Share

What is that image which flashes on our mind whenever the past love story of Simbu and Nayantara is heard? Definitely those lip-kiss pictures that leaked on the net, which revealed the true proximity between this celebrity lovers and of course, they are the ones that led to a bitter breakup too.

Sometime back a filmmaker announced a Tamil movie that is based on the love story of Simbu and Nayantara, but later that project got halted due to financial issues. Now that the finances got cleared, he is restarting the flick. We hear that even hero Simbu has given nod for the project and gave his authentic inputs for the story. Backbone for this story is the leakage of that lip-kiss and we wonder which actress is going to portray Nayantara’s role.

Earlier couple of small time heroines are in list for the role, but Simbu is now said to be using his contacts to rope in a big heroine. Everything is fine, but will Nayan agree with this story and allows someone to make a film out of her real love story? Especially when those lip-kiss pictures have tarnished her image like anything, will she let that old wound burn her again? Wait and see.

This can’t be believed. But it happened. It’s true. As fans are unable to regain their senses after what has happened, the hard truth is that “Baahubali: The Beginning” Telugu version trailer got removed from YouTube an hour ago.

In last 36 hours, magnum opus Baahubali’s Telugu version trailer clocked nearly 20 lakh views on the video sharing website YouTube. But those are catching up the trailer again and again got shocked to now notice that YouTube has actually removed the trailer.

The message reads, “This video has been removed as a violation of YouTube’s policy against spam, scams and commercially deceptive content”. This is really head scratching moment for all Telugu fans. What has happened anyway?

Does YouTube felt that Baahubali trailer is getting more views because of some spam? Earlier similar thing happened with a trailer of Mahesh Babu’s movies and this is second time Telugu films received such shock. We will have to see if the film’s producers will talk to YouTube regarding this.

Anyway, Telugu trailer in “Baahubali Movie” official channel got removed, but others like the one uploaded by T-series are being played.

‘Adoption’ Theories Around Mahesh Babu

The whole concept of his upcoming movie “Srimanthudu” revolves around adopting a village and doing the best for them. Ever since the teaser of this film is out on Krishna’s birthday, discussions have started doing rounds regarding this story. Here are a couple of interesting observations.

Like we have revealed it already, people say that Mahesh Babu is transferring the real story of his brother-in-law Jayadev Galla into celluloid. Some folks however argue that Mahesh made writer-director Koratala Siva script this project basing on his own story.

Earlier in the past, reports have surfaced that Mahesh will be adopting couple of villages named Burripalem and Kancharlapalem near Tenali town. Even Namrata confirmed the same and went on saying that they are chalking out a plan along with TDP MP Galla Jayadev to transform those villages into smart-cities.

As that real-life adoption is getting late, they say Mahesh wants to now show what he wanted to do there, through his “Srimanthudu”.

Others reports include the expectations of fans that whatever village or town Mahesh may adopt inside “Srimanthdu”, surely he is going to adopt the collections from overseas box office in real life. As Mahesh is known as King of USA box-office, it is needless to say that he has already adopted Overseas.

Superstar Mahesh Babu’s Srimanthudu is progressing at brisk pace. The entire movie shooting is expected to be complete in the next 10 days. On the other side, there is not clarity regarding the movie release date as it may clash with Baahubali if both the films stick to their earlier decided dates.

However Mahesh Babu will not bother much about the release plan and will move on to his next, Brahmotsavam. The movie is expected to start rolling from July 10th in Vijayawada. He will take a short break for Srimanthudu promotion whenever the movie releases.

Brahmi Romancing Hottie? – It’s Boring Fare

Share

brahmi

Gone are the days where people will laugh for every single antic of Brahmanandam. His histrionics used to be weapons for any filmmaker working with him. But now, if his character is not carefully carved out and supported by a well written dialogue, that’s it, people find him not-so-entertaining. A bunch of recent releases are examples for this.

Way back in the 90s, if Brahmi danced with a heroine or makes moves for a solo song, people used to enjoy a lot. But now, if he romances heroine with only ‘romance’ in mind, then that character should be highly convincing. For example in King, he tries to woo Trisha in a wrong way and that clicked. This discussion has popped up now after watching him going naughty with seductress Charmi in the title song of “Jyothi Lakshmi”. What are people feeling about this?

Brahmi looks completely boring as he tries to romance with a sex-worker Jyothi Lakshmi, tries to tap on her curvaceous waist. Before that, Brahmi is seen stashing notes in another sex-worker’s top. For the kind of image he is having, stature he has, and the dignity that follows, are these romances apt? Definitely not, they are boring and irritating fare too.

Social media hurting young Indians’ Sex lives

Is sending ‘kisses’ on WhatsApp or posting intense love emojis on Facebook to your spouse replacing the real act between the sheets? It would seem so, according to leading experts on sex and behavioural sciences.

According to them, many young and working couples in India are now getting hooked on to smartphones and tablets, even in the bedroom, and this is having a paralysing effect on their sex lives.

Digital intimacy, it would seem, has diluted the physical connection between sexually active partners.

“There has been a sudden surge in young couples, especially working professionals, who come to me for consultations after facing weak sexual desire owing to social media addiction that gobbles up night hours,” says Dr Prakash Kothari, the nation’s leading sexologist based in Mumbai.

Kothari told IANS that at present he is counselling 20 young couples “who blame late-night social media snacking for their low sex drive.” Kothari is the founder professor of the departments of sexual medicine at KEM Hospital and Seth GS Medical College, both in Mumbai.

“Carrying work home and continuous use of smartphone while you are with your partner hinder communication and relationship,” says Samir Parikh, director of mental health and behavioural sciences at Fortis Hospital, New Delhi.

He says that for a healthy sexual relationship, a couple needs to spend more time together “where there is a feeling of undivided attention, sharing and togetherness”.

Parikh too is dealing with several young couples who blame social media for their subdued sex life.

Among them is a 28-year-old executive who is on smartphone constantly for work-related stuff, not finding enough free time to spend with his girlfriend. A 38-year-old woman who came to see him was always on various social media platforms.

“It triggered constant conflicts in the couples’ life, affecting their relationship,” he said.

A recent study by Oxford University of 24,000 married European couples found that the more they read about other people’s exciting lives on social media, the more likely they were to view their own with disappointment, leading to a poorer sex life.

According to Kothari, the sexual process has four components: Desire, sexual grounding (how one perceives the stimuli), arousal (whether it leads to lubrication) and finally, orgasm.

“So foreplay, emotional touch, fondling and intense feelings count as much as a physical stimulant. With smartphones in the bedroom, the emotional togetherness that initiates sex is gone,” he emphasises.

Sex between two married people is not a matter of getting the mechanics right. The emotional interaction is paramount.

“With gadgets intruding into our lives, sexual grounding is being affected but not the desire,” he says.

Dr Jyoti Kapoor Madaan, senior consultant (psychiatry) at Paras Hospitals in Gurgaon, noted that there is an upsurge of young professionals with low sex drive but they do not always attribute it to the use of smartphones or other gadgets.

“Most people are not even aware that excessive use of social media is causing problems in their relationships, even their bedroom life,” she said.

Madaan is handling young professionals who are confused on how to balance social media requirements with their sex life.

Take the case of a young 27-year-old female IT professional who visited Madaan with symptoms ranging from low sex drive to disturbed sleep in the past six months.

Madaan found that since she got married, she noticed a gradual distancing between her and her partner. Before marriage, they constantly chatted over phone and WhatsApp but since they got married a year back, the virtual communication became minimal.

But her hubby continued to stay glued to the smartphone, interacting with several friends and groups on various social media platforms. His defence: Since they were busy with their social media lives before marriage, she should not complain now.

“The communication got reduced and sex life suffered. Now she feels depressed most of the time and thinks their marriage is a failure,” Madaan points out.

Experts in the West have defined social media as the new “marriage minefield”.

“Five years ago, Facebook was rarely mentioned in the context of a marriage ending. But now it has become commonplace for clients to cite social media use as a reason for divorce,” Andrew Newbury, head of family law at top British legal firm Slater and Gordon, recently said in an online statement.

“It is simple. When there is a third person in the bedroom, a couple will not get into the mood. Smartphone is that third person,” explains Kothari who has been counselling couples on their sex lives for over 36 years.

“At home, do not use gadgets. Do not carry work home. Your together time needs to be with full engagement and without distractions for it to be fulfilling,” advises Parikh.

The mantra: limit use of social media at night to reclaim your sex life.

‘Dora’ KCR Will Soon Prove A ‘Donga’

uttam1

The Telangana Pradesh Congress Committee (TPCC) on Tuesday demanded an inquiry into the defection of MLAs to the ruling party and the amount of money spent by the TRS to woo them. An inquiry alone would expose the real face of Chief Minister K. Chandrasekhar Rao, it said.

TPCC president N Uttam Kumar Reddy and working president Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka charged Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao with purchasing the MLAs from other parties to decimate the Opposition.

Bhatti Vikramarka said since TDP MLA Revanth Reddy was caught red handed in a sting operation by the Anti-Corruption Bureau, has emerged as a “Donga”, but the TRS leaders, who splurged money and positions to attract MLAs from other parties  were going scot-free as ‘Doras’.

He also said a day will come for the ‘Dora’ becoming a “Donga” soon. He said the Congress party functioned as a responsible Opposition during the last one year and scored 100 marks.

He alleged that the TRS MLAs were not happy with the KCR’s style of functioning as they were not getting CM’s appointment even after three months and feeling suffocated.

Venkayya Steps Into The Picture?

Although reports emerged in the media alleging there were tapes in ACB’s possession containing voice conversations between Chandrababu Naidu and Stephenson, those tapes have not been made public and neither has Chandrababu’s name been mentioned as an accused or a suspect.

Political circles are going into overdrive with the gossip that Venkayya Naidu has interceded on Chandrababu’s behalf to prevent those tapes from being given to the media.

Apparently, Venkayya is on equally good terms with both Chandrababu and KCR and he spoke to KCR to spare Chandrababu any embarrassment.

KCR is believed to have acceded to Venkayya’s request keeping in mind the fact that a quarrel with a Central Minister will work to his own disadvantage.
