Official tapping is one thing. But KCR did was to tap my phones and that of my colleagues 120 times using private equipment,” he alleged, but said he had only information to this effect and not evidence.

The talk in the national media is that Naidu had made a mess of the whole episode and is now trying to wriggle out of the case by influencing the Centre.

At the same time, he is trying to divert the attention of the people from the case by talking about powers to Governor.
